The store in wyckoff smells so awful. Its so messy and unsanitary. They have about 5 fans going on and you cant hear what the reps are saying. They have carpet tiles ripped up and thrown around the store and it looks so unprofessional. I dont know how they are still operating that store like that. You can smell the mold as soon as you walk in. I highly recommend you to go to a different store they do not care aboutthe health of their employees nor for the health of the customer. I REPEAT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE

I hate having to leave a bad review for a small business during Covid but this place deserves it! I purchased a new phone through them that was defective and they strung me along for weeks telling me that they were waiting for a replacement phone to come in. When I finally went into receive my replacement phone they told me he didn’t have it and now it was too late to order a new one. They told me it was already ordered on the day that I called but now they’re claiming it’s past the 14 days they can order a replacement. They told me I need to go directly to Apple. I wish they would’ve Told me that weeks ago while I’ve been waiting with this defective phone that has caused me so much grief and aggravation. I will never step foot in the store again. They are liars and manipulators. They say whatever they think you want to hear to get your business but they don’t follow through.

We walked in because we had a problem with our email, normally we go to the store closer to our home but my husband had a doctors appointment around the area and i could no be happier with the experience. I was so impressed by the level of professionalism from Elvis, he walked us through everything and was so patient explaining why things werent working properly. I have been to plenty of stores where i feel a little shy to ask for help because it feels like im bothering and i did not feel like this at all here. He was courteous, friendly, and an overall made this the best experience ive ever had.

I lost all the information on my phone, and i have no idea how the representative got everything back. He helped me reset my google password which i did not remember at all. The experience was the best ive gotten and at a cellphone place! The person who helped me out was a young man named Elvis who is the nicest representative ive ever had the pleasure of working with and he did not make me feel like a dinosaur when i asked him question about my device.

I went in to get help with my new smartphone that i regrettably did not purchase at this location, the young representative Elvis, went above and beyond helping me reset my passwords for my emails that i did not remember. At my age i feel a little silly asking questions but he made me feel at ease by saying There are no stupid questions if you learn something by asking them. I am upset that i did not get the phone from him and got it elsewhere but i highly recommend this place to everyone.

They did everything for me, the staff is extremely professional and they make you feel welcomed. Elvis set my Bluetooth up even though i had trouble doing so previously and even showed me how to do it myself, only store i will ever visit.

I came here because i needed assistance with my email passwords, my apple id. I had no idea why everything was so mixed up. I never came here before, and i feel bad that i didnt buy my phone in the store, but Elvis is the most patient and helpful representative i have ever met. He fixed all my problems, even though he didnt have to and i will always come to this Verizon store because of him.
