Love Home Depot just wish they had a bigger selection of flowers like the Lowes a couple miles further down the street. Always nice friendly service. Bathrooms and store always clean.

Home depot has always maintained a slight edge in prices for greenery in general. Its always my go to place for building materials, general construction tools and such, even though their variety is second to Lowes, their price points are always persuasive!

I use home Depot because its close to me and I can usually get what I want. This last visit to had I found what I needed and had purchased before. I no longer buy live plants there after I found their labeling showed they were right for this climate only to have them freeze. They replaced them and they froze again the next year. Today I got no help from the one person attending the garden center. He tried but had no idea where to find what I needed.

Horrible customer service in garden section this morning. 6 deep in line while three employees stood around yuking it up. One employee sat on the register counter looking at his phone the entire time I was in line.

Horrible customer service takes for ever to find someone to help you. And than they have to find 2-3 other people to help you. Had this experience both when buying a lawn mower and a BBQ. Took us at least 20 minutes when we new what we want with the lawn mover. Still waiting on the grill at this time. Likely going somewhere else. Updated: Customer service paged garden twice, no one came. Said we were going to level didnt seem to care.

They are the place to go for Christmas trees in Wylie. Fresher trees, lower prices, and they prep the tree and help you load it on your vehicle.

Had problems with the self-checkout register but the employee that was monitoring came over and fix the situation rather quickly 5 stars for him .

Couldnt find anyone...the person with ceiling fans had no idea about the product...flower selection was poor also
