My wax artist is Nicole P and she is the best! I’ve been going to her on the regular for about a year now. We have great conversations, and she is quick and efficient. Nicole is always on time, very clean and professional! I 10 out of 10 recommend her for any of your wax needs!

Clean facilities, expert product and techniques. I wont go back sticky wax and muslin strips. From calves to brows, Im always happy with the results. Rebecca is the best!

As painless as waxing gets. The reception staff and waxers are always very nice and professional. They make you feel comfortable getting something uncomfortable done. I dont go anywhere else now.

I was bleeding for days after the wax. It was some weeks ago I won’t be going back the waxer just blamed it on my hair being too short.

Horrible experience, went for eye brow waxing, waxer said I have beautiful big eyebrows that she just would clean up, I said wax them to my liking, she did not, resulting in looking almost the same as the way I walked in. They were also trying to convince my 7 year old to get her legs waxed. Not a food experience!!

The best and only place Ill get waxed!! I always go to Nicole because she pays attention to detail and cares about her clients. The rest of the staff are very friendly and the place is always clean, especially now! They make sure to clean in front of you too. And i never have to wait!

I love European Wax Center in Wyckoff NJ. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgable on the wax plans, their products, and their services. I would highly recommend Nicole, a wax specialist, if you are looking for a new waxer! She is attentive to detail, always engages in conversation, and make her clients feel welcome! She is so talented when it comes to waxing as well.

Poor scheduling and incompetent girls on the phone. Waited for over ten mins just to have my appointment moved and took the customer after me. Bad customer services

I recently came to this location with my grandmother and she was the one getting serviced. I came in with her since my grandmother speaks predominately spanish and little to no english. The lovely girl at the front desk, her name is Ashley, was quickly able to see she had a bit trouble communicating what she wanted and what she had questions about. Ashley effortlessly spoke to my grandma in Spanish and explained everything so carefully. Haha, I came to find out I wasn’t even needed as a translator on this visit since she managed to put my grandma at ease and give her a sense of home! The rest of the staff was honestly just as great, but my grandmother couldn’t stop talking about how sweet Ashley was on the car ride home! She was the one who really pushed me to write this review about her. This is the location you all need to come to!!! :)

Did not have a good experience. I spent $60 for services that took literally 5 minutes. My lip still had hair on it when I got home. I wrote an email before posting a review and I was offered 20% off my next service. In my opinion poor quality services and customer service. Dont waste your money.

Omg omg omg so I originally had an appointment in Montclair but I couldnt make it cause of work..so I thought why not try Wyckoff and I booked eyebrows with Nicole 30 mins before. She is amazing and knew exactly how Id like it..and shes so nice and enthusiastic even though I live in Clifton I will drive 40 mins for Nicole P I love my brows!! So happy and customer service was great!! Ahhh thank you Nicole!!

Every time I go the staff at the desk are so welcoming and able to help with any problem that I have. The best possible wax center erica and Valerie at the front desk were so nice and helpful and Nicole made me feel comfortable after my previous waxer she made the session enjoyable and I cant wait to book with her again
