I want to say that I appreciate Diana for her concern and professionalism when I spoke with her about my experience.Four weeks ago, I had knotless braids done and it turned out nicely; however, there were too many braids for my liking and they were too heavy. When I spoke with Diana later on the same day and told her Ididnt like it, she had me come back the next day to have the braids removed and we scheduled an appointment to come back a few days later. Even though I had to pay a little extra to have the braids redone, it was well worth it. 🤗I will definitely go back.

I was on the hunt to find a braid shop closer to home (like not have to get on the highway close) and Ive visited the location a few times, but only for hair supplies. Its always nerve racking to let someone new do your hair, but I decided to give them a try. So happy I did! The owner and stylists were so sweet and professional. Most importantly my knotless braids turned out exactly as I wanted. Color, neatness and length! Highly recommended.

Zero stars!!!! They didn’t treat my braiding hair and my real hair fell out! They don’t like repeat customers. I don’t know why they think that’s professional when I told them multiple times I’m sensitive and a client was complaining while I was there. I should’ve just left but I thought it was the client issue.. but no they don’t know what they doing and I would never recommend braids by them. I learned how to braid because of them making my hair fall out!! They are the worst

Ms. Diane was my saving grace!! My previous appointment with someone else fell through and Ms. Diane saved the day and made my Birthday Weekend a huge success!! Ms. Joyce did a great job and made my vision hairstyle a reality! I will definitely get my hair braided again. The best!!

The owner here was so kind and very helpful when I came to her shop looking for braiding hair. She helped me blend the perfect colors for my daughter’s style. Everything was clean and tidy and her pricing was good as well. I will definitely return in the future!

My daughter is extremely tender headed and it is almost impossible for someone to do it. Diana was so nice and was able to deal with her to where she actually wants to come back!!! Everyone was friendly and made you comfortable. Wonderful job

It was my first time coming to this salon and my last time, here is why . First off, the salon is very clean. The owner is sweet . The women who did my hair Rama and Aisha were very nice and super fast at doing my hair . They did rope twists on my hair and it looked nice . I paid $200.00, but originally I was told it wasn’t going to be $200.00. The next couple of days my head started hurting and I had to take it out on day 3 . The braids were super tight that I got bumps on my scalp and still have them right now. My scalp is super sensitive right now and itchy, but the owner had made me buy hair fertilizer to help with the relief which is good and helps a lot but I feel bad I wasted soo much money on a job that only lasted three days. I couldn’t get a refund or anything . Now I’m left with a sore scalp that has to heal . Never ever let someone braid your hair tight and make sure you know how much your paying or else you will feel robbed . I know I do . I’m not from Texas, I’m from Florida and I wanted braids while I’m here for the summer so I chose to go to them instead of getting a sew in at Jay the Weave King he is fabulous. Lesson Learn .

I highly recommend this place. I am new to the area and I was surprised to see a black owned location that sells beauty products and does hair as well. I am satisfied with the braid style and they also helped me understand how to moisturize and care for my hair. The pricing is fair and they are very professional and friendly.

I received a lace frontal sew-in by hair stylist Gwendolyn who works at this salon. She did an awesome job and is very knowledgeable. I love that the shop is located not too far from my home and is easy to get to. They have a variety of hair care products and the inventory is growing. The owner is Dianna and she is awesome as well.

The customer service here is amazing. I usually have to travel far to get my hair styled but her location is extremely convenient for all. Not only does she sell her own hair care products, but she does amazing sew ins and braids for reasonable prices. I highly recommend you go and check it out.

I got my hair done tonight at Luxury Hair and I am extremely satisfied with how it came out. I got it done here once before about 2 months ago, it came out great so I decided to come back. This place was amazing ! The owner kept in contact with me about what color hair I wanted and the price of the service. I wanted jumbo box braids with a blend of different blondes and browns for the summer and I got exactly that. I get so many compliments and I just got it done two days ago. The only thing that was unpleasant about my visit was a lady coming in complaining that the owner sold her daughter 100% human hair when it was really synthetic. The owner was very professional telling the mother that she told the daughter that the hair was synthetic BEFORE she bought it but she still did anyway for $35. Everyone knows that human hair is more expensive than 35$ ! The mother was yelling and would not accept that and threw a fit.

I had the pleasure of visiting this store today, it was clean and nice upon entry! I was greeted quickly and asked if I needed help with anything. I told the nice woman that I would be sure to make another visit! I spent about 11$ it was well worth it!!!

I live near by and was happy to find this place The normal braider wasnt able to come, but I was so happy with the substitute. I brought my own hair and have got so many compliments.This was in February and it is now March and braids still look good. I will say that they really need to get wifi. Also, I had to insist on having some sort of leave in conditioner when my hair was being blown dry after washing. Other than that, I will definitely return.

The ladies here are super sweet. Braided both of my daughters hair. My 4 year old cries when getting her hair washed, or if anyone touches her hair. She didnt cry not one time while getting her hair braided and the braids werent super tight when finished. We will definitely be back.
