Clean, comfortable, and great customer service. There are plenty of people to help you and check out is always fast and efficient. Also, great shopping carts. They are always clean, light weight, and easy to push around. It is evident that Target put a lot of thought into the shopping cart to enhance the shopping experience. Also, love the cup holder.

Target is super amazing because when me and my family were doing a drive-up, we had just parked there when the lady came up to our car. Their employees are amazing. If your lucky, you may see my aunt Jadyn Sims!😉

Wanted ID for buying cough drops - cepacol throat lozenges. Tried to get store manager on phone, spoke through their chat. Their chat person asked if I had a Prescription! for an over the counter medicine. smh - after I asked if they are aware of their product Tracy stopped the chat. I had already spoke to the pharmacist asking if there was some new policy. She laughed - said no and advised that I speak to the store manager.

Target is awesome, the store is always nice and neat and everything is easy to find. The curbside pick up is amazing as well. I tried Wal-Marts curbside pickup and waited for over 25 minutes. Called and was told that they are splitting orders to re-organize and my order was placed at the customer service counter. Not happy!Never any issues with Target pickup. Love them!

The store is well laid out with a cool and relaxing ambience to it which kind of translates to a good shopping experience. The staff are a cheerful bunch and always willing to assist. Its a good place to shop and Id recommend to friends and family!

I wanted to give a shout out to the staff at the Target on 544. Late Tuesday night my parents decided to come stay with us since they had no power. I needed an air mattress for them to sleep on, the closer big box I tried was dark so I called Target. The gentleman who answered said they were on generator and would be open for another 20 - 30 minutes. When I got there it looked like they were closed, but an employee came out to flag me down and ask if I was there for an air mattress. They had stayed open waiting on me just so I could buy an air mattress! I didnt get the names of the staff, but there were 4 or 5 that waited in the terrible weather just to help me out. This is customer and community service at its best!!!

The staff at the Wylie TX store are all incredible. They are super friendly and always have a positive attitude (despite stressful circumstances and often grumpy customers). I also love the Target app - well designed, easy to use and has everything you need all together!

Definitely my go to Target since its close to my home. Always clean, pretty well stocked and employees are nice. Hopefully I dont jinx myself but I have enjoyed this Target for quite some time. Since the pandemic they have done a really good and organized job with the curbside pickup flow, so thats been awesome and takes my stress level down quite a bit.

I had to wait for someone to come to the counter to serve me. They treated me like an after thought. The guy went to get my order after some time brought it out and it was only half the order. I had to tell him there was more to the order. He had to go back to find it. Was just poor customer service from start to finish.

Had bought a Nintendo switch online, your online shop said you had it at this store and when I arrived at the store to pick up you didn’t have it. GREG at WYLIE, TX store was more than helpful and while I couldn’t resolve this issue without driving 45 minutes out of the way to Irving to get my item, Greg spent about 30-40 minutes with me, personally calling 2 stores to see if they had the item before I made a far drive. He truly went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible even when there wasn’t much he could do in the end. He could have easily just said he couldn’t do anything about it, but he really cared and spent the time to make me feel like he tried. THIS is how Customer service is done and he deserves some formof recognition for this. Thank you Greg!

Helpful, courteous customer service. I would suggest there be a larger self-checkout section. Although the help provided at the self-checkout was prompt and brief. The parking lot is very spacious, so it tends to be safer for families with small children.

I like the way Target is handling the COVID to protected their employees and guest. My only suggestion will be at the register that the glass should be at the back of the employees also. What if a customer sneeze the employee will still be affected.

Very disappointed at this point ordered a cake a week ago to have it by 10am so I could have it at my daughters birthday party in Allen by 1230pm it got lost somewhere some how and it is now 1252pm and I am still standing here at target waiting while my wife is with my daughter at openstack holding things together. Pisses me off that I am only going to get to be there to sing happy birthday and then everyone will leave. Thank you target and I know it is one persons doing not target but someone should be accountable.

The customer service is on point. Not only did the guy in the electronics dept. offer to hold my tv and soundbar while I shopped in the rest of the store, but when faced with the conundrum of getting it home (I did not think that through) another employee offered to bring it by in his truck when his shift ended, as I live right down the street. The staff was simply so nice and so wonderful, I was blown away.

When there are 7 or 8 people in line and they walk thru saying they are opening other lanes, like lane 10, then he you go to lane 10 and the employee tells me she only opened for this customer really???????????I did make a comment with the VERY NICE associate that checked me out. my purchase was over $200

I love Target. The store is well organized and I can usually find what I need whenever I visit my favorite Target store.

Targets online order and pick up in store was super easy. I was able to order while in another store and seeing they were out of the items I wanted. I was able to finish my shopping in the other store and drive to Target to pick up my order which was already ready. Super easy and my gift ideas were not foiled!

Store is clean and everything is neat. But trying to find someone to help is impossible some times. And the variety of baby clothing is always the same. Its not horrible its just not the best Ive been to.

I really like this Target - although it seems a bit smaller than most Super Targets. I was originally going to give them four stars because it is inevitable that you wait in line at the register - you will almost never find an empty one where you can just check out and be on your way. However, I did give them the fifth star because many times when I only have a few items I just go up to customer service if they arent attending to anyone and they are always more than happy to let me check out there. Awesome!

There was a complete restock going on in the pharmacy department. I needed a very specific type of Benadryl. One of the wonderful ladies dug and dug through multiple boxes to find the medicine that my little girl needed. It is a hard type to find and I was so thankful for her giving her time to help me!

I have been a Target customer since they opened in Wylie. I love the store and the customer service I get while Im shopping. I visit this location every Sunday for my weekly groceries. Here lately, I have been very disappointed at the service I have been receiving from different cashiers. I have noticed over the last 3 months or so that the cashiers just place your groceries in the bag with whatever. Meaning, meat with bread, eggs with bake goods. I wish I was making this up but Im not. My 1st job in 1990 was at a grocery store and I was trained on how to bag groceries. Target, please train your cashiers on how to bag groceries before you lose a loyal red card customer.

The 10 - pack Bella face covers for $15 is far too expensive. This is the non-medical non-N95 face covers. It is an essential item during a Covid-19 pandemic.

The chicken tenders here are awesome. The sports clothing is affordable. They hold up quite well. It has been over two years and everything I have bought here has held up well. Except that Reebok gym bag. That disintegrated.

I went in to return a PlayStation gift card at 9pm for 50 dollars. They told me to comeback the next day beacuse the it guy wasn’t there. They said that if I came back tomorrow they would be able to return it. I’m a very busy man but I made time and went back the next day . Only for them to tell me that they couldn’t do anything about it even though the card hasn’t been used. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Update got my glasses from here pretty chill place, still mad tho so only a 3 star bump up.

Clean and fully stocked. The prices arent the best but they compete with most other chains. This location is particularly bad at managing the check out lanes. They rarely have enough lanes open to get customers checked out quickly.

Lack of registers open/poor shopper experienceI usually love Target and have been a loyal Target shopper for many years. But Target seems to care less and less about customer service and more and more about cutting payroll or moving towards only self-service shopping.When I went to the registers to check out on my last shopping trip ALL of the registers were closed, except for self-checkout. I had a full cart - it was only 9:30 pm and the store was open until 11 pm. There were 3 target associates standing at a register - and when I asked if there were any registers open besides self-checkout, they said, No, were sorry. This one is broken. I worked in retail for many years - and we would never have closed all registers except for self-checkout 1 1/2 hours before closing. Thats only something you would expect Walmart to do.So disappointing.

I like Target because it is clean, neatly organized, and well-stocked. However, one incident in Target Wylie on 1/15/2015 where an elderly cashier did not give me my merchandise makes me rate the store 3 stars. The cashier took all the other bags and put them on the lower counter to the side, except for the last item. More than likely the person behind me got a free shirt. I checked the next day and the day after, and no one returned the purple workout shirt that I really, really wanted (and had paid for!). To be fair, Target did give me my money back and printed out a receipt that had the shirt in my size at different locations. I went to one location which the receipt indicated had it, but they didnt. The employee there called two other stores close by, which the receipt indicated carried it, but they also didnt have it, and the closest one that had 2 was far away. All that I really want is for Target to train their employees to not only bag the items that are purchased, but to put all the bags on the side where the customers can put it in the cart themselves or the cashiers can put it in the cart so that all the purchased items go with the customer. I guess if I didnt care about the shirt, I wouldnt be writing this review, but I really, really wanted that shirt.

I love shopping at target. But the new design in the womens section is TERRIBLE! Its so bright... will give you a headache. The layout is odd and doesnt make sense. They keep hiring immature kids. All they do is talk and yell and goof off while the store is a disaster. Never returning to this location. Disappointed

10/10I went in for an Xbox One controller, but nobody was at the electronics section, so went to customer service to get assistance. The called for someone to come to electronics, who got there just as I walked back to it. He got one of the controllers off the locked shelf for me and directed me to the batteries when asked. I was in and out in less than 7 minutes.

Best place on earth! Amazing customer service and amazing people. Fun place to shop.
