Multi-machining has the best customer service. Despite previous reviews, glad I went with my own impression. Joe was extremely nice. He offered me some water while he and a few other employees spent time fixing my ball machine. One of the screws on the machine was custom and hard to find. They made me another one and its running perfectly now.

Phenomenal customer service as well as performance. These guys are the real deal. Ignore the one person who is quite obviously backlashing
