Listen! All I can say is clutch! This company comes through in the clutch. Did I mention clutch? Ive been printing shirts for years now for my tours product table. I ordered product I need, and when I walked in to receive my order they took the time to walk me through their inventory and taught me some things Ive never known about t-shirts. This will enhance my business, and show me that for Jolt its more than printing and embroidering, they care about you and your company.

I wanted to gift my husband a last minute hat for his birthday tomorrow with a special embroidery logo but almost every shop was closed. I came across JOLT printing & embroidery and called and explained my situation and told them that I needed the hat done today. They closed at 2 pm and I got there at 1:30 with my blank cap and was out of there a little after 2 pm. The customer service was amazing, Caroline went above and beyond to help me and I couldn’t be more grateful to her. She not only helped me by making the hat but she even went out of her way to get me a box for the cap to be able to wrap the gift. There isn’t a lot of customer service like this anymore but it was nice to see that it’s still exists. Thank you again for truly caring!

Product received was absolutely phenomenal, better than my expectations! My nephew broke his arm and I wanted to get him a customized t-shirt with his x-ray on it, they assisted with not only recommending options, fabrics, colors and even worked with me to personalize it according to how I wanted it, awesome job and awesome service! Ive used Jolt Printing a couple of times now. Gary has knocked it out of the park each time. His designs look phenomenal and he is easy to work with. His customer service is exactly what we need more of.

I had a RUSH order for my best friends wedding hankie. To say Gary (the owner) went above and beyond to accommodate me is an understatement. They did a beautiful job on the embroidery and I was blown away by the customer service!

Ordered some shirts and hats for our BBQ team - and they looked stellar. The hats didnt fit quite right, and we discovered the sizing was different than discussed - so they stayed late that day to make sure we got new hats that same day.Fantastic customer service, and they are great at what they do. Theyve earned a loyal customer for life.

WOW!! I am so impressed with the customer service here. I came in during the busy Holiday season and Gary took time out to help me design a logo. I brought ten ballcaps and a dash mat for custom embroidery. I met Christa, who was awesome, and she went over all the details with me, to include thread colors and size. I was able to see a mock up of the dashmat embroidery while I was there, and Christa was able to match the colors on the embroidery to the ballcaps. I received a copy of the invoice via email, and their text notifications (at my request) were great. It was a very pleasant experience, and Ill be sure to go back for my embroidery needs. Its always a pleasure to support a local business that provides a quality product at a reasonable price, with outstanding customer service!

Just wow! Placed a large order for shirts, and my other shirt guy dropped the ball on me so I gave them a second order with even less time. They kept me updated the entire time, exceeded my expectations and got me the shirts WELL before the deadline. Even after there was a miscommunication from our group they still helped us and got corrections done on over 100 shirts within 24 HOURS!!! I’ll be taking all my all my embroidery and printing to them from the HS and my church.

My sons back pack came in with a glitter patch. They saved the day with switching out the patch for me on very short notice. They saved the day!!!!!
