This was our first time in and we absolutely loved it. The ice cream was fantastic and the cookies were great as well...one of my daughters got the raspberry and it was very tart. She loves raspberry but this was too tart for her. I went to order another one for her and was more than willing to pay, but was told I could not. Ive been in the restaurant industry for 20 years and I love seeing this level of service!! The 2 ladies in the building were very welcoming and helped us through the process as it was oir first time. Visit time was 430 as I didnt get names I hope they will be recognized for their attention to detail and there above and beyond customer service!!!

Probably my fault. Id talked about getting an ice cream cake, thats all I wanted and I mentioned that plenty of times..but the fast talking lady sold me a cookie cake over the phone. When I found out what theyd made for me instead, she was aggressive and pretty adamant in pointing out it was my fault. (my mistake in misunderstanding it was not an ice cream cake) I could see she was doing this in front of her manager and peers to save face, and maybe feared her job. I could have just walked away without the cake, but I purchased it still, or God knows they may have taken it from her salary. I hope young lady that if youre reading this, please be kind to others and polite to your customers. God Bless you.

In a word.... solid. Customer service - A1, milkshake - to my specification. Definitely the best there is....

Very disappointed with customer service here. I have been trying to place a cake order online for a few days and it wouldnt go through and said to contact the store directly. Online it says orders need to be placed 48 hours in advance. I decided to call before hitting the 48 hours. I was told I couldnt place the order by the person who took my call, her manager, and the cake decorator herself because they are busy. If you cannot fulfill what your website says, the change it. I will be contacting the parent company directly.

This was my second trip to this location and I had wonderful service! The ladies there were so nice and friendly! By far one of my favorite Marble Slab experiences! Definitely will be back again when I’m in town.

Loved the ice cream!! But ordered it from Door Dash and there weren’t napkins or spoons! How do you eat ice cream without spoons and napkins? I’m sure if was for one of the kids that worked there they would of made sure they had them!

It was my first time coming to this location and i will not be coming back. The two young ladies that were working we’re super sweet but the older lady who looked to be the manager wasn’t that friendly. I watched her be soo nice and hold conversations with the customer before me but when it was my turn all she said was go ahead and swipe your card. I felt uncomfortable.

Great place to chill, literally! Don’t get a brain freeze! Great service, and love the sampling of ice cream before you buy. Awesome flavors and amazing choice of toppings! Also, Google needs to remove the 1 star rating of this place, people shouldn’t be allowed to give a restaurant 1 star because they are closed, check the hours & opening date before driving there.

Pretty dang delicious 😋 ice cream!! The older lady doesn’t seem much friendly (pretty straight forward) but enjoyed the ice cream 🍨 sandwich

Staff was amazing and the ice cream was great.

Good ice cream but the choices were slightly below the prior experience in some other locations. The toppings and mixins were up there but not quite to the standards set by the older stores in other suburbs. The waffle cones were too soft.
