Garage spring broke after 1:30. Called Wylie Overhead Garage Door and made appointment for between 4:00 and 6:00 same day. Showed up at 4:45 and replaced my single spring with two spring and adjusted everything in under a hour. Did a great job explained everything and done same day. Great local source for Wylie needs.

We had a strange day with our garage door. First it was loud beeping noise in the garage and I couldn’t figure out what it was so I thought it had to be the door opener, so I called Wylie garage door and talked to Will and he suggested it might be the backup battery in the unit. I couldn’t find a battery so I called Will back and he said he could come over in a couple hours, so that’s great. Well then I found out my wife had replaced a smoke alarm and threw the old one in the garbage that was in the garage was doing the beeping. I called Will back and said we were good. Then I tried to close the door and it wouldn’t go all the way down, so I called Will back and he came over and fixed it.All that being said Will took all my calls and still had a great attitude after me bugging him all day and he did a great job! I would recommend him to anyone, great work, reasonable price and great attitude!

Great experience. Very professional, assessed our garage door problem, got parts same day and came back. We feared the worst with wheels coming off the track. Quickly we had new hinges and rollers. Best tune up we could have asked for. Highly recommend.

My 20yr old 16’w door was on it last leg. The door panels had started to crack causing significant sagging when opening and closing the door. I tried patching the cracks with metal gussets but to no avail. My wife “encouraged” me to have the door professionally fixed before the door collapsed on the someone or the car. I called several door repair folks and found Will to be the most informed and responsive. He met with me to discuss my repair/replacement options and at no time pressured me into making a decision. He did however point out the pros/cons of each option.In the end I chose to replace all the door panels using the existing hardware, tracks, springs and motor. The price was very reasonable and competitive. Most of the others wanted to charge for a service call and replace everything but the opener.The door works like new. I strongly recommend giving Will a shot. I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Will was here in less than 24 hours. I dare you to find some who knows more about garage doors. He finished aligning my door so I left to get the checkbook but he was not finished. In about 45 minutes, my garage door was fixed. Will added a few extra tips and maintenance fixes while fixing the main motor issue.
