I was low on cash and the owner didnt want me to use the debit machine because it was to costly so he let me take the item at no charge and asked me to bring him cash the next day. Yes, you read that right. He trusted me to make payment the next day AND looked out for my interests of being charged a small fee. WILL ABSOLUTELY SHOP THERE AGAIN!

Did not have red roses in the store today, 9/30, and was not sure they would tomorrow. Asked me to call the store before stopping by tomorrow. Salesperson was very honest, helpful and polite! Keep these employees, pay them well, it doesnt always go right and they are the right type of people to deal problems! NO red roses?! Really?

Great people that own /run New Gen. They are always very helpful an explain directions an offer advice. I went there a while back got my items the credit machine was down I offered to put them back an go get cash but the owner insisted I just take them an come back later that day or the next to square up. Thats how a regular gets treated here.

They were out of what I needed but the guy was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Ive been going to this place since the 60s and they still come through with most of my MM needs less the Medical Marijuana, thats a different site !They have some real good black light posters, in fact they use to have great black light stuff in general and incense ! I hope they get some more stuff in cause this stuff takes me back to the 60s !
