This is the only GNC location that has Dymatise flavors like fruity pebbles and cocoa pebbles and birthday cake in store. The owner of this store is truly committed to his customers and getting them the products that they want.

The store does not honor corporate promotions. You need to go to corporate store in order to get corporate promotional offers.

Went in for case of zoa energy drinks, gentlemen refused to sell me a case because he loses money on them when sellling by the case, even though the display has a price listed for the case. Then he went on a 15 min rant about how much money Dwayne The Rock Johnson has and corporate greed. Needless to say I wont be coming back.

One star is one too many stars for this location. This store is owned and operated independently from GNC corporate locations. Ive tried to purchase several items here twice because I thought the first time was perhaps an off-day for the owner-operator of the store. However the first encounter I had with the owner, he took an opportunity to go into a 20 minute rant about kids with cell phones that he took an opportunity to transition to religion. Being a Christian, I took offense to both his tone and content regarding Jesus and His second coming. Obviously the owner is not of the Christian faith and probably does not understand what he was saying. In that context, I forgave him for his ignorance. Fast forward a year later (last week), I thought Id try a second time. Thankfully, the conversation wasnt the same but this time he wasnt interested in honoring GNCs buy one get one (BOGO) for 50% as advertised. He said the items on the shelf were for another customer and he would not give me the discount. I left empty handed and will not be returning even though it is the closest GNC to my home. In talking to an employee at another GNC store location, I was told that the owner of this location marks up his merchandise above MSRP, sometimes as much as double the price of any other store or GNCs website. Im not sure how he stays in business but Ill not be a customer of his and do not recommend patronizing his store either.

I came into this location today and asked the associate about the apple cider vinegar gummies instead of him telling me they didn’t have them, he stated they don’t work... I asked him how do he know and he stated people are paying money for all this stuff and it simply doesn’t work.... Very poor customer service and then he kept walking around messing with items on the shelf as if I was going to steal is how I felt and my husband and daughter felt the same way.... I WILL NEVER EVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION AND GNC WILL NEVER GET ANY OF MY MONEY NOR MY FAMILY!!!!!

Piss poor customer service from this store! I was the 1st person in the store as the worker unlocked the door to the store and he stood behind the counter the counter the entire time as I walked around the store for about 15 minutes and never said a word to me and never asked me if I needed help. As I was able to walk out the store another person walked in and immediately he spoke to and asked if they need anything.....race related, I hope not because Ill never go to that store again!!!!

Good place in terms of product selection but they do tend to be a bit pricey.

They dont have a good variety of protein. For the purpose, you should go to any big Walmart Supper Store!

This location has improved alot since a few years ago. The staff are very helpful.

This GNC location didnt give me the Black Friday sales that was prompted on their website. The who I believe was the manager there said they dont do the deals and he said it with a smart mouth tone. So I drove to the one in firewheel and they accepted the deal just fine and with better service. I told them the situation and they took care of me just fine so from here on out I will go to the firewheel location, and I will NEVER go back to the location in Wylie

I’ve been here twice, the first time the cashier didn’t want to take my rewards because he said it hurt his business. Second time I show up at 10:09 am on a Friday morning and the door was locked. The sign says they open at 10 am. Very disappointed with this location.
