This location has the friendliest and sweetest employees. Went in. At 6 even though they close at 6 they still let me and a few other customers shop. Great customer service, I liked a pair of Adidas but my size wasnt available so a young girl ordered me the shoes I wanted to be shipped to my house without any shipping fees. Thank you for your help!

Shows store opens at 9am but when I arrived it was closed. Sogn says doesn’t open till 10am. Waste of a trip

Facility was clean and organized. I was greeted upon entry to the store. Noticed employees were stocking and organizing shelves. One employee did approach me after 15 minutes to ask if I was ok and needed help. Selection was decent and prices werent to bad compared to DSW. On my purchase on the way out an older blonde woman, Im assuming that shes the manager, whom I was purchasing my shoes from was snappy and somewhat rude. The buy one get one half off was confusing because I did not realize that she would take half off on the cheaper item. She gave me this weird look like I was ignorant. By the way this is the first time Ive been to Rack Room Store. So I asked her about a military discount and so she points to the sign and in a snappy voice, its only on Tuesdays. At that point I wanted to leave but I needed shoes for work. After that customer experience Im hesitant to return or recommend that store to anyone.... #rackroomstorepoorcustomer service

I bought shoes with the intent of getting the second at half price. The sticker for half off was directly under the price of the shoes. The rude attendant said it didnt apply to these shoes.

Prices are average, but they have great sales. Good luck on finding the average size in stock. If you dont, they will be happy to order from the register and ship to your home.
