This is the ONLY Starbucks in north Jersey that fills your cup to the top when you order no ice. Other locations I will get a drink that’s half full and it’s such a rip off. Their cold brews are top notch and we only go to Starbucks if this location is open. So happy they are open again after renovations! I also love that they have pride flags 😊

The coffee is excellent, hot, and well made. However, the barristers are increasingly rude, especially on a Sunday afternoon when twice they have just placed my drink in front of me without so much as a word or smile, not even making eye contact with me, as if they are put out when I come to collect my order and point out which one is mine, if I see it. There used to be a girl, maybe the manager who was exceptionally friendly and it makes such a difference to the environment of a place having such a courteous and warm welcome, which recently has been absent.

I had a great iced coffee and discovered the ham and cheese croissant. Pleasant and clean outdoor seating.

Horrible “baristas”. Had an online order of two items and the guy only gave me one, said the other is not ready when it was actually ready. Just made me wait coz they don’t know how to manage. Wish this Starbucks had better customer service.

I usually love Starbucks coffee.But the Wyckoff Starbucks Cappuccino and other drinks have been really bad multiple times now.Not sure why that stores coffee and drinks are so bad tasting.

Very friendly staff, quick service. The only problem is the quality of drinks. The same drink tastes different everyday and is almost never made the same. Often its missing elements or has them way out of proportion. Sometimes feels like theyre not 100% sure on how to make certain drinks so they just wing it.

This Starbucks has the worst coffee. Never fresh and always take forever to get mobile orders ready. AVOID!! Rude customer service.

My drink tasted like water. I ordered a caramel crunch frap, and it had absolutely no taste. There was no one ahead of us, yet we waited a few minutes for someone to start making our drinks after we ordered.

Bit overrated and expensive but their bakery section is pretty good regardless.

Usually a bit of a wait for drinks. Today I asked to substitute green tea for the peach tea that comes in the drink. They said that they could. The girl made it with peach. I explained and she repeated what I said then proceeded to make the same exact drink again with the peach tea. I realized you cant fix stupid so I walked out.

Staff acts like they are the only ones existing in the store. Loud banter behind the counter. Totally arrogant attitude when taking the order. No eye contact. NOT FRIENDLY. Like they are having a party and YOU the customer are just an unwelcome distraction that takes them away from it.

Usually its pretty crowded and the wait is long but thats usually mitigated by the nice outside seating and the fireplace inside. They used to not have decaf brewed which was annoying but theyre better with that now. Tonight though we got pretty upset. The store closes at 11 and we got here at 10:25. We were looking for a dessert and coffee. When we tried to order, nothing was in the showcase except for 1 morning bun that the staff wouldnt warm up because the oven was shut off. When we asked about getting anything else, we were told everything was thrown out. Im surprised Starbucks wouldnt think to donate leftover desserts to a local charity. Very disappointing and the worst is that this hasnt happened before. Its just the first time I decided to write about it.

This Starbucks messed up our orders and they were very rude when my friend mobile order accidentally got ordered to the wrong location. Will not be returning.

It was awful experience. i had a frap and i like to put milk in it. so i asked barista if i can have milk and he said uhh just use whatever is out there but he had milk right behind him. im very upset because i spend at least a thousand dollars in the spand of 4 months. not coming back to this location. franklin lakes starbucks are nicer.

First off my visit was on Mothers day. My mother wanted a medium (Grande I think) English breakfast tea made in a venti cup. It turned out that she got a Grande or medium tea. I ordered a latte macchiato venti with soy. The steamed soy had a taste like it was sitting around for a while. So it had a flat and old taste/mouth feel. Also when I got the drink it wasnt hot, it was more lukewarm.Other things about my visit was the wait time. For two drinks it took 15 minutes to make. The employees seemed like they were behind and understaffed for the day. Not related to my experience but I saw another gentleman get a gift card in apology for not having his drinks made. Overall I would not go back to this Starbucks. It was not worth the wait and the money spent on it.
