I bought a ring from here very excited very happy they said all their stuff was real. Well a couple months later i went to kays to buy another ring and they were talking about fake rings and such so i asked her if she could test the ring from the pawn shop. So basically the diamonds on the sides were real and the main one that was supposed to be “morganite” ended up being glass or zirconium :) very unhappy. So that being said go to a jewelry store somewhere and have them test the ring if u buy one. If its fake BRING IT BACK

I like the owner. Hes nice and down to earth. You wouldnt know he was the owner at first cause hes not on a high horse like some business owners are that feel too good to be working out on the floor with their employees. I was in search for a PlayStation 4 and I came across pawnshops near me and Texas Dollar Pawn was the closest one. I sent an email out to TDP and I asked if they had a PlayStation 4 and how much it was. I got that PS4 extremely cheaper than you would anywhere else and the employees are amazing. They treat you like family at that store.

Ive done business with Texas Dollar Pawn quite a few times. Mostly for firearms purchases but have also purchased computers, bicycles, 1oz. Silver coins, etc. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. They are always eager to answer any questions you may have or show you an item of interest. Theyve also got awesome lay-away terms of only 10% down and 10 months to pay.

Recently I lost my job and was unable to make my loan payment on the deadline date. I called them up and they assured me my property would be safe and was willing to give me a few days extension on the loan. During such a stressful time that was a great relief to me. Honestly I think I like this place too much. All the employees are always more than willing to help. Sometimes too much help as I keep going in looking for one thing and leave with more stuff than I was supposed to buy. I dont mind but the little woman says if I cant behave in there on my own she is gonna forbid me to go without her. This is by far my favorite shop. Even if I dont buy anything I catch myself just going in to look and chat with all the guys working there. If you havent been here stop in and check them out. As for the less than stellar reviews. I have never seen this shop dirty and for sure never seen anyone get thrown out or accused of anything they didnt do.

I had an AR15 I wanted to sell but didnt want to deal with private buyers. I as a professional in the business know that these guys could sell this for more than they said so I suppose it speaks well as to the deals you can find as a buyer but it also says you cant really get the best deal selling.I dont feel screwed or anything and Id go here again before trying a different shop. But I do think its odd they arent interested in selling their items and maximizing their profit.

I was honestly scared to go into a pawn shop,but WOW it was so clean and organized! when i came into the store they all greeted me as i walked in.i got rid of some items that i was going to put in a garage sale got great money!

I asked my dad to take me here so I could trade old DVDs and toys in. We couldnt find anything I wanted in this filthy store.The man chased us outside and accused my dad of stealing the DVDs we brought in. He had his hand on a gun yelling at my daddy. Another employee had to come outside to get the little man to back off.Good thing too because my dad just about to teach him a lesson gun or not.Just avoid this place and the power hungry cashiers.
