Friendly staff and no high sales pressure. Got to browse around and get what I needed. If I need help the staff is always so friendly and always excited to help find what you need.

Per usual the door greeter was quick to ask me what I came in for. Normally not a problem, when I stated I came for candles and I had received a coupon in the mail she asked to see it. So as I showed her she snatched the coupon and said she had to show her manager. She came back and swore up and down the coupon wasn’t real. At this point more people walked in as well. Interestingly enough another young lady came in behind me with a similar coupon to which the same lady was like let me show you were to find the items listed! Needless to say I could tell wasn’t wanted in this store for obvious reasons which is unfortunate because I’m a frequent shopper at Bath and Body Works. However, I’ll take my business to other DFW locations ie: (Firewheel, Allen, North Park) where my business is wanted and respected.

Place is clean & presentable. Staff is friendly and courteous. Products are organized and eye appealing with test bottles and scent strips ready to go. Happy and without issues :)

I normally don’t write reviews but OMG Zoey is AMAZING, I lost my card and she helped me find it, she is very awesome and helpful. She needs a RAISE.

The location is misleading, it’s between Skechers and dollar tree

I’m here now, first time having to ever return anything, and a pregnant cashier Dom is purposefully taking her time with my transaction because she had to call customer service who instructed her to do as I originally requested...give me cash back. Their computer was messed up. No biggie. But instead of giving me cash back for my return, like I requested after the third system failure, she purposefully took her time, refused to answer my questions and also placed my money on the counter and just walked away. I did nothing to her at all. She wasn’t even my original cashier, she came over and took over.

Customer service is excellent ..always! Large selection of all items. Love when thy have their sales. Be sure thy have u signed up to get their email updates on their sales. Esp their 3 wick candle sales..thy have all their fall fragrances out now its pumpkin everything.once u find a winner u stick with it. But many other choices by chance thy run out of your special one .great place to shop for gifts also. With their room fragrances and wall flowers plug ins.also their body creams and sprays and hand soaps can get a gift basket of asst... great store to shop always employee close by to assist u without hovering.

The people at the Wylie location of Bath & Body Works are some of the friendliest, most helpful people anywhere.

One thing I would say everyone at the store is really nice! Very welcoming once you walk in ! But omg (Michelle) by the way I was there at 12 pm 12/11 I talk to her about it promotion email showing it was only in store she was so short I her answer and didn’t even make any effort to help me she also lied to me. I will be calling corporate to clarify few things she told me.

Walked into this store today to purchase items for the company I work for, I was told when I entered the door I must sanitize my hands before I could enter. To the ownership group of Bath and Body Works, I realize your good at selling fragrances and lotions, but when did you get a degree in infectious diseases. Sick and tired of having you tell the rest of us what hoops we do or do not have to jump through to be a patron. Guess what you lost one today.

Everyone was very helpful . Will definitely be back. I got all that I needed.

I love this store. All associates are super friendly and helpful, it’s always clean and inviting. I just wish they had a bigger selection. They are a smaller store so they only get the essentials.

I love this place. Their fall candles smell like moms Thanksgiving dinner. The hand soaps leave a smooth hand with a wonderful smell. Staff was incredibly helpful and eager to answer questions. I cant wait to go back.

Went here today for the first time. I accidentally broke a candle and Ashley was so kind and sweet in handling the situation. She assured me that it was not my fault and quickly cleaned it up. I truly felt like a valued customer and was so impressed by the amazing customer service. Thank you Ashley! Love that there is a bath and body works close to home now and was surprised at how much selection the store carried. Definitely will be my new go to bath and body works store!

This is a newly opened location. It just opened last Friday. Carm greeted us, and she was very friendly and engaging. I had some coupons and she showed me the eligible items. There is ample parking, and will definitely be coming back to this location for another pleasant shopping experience.8/9/21: Went to exchange a few items and buy some more. Had the pleasure of dealing with Angelina. She handled my return and rang up my purchase accurately, making sure all the coupons were applied. She was very pleasant, and I found out the she had only been working there for a week. I told her coworker, that I wouldnt have know that, had she not told me. Angelina gave me a friendly vibe.
