This is my second time buying a vehicle from Elvis, and that itself should say enough about them. He takes so much pride in helping customers. I’ve never met any salesman who would go extra lengths like he does to make sure we’re happy and secure with our purchase. He is so knowledgeable and friendly, I thought I’d have to leave my husband there because of how much they were getting along and talking about vehicles. He tries to connect to you as a person, not someone who’s going to give him money. Very humble guy, and glad I was able to find another vehicle through him.

I have been coming to Elvis Auto for over a year now to have my vehicle serviced and repaired. My experiences here have been nothing short of amazing. On two separate occasions I couldnt make time to bring my vehicle in to the shop, so they came and got my vehicle and brought it back to me after the repairs were completed. Repairs are always stressful, but these folks are over-the-top when handling one of your biggest investments. Every time I bring my car for repairs I go with the confidence that not only will the work be done well but that it will be done at a fair price. The team at Elvis values their customers. They wont just take your money and return your car when its done, they will take the time to explain why repairs are needed and your options. Neither I nor my wife have ever felt talked down to by their team. 10/10 would recommend.

I have used the Service Center at Elvis Auto now three times with three different cars. Every time, the service was spot on. After having bought a vehicle from one of their staff members through their dealership a few months ago I brought it in today to have a check engine light and hard start, possible transmission issue checked out. They diagnosed the problem quickly, did a thorough check of the entire vehicle systems and diagnosed a few additional items that I chose to have repaired at the same time.They completed all the repairs at a significant discount and bought me lunch as I spent the entire day in their waiting room working on my computer. Elvis and Amy are amazing business owners and people who know how to make things right for their customers and I will most definitely return to them for service and/or to purchase another vehicle.

Im so thankful I took my car here. The service is exceptional!! They fixed my car, that had a lot of issues, in just one day. Any other auto shop would have made me wait days and charged me more but they understood the urgency and took care of the issue within only 4 hours. Amazing quality, service and AFFORDABLE. The auto service is pretty awesome... They arranged a tow for my disabled vehicle, got the parts fast and got it fixed for cheaper than expected... Great service too. Edin even reached out after the repairs were done to make sure the car was running smooth. Highly recommended.

I was getting my truck detailed at Lava GR and met Elvis. I got chatting with him explained what was going on with my steering. He said he would take a look at quick. Within minutes he was able to diagnose the problem. I took it back a few days later just so he could confirm and sure enough he was right. He ordered the part right away and fixed the steering with record time. Thanks Elvis. I definitely think we found our new auto shop.

Best prices and service I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been to a lot of places around Michigan. Elvis and Eden are super reasonable and fast, very upfront with everything and treat you like a priority. They beat every quote I had for my alternator and battery and got it done asap, quicker than the time I expected and have experienced for the same services. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else ever again. Highly recommended, great place and people.

Eden and Carl were awesome. I arrived for my appointment, they got me right it and out for my oil change.Actually, the whole team there is great! They are the only ones that work on my Porsche Cayenne. They came highly recommended when I first bought it and I have been going there ever since because they are friendly, honest, respectful of my vehicle, and are conscious of my work schedule and time.

Highly recommend this place. Fair and more than looking out for their customer. Discovered that my cars issue might actually be covered by manufacturers warranty. Very transparent in giving me options of either having it fixed on the spot or going through the dealership. Didnt even charge me for the (pre-authorized) time to diagnose the problem. While they didnt technically solve the issue, their attitude and approach speak volumes! I would go there anytime again and highly recommend.

Great place! This place came recommended to me by a friend so I brought my truck in thinking it needed a more expensive fix however they quickly found the problem was a chewed wire. They fixed it quickly for a fair price! I will deffintially be back. Thanks again Eden!

These professionals get the job done right, Edin and owner Elvis personally made me a priority. The ASE Certified Technician explained the problem, these guys are honest, and provided two avenues for repair. The Service Writer Edin called his local NAPA, and within 1 hour I was on the road to South Bend, IN from Grand Rapids, MI. I highly recommend Elvis Auto Service!

Have to say I always take my cars to the delearship, but after visiting this place, I’ve chsnged my ways. Great customer service. The facility is brand new, clean, and comfortable. The pricing was the best part because they saved me a ton of money had I went anywhere else. It’s been about three weeks and my car is running like a beast still. (2013 Ford Explorer Sport). Bought my car 6 months ago for 5,700 and the transmission already went out. Turned on the air and glass flew out from the vents on the dashboard when I first got it. Not happy.
