Not safe. Not even a year here yet and already planning to move, my car was vandalized and someone came to our door while my niece was at home by herself when someone came asking for the head of household threatening to turn off the electricity and NOT from our power company. I feel so unsafe and have a lot to lose if someone breaks into our house, I think someone was scoping our place out. It’s only been 9 months and already feel unsafe.

Ive lived here for 19 years. Ive been through 3 owners. Only 1 bad manager. We have a good one right now. If you follow the rules, its an ok place to live. Some of the residents arent the best but you have that every where. Its a safe place and people mind there own business.

I moved here a month ago and love it here. Lots of grass. Feels like the country.😍Its been a couple of weeks since I posted . My husband and I love it here. I think the people who give bad reviews dont realize all the work Management is doing. So clean up your yard. Fix some of your own stuff. And help us make it a park we can all be proud of.

I came to look at some homes but none were available at the time. Management was there to point me in the right direction. I was impressed how clean the area was. Everyone was so friendly and eager to help.

The worst community park ever. Rent is too high! My neighbors complain as well. Theyll try to fine you for everything. Especially with the new lady manager. Im new to the park and trying to get out. Saving you guys from making the same mistake. So many stray cats running loose all over the park. The only thing I like is that they do have a pool and a play ground but everything else, forget about it.Trust me when I say that any 4 or 5 ratings with positive feedback are the same people running the park just to get their ratings up. Notice how they only reply to positive feedback.

I love seeing progress being made at my mothers park. Quiet neighborhood. Good management! Great maintenance guys! Since mama has been ill me and my husband have been doing the repairs to her home. I’ve seen the young lady in the office walking the homes and the maintenance guys working. Since mama and papa lived here, I’ve never seen anyone step foot out that office. I’m glad that RHP has hired hard workers that are willing to get their hands dirty. Keep up the good work! My mama smiled when I told her the neighbors were out doing home repairs. It’s really nice to see everyone doing their part to make Glenny shine.

Mr.Stegall, the manager, created a very welcoming atmosphere for me. He was very knowledgeable, humble and courteous. He made feel like I was already a resident. Hes an excellent communicator and people person. I felt heard, respected and assisted. Mr.Stegall surely makes the company look good!! Thanks

The homes were very unwell kept and pets were all over the homes and dogs were mostly allowed to stray from the homes into the street I would not speed in that area and the roads were uneven in several parts. Would not go there unless Ive got the end of my road to get a home.or just looking to get a bad home for 18,000$.

Its ight. Water shutdowns are a regular. Maintenance staff is pretty cool though.

No longer allow fences when plenty are seen, also max 2 pets. Need to post sign if no available spots until Nov. Post on website & before driving thru.

Nice clean park office manager saundra is the best. She treats you like your her best friend. Since i moved in 9 months ago the park has improved so much. Everyone has been working on their homes. You would never know an hailstorm demolished the park few years ago.we really like living here .thank you saundra.william and brian. Those guys kick butt always working to keep park nice..even at 110 degrees heat

I have several friends that live in this trailer park. They seem satisfied.

I give the park 2 stars for the family area. A very nice pool and play area for the children. However, be warned. This is not a family oriented park. Excessively loud music with highly offensive lyrics abounds at this park. All hours of the day and night, one can hear the F word, the N word, the MF word among others being broadcast from either homes or cars. If you do not want your children exposed to this vile language, this is not the park for you. There is traffic in the park 24 hours a day, the park never sleeps regardless of the rules that are in place. Expect traffic with loud ground pounding music all night long. Worse on the weekends. Generally speaking the residents are friendly, with only a few weekend fights among the residents. Fights associated with alcohol and drug consumption that is common in the park on the weekends. The residents are not friendly to alternative lifestyles. Folks from the LGBTQI would defiantly not be welcomed here, which is unfortunate. I wish that this was a all inclusive community. Management is generally unresponsive to complaints and chooses to selectively enforces the rules in the park. They will not enforce the noise rules, but will enforce toys being left on a patio, or, mowing weekly. Enforcement of community rules depends who you are. There is no on site security after hours. There is also no online or debit card payment method for rent. So if you are a busy young person with a job, paying rent can be inconvenient at the very least.

New manager is running the place like a Nazi. Around the maintenance shed trash is piled up blocking the drainage. Trash going into a creek. Also tearing up the tenants yard next to the shed. City needs to be called out for all the trash going into the creek.

Theres alot of restricions and fees for everything.

Management is very rude and Racist !!! Way to many expansive fines for unnecessary things.

No, I understand the owners of the property, I have lived here a good time, two years ago they demanded that I have a good yard, today it seems like jungle everywhere people do not respect, the streets of the community are dark, neighbors with their music at full volume, cars that pass and do not respect the limit, the park of games all dirty and and now that they open the pool, people who come from outside are to own it, they throw garbage and they do not respect and even beer cans, to whom corresponds to this since the manager ignores as well as we pay so we deserve respect.
