Sales staff helped me find exactly what I needed. They were helpful and friendly and that is why I keep going back to them. This was the first time we had delivery and the two men that came out were delightful. Products have always been of the best quality. I cannot express how happy I am with Brummels. When we arrived to check out some recliners, our salesman, Doc, let us know there were more upstairs and wasn’t pushy at all. They had a great selection and within moments I found a chair that was perfect. Delivery was just a few days later and they were early and quick! Overall buying furniture from Brummels was a breeze and a great experience and I will definitely be back when I am in the market for furniture or appliances again.

Best place to buy appliances. They are so helpful and knowledgeable. We bought 2 freezers and a refrigerator from them last November. Our Paykel and Fischer washer crapped out this morning half way through its wash cycle. ( 6 years old ) We found out that it was the control board and that Paykel and Fischer no longer sell washer and dryers in the US. We ended up buying a new Maytag washer and dryer with a 5 year parts and labor warranty from the factory.

Cancelled LG washer and dryer at Home Depot. They hire a delivery company that is Horrible. Called Brummels spoke to Danelle she was so helpful and Michael and Roger installed my LG washer and dryer today. What a difference. Professional and did a great jobThey have there only delivery people. What a difference! !.Thank you !!!

I bought my first appliances from Brummels when I bought my condo.They delivered the same day.I had an issue with my microwave about a year and half later.Long story short, they came out to replace microwave and fixed mine on the spot. Did not take a cent from me. These people deserve an A + standing.Wouldd not take

Terrible customer service never Shop here.I purchased a dryer part that was the wrong part and didn’t work and the owner would not returnOffered me $20 to split with him... what???Even after I talked about just purchasing a new dryer and my wife was wanting a new sofa that we were there to look at. Do what you want.I wouldn’t shop there. If they treat me that way over a dryer part how are they going to treat me on a $1000 sofa.... just awful customer service.

Went to Brummel’s for a price match from a big box store on a gas range. Shout out to Dillon who actually gave us a price $30 cheaper! In stock, delivered two days later, installed and old stove taken away! You have gained customers for life!!!

Very poor customer service. Older salesman was full of jokes - not funny and not professional. Worst of all there were customers allowed in the store without masks. Not only is this in violation of state health orders but disrespectful of my husband and I. We will not be back.

Stopped by on my way home from work to get an idea on couch styles and prices. Was greeted at the door with, Hi, anything I can help you find? I told him I was just getting some ideas, he said, okay, great, this floor is reclining, upstairs is standard furniture, my name is Dillon if you have any questions. He then left me alone to do my shopping in peace. I hate when salespeople converge on you like ants on a cookie. My husband and I went back the next day (Saturday) and bought a couch. Prices were reasonable, and free delivery and take away, and they delivered it Monday at 8:30am. Perfect, highly recommend.

Bought an appliance here that was not working properly and they came out and replaced it quickly with no problems. They were polite and professional. Scratch and dent in the back can reap a good deal. Not the cheapest but found deals on good appliances. Even deliver in the country. Thank you.

The salesman, Joe Brummel, sold us what we were asking for. He didnt try to push something bigger and better. Very professional. Marty was our salesman. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Great service.The two installers that showed up were friendly. They communicated with us through the install. They dis not vacuum when they were finished, not a big deal but it would have been appreciated.

They install appliances themselves and do not use crappy 3rd party installers and provide great service. They are willing to work with you on prices, Ive been totally satisfied each time Ive made a purchase!

I have been using Brummels for years. Sometimes they have ding and dent appliances which are brand new. They also sell used appliances out back in the barn — excellent customer service.

After visiting up to 6 places looking for a couch, the sales people here were the friendliest and gave me the most time and space to think. Visited, then came back to purchase and couldnt have felt more comfortable. Not a huge place, but good quality furniture at good prices.

Good but appliances must be all seconds because they all broke after only a year or two. Get a better warranty by going to Sears

Stopped into the Brummelss Zeeland store December 18 looking for a replacement for our over the range microwave and Joe Brummel met with us and did an awesome job of reviewing our options and helping us select a great value on a Samsung microwave. It was installed and operational by 10:30 am the next morning. Great price, great treatment, great service/installation. Things could not have gone more cordially, smoothly and inexpensively. Highly recommend !

Very poor customer service. When recently purchasing a used appliance with a 30 day warranty the appliance died at day 39. When I phoned regarding any possibilities of working with me the manager informed me that it was not his problem.I was not looking for a new fridge but maybe some sort of incentive to want to return to the company; a small % discount on a new appliance, as an example. Instead, he showed no interest in keeping my business.I would not recommend this business.

They came and did everything for me..I dint have to worry bout a thing.. they even made Shure it was wrking correctly before they took off.. and came at there schuled time.

Very poor service. The service department even argued with on the phone and hung up on us. Service department is BIS Brummels service.will never buy from them againThey do not have a service department but farm it out to a joke of a organization.they tell you Samsung is one of the best products however after spending the extra money on Samsung the frig only lasted 11 months. Then their service organization took 3 weeks before they ordered the defective parts. Still waiting for it to be repaired and spending $10.00 a day for ice in coolers to keep baby food and milk from spoiling.

Marty was our salesman. He was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable. He talked me into the Electralux Washer and Dryer to the tune of $3,500. They came and installed and from day one we knew it was not right. It was LOUD and SHOOK more than our 17 year old Maytags. We called them to get service they out source service and the companies are not friendly. The first one came pulled in our driveway and then left with out even ringing the door bell cost my husband a day wages because he took the day off to be there for them. The day he returned (another day we had to take off to be here) he walked in and out in 15 minutes and said this is how this machine is. I took a video of the machine on the spin cycle and brought it to Brummels and four people stood around and said it was not right. So they set another service person to come out. They told us we had to destack it first. We are in our 60s and can not lift that much. Why put it on us when it was wrong from the beginning. Second service guy came and said it is how the machine is and blamed it on our floor. Our Maytags never had a problem with our floor! They dont stand behind their customers or the products they sell. Never again! I figure we will be replacing in about three years do the damage that all of the shaking is doing. Ridiculous!
