I bought a used club car from Collin county carts. They seemed very fair.Matt ( I believe owner) took $300 off without any hassle. They put new tires on, new side view mirrors and seat belts. The tires seemed ok but Matt said he would put on a new set anyway, without me even asking. It’s a family owned business that I would recommend highly. I needed a couple of minor adjustments, I live in Celina and they picked up the cart, repaired and delivered Hassey free. Nice family, nice business, I recommend.

Collin County Golf Cars, Matt and Bobby Flynn have been my go to people for repairs to the two golf cars we own. Their service quality has always been top notch. They suffer from what all of us do during the covid time period and that is availability of parts. They some how find ways to get the parts they need so the repairs are very timely. I would also recommend them for service and sale of new or rebuild golf cars.

All work was competently done. Cart looks great and runs better than it did. Even found a new charger for our 15 year old cart. Very satisfied; with the service.

Without going into details, I had a poor experience with another local golf cart company. After I bought my cart there, I decided I would never go back. I was referred to CCGC through our neighborhood networking group. When I called, I immediately noticed the difference. They acted like they really wanted my business and would take care of my needs. And they have. They went the extra mile when an unforeseen problem with the cart appeared so I was very appreciative of that. They run their company just like we run ours. Treat your customers fairly, deliver what you promise, and communicate. Ill certainly be a customer of theirs for life.

I highly recommend this place great people to deal with all around. I bought from them and a couple of days later there was a small issue that needed to be fixed and to be honest I wasn’t 100% sold on the cart from the beginning. They told me to bring it back in and let me use a rental while they found the exact cart i wanted.
