This is the best target location I have ever been to. Their drive up service is so fast and accurate. All of the employees are friendly and efficient!! I continue to shop here because target is a great company and this location is incredible!

Getting a few things for a trip coming up soon. Mr. Logan was very helpful in showing me where the backpack were. The staff were in a good mood. Many thanks to them. I do like the fast check out booth. Good idea!

The clothes in the Junior department are trendy and affordable - great for my tween daughter! Likewise, the kids selection is well rounded. We really like the Art Class brand there!

Just got racially profiled because my twelve-year-old daughter picked up a lip balm. We had 4 security guards following us around the store.When it happens to you its frustrating. When theyre following you around with your child you get angry beyond belief; its degrading either way.I took the opportunity to teach her and show her that they were following her around its a sad lesson to have to teach a 12 year old.

The workers arent always the friendliest people but they do manage to always greet you with a Hello or welcome to Target. Not to mention the steal of a deal they have on name brand jeans is to die for.

I ordered online and it stated my order would be ready for pick up within 2 hours and it was. The girl at the pick up window was efficient, fast and friendly. I was in and out of the store in minutes. I would highly recommend Target.

Only thing this Target is missing is self check outs which make check out faster. Grandville has them and we really like that.Still our neighborhood Target that we go to all the time 😇

I was turned away from the Target in Gaines Township by a very rude manager & he literally saved the day just off of one phone call & a personable attitude. It was so fast and easy. I did not have to wait hours like at other stores. My order was accurate and ready with in the hour. I have used this service a few times now and have been super impressed.

The grill cheese at this target is fire. The employee that made it did a great job and everyone is so friendly.

The staff at this location are always friendly and helpful. I appreciate they continue to wipe down the carts for customers. They have added coolers to the curbside and in-store pickup options making that even easier.

Target pickup is my favorite way to shop safely during the Coronavirus pandemic. Wide variety of products available for purchase. Quick and convenient service and employees are very courteous and take great care in selection of items. My only complaint is that many refrigerated or frozen items are not available for pickup. For example, 10-12 varieties of bacon are available to purchase in store but only one is available on the app for store pickup. Overall, I highly recommend Target Driveup!

I had great service from multiple employees today, and a pleasant shopping experience as usual, taking advantage of great deals on bedding, finding fun stocking stuffers, and getting a few groceries all in one trip.

Not sure about the store but the Pizza Hut inside is fantastic. The guy working there, Liam was so friendly and made me the best grilled cheese I have ever had from a Pizza Hut inside of a target and seemed to really enjoy doing it. The only reason why I rated it 4/5 stars is because he was so cute but then next week I came back and he shaved his beard and for me it wasn’t as pleasurable looking at him but I mean it’s like not having whipped cream on pie, it’s still pie so it’s still really good you know what i mean!

Size selection is great

You have to try it the guy in the Pizza Hut, forgot his name but starts with an L, made me a grilled cheese that changed my life forever. I went into debt, the bank took my house, my wife took the kids and left me, my job fired me, I have been stabbed by a homeless man with a needle that I don’t know what it has in it 3 times all to spend my time eating more and more of the grilled cheese he makes. The grilled cheese may have ruined my life but damn are they tasty.

So I bought a play store card and went home but when I tried to buy something I needed change so Im writing review so I can hopefully get a survey on google opinion rewards but target is good.

Target has everything I need, and things I never even knew I needed. This store has always come through.

I ordered a console table. I ordered black I received red. I had to return it to the store which was an inconvenience because it weighed over 60 pounds. When I got to the store the employee told me they were probably out of stock and sent what they had. Which is true it is now listed out of stock. If this is the case, maybe the right thing would have been to sent me an email and not make me have to return an incorrect order that weighed too much for me to return alone.

I had a great Experience at target mostly because of the customer service I received from a employee named Cece.She was a very helpful and polite young lady who deserves a raise and just a great person with great energy and made my whole shopping experience at target worthwhile deafly coming back when she’s working at her hours

Organization was a bit confusing, but I did find what I was looking for eventually. Staff was friendly and checkout was very quick. Social distancing wasnt well enforced, but everyone was wearing their masks so that was okay.

I love going to target and haven’t had any issues with target until today. I go into target to pick up my shipped order and I get up to the line and there is only one lady being helped. It must have been the workers first day and she was extremely distracted and kept looking around. She is in the middle of helping the lady in front of me and decides to switch lanes and continues to try and help. Then a mother and daughter come back up there and cut me in line and the lady working stops helping the customer to help this mother and daughter. Now there is a long line forming and not once does she call for back up or tell any of us that a different line could help. She finishes the mother and daughter and goes back to helping the first customer and then decides to come switch back to her original lane and help me. I think this is terrible customer service. I waited in line for over 10 minutes because this teenage girl was switching back and forth between lanes and customers. And then as I was walking out there is 3 other target employees standing by all the carts having a lengthy conversation. While you are working there are better things to be doing than taking a few minutes to have a good conversation with coworkers. They could have been assisting the other worker who clearly had no idea what she was doing while helping customers check out!

I love target but when it comes to their food, you really ought to check the expiration dates. It’s happened a few times that I purchase food items and it’s passed their expiration or Best Buy date. It should be default that I check while I’m there, but I forget.

Every time I come to this Target either the items I want are not stocked or your location does not carry the items you have coupons for on the website.

My family has never been treated with such disrespect in any store in my life. My husband has never liked Target but I talked him into giving them a chance and brought him in to get a few things. He walked into what looked like an open dressing room to try on some shorts and while in the room a staff member told him to get out and accused him of taking down the chain that was blocking it off. (She didn’t notice me watching the whole thing happen) he said he was sorry and that he didn’t realize it was closed (because there wasn’t a sign or a chain up). She then continued to accuse him of taking it down. When she noticed that I was standing behind her, the faces she was making stopped and she walk away with embarrassment I guess. We will no longer be shopping at target.

Leave it to target to sell the absolute worst pampers in the world. I went to change my 2 m/o son early this morning and literally had one rip on me! I have never had this happen with any of the diapers I have bought at other stores not to mention the diapers in the box were folded and wrinkled so when I go to put them on they don’t fit right. I won’t be returning to this target or any others in the near future and you probably don’t care because your a big corporation but, ya lost a customer my dudes

When you go there to buy a heavy christmas tree and when the girl cant lift it over the counter and you volunteer to help her. You get yelled at by another worker for going behind the counter. Real nice attitudes there. Last time I will go there.

I ordered online, free pick up at store. They had an item that was out of stock on both Amazon and the company website, (Pop socket). Fast and friendly service for the win.

The company promotes values that I support and they display that in their products which I LOVE. Fair values, excellent coupons on an excellent app, great company policies, 5% red cards, ect. There is no better store to give your money to than Target, hands down.This specific location, I do not frequent as often but I was pleasantly surprised with my visit tonight, nearly every employee was very friendly and great conversationalists. You could hear management over some of their headsets and it seems to be ran really well with a lot of respect for their employees, which I appreciate knowing. Will be coming back.

The way they cash people out is a mess. You can wait in one line for 10 min and another one opens and people go there that havent been in line for more than 30 seconds. Lanes open but light isnt on. Theres no flow to it for taking turns.

I went to the pharmacy to get my flu shot and was told they were out of all but the shots for seniors. My daughter and I remarked that it was weird and said thank you. As we walked away she felt the need to call after us to try and shame u . Saying people get their flu shots in the fall the year before with quite the snooty attitude. I had health reasons that I couldnt get it sooner. Perhaps if she feels the need to be rude and shame people for health decisions, the pharmacy is not where she should be working.

As i walked to the back of the store thinking that i would need a small basket, searched all over but never saw any. I proceeded to ask a target employee if there were any nearby and she replied at the front of the store??! Her attitude was all about dont bother me with a dumb question and not about going the extra mile for the customer. As I left the store, I noticed a stack of baskets that could have been placed thruout the store to help the customer with their shopping needs. I will not be returning to this target store anytime soon.

Would marry target

I always enjoy going in Target, they have great deals, great looking purses, gloves and scarfs for the winter. The store always organized. I like there grocery and the store clearance items. I can not forget about the good target popcorn and slurpee flavors on the way out.

Store was clean. There was a large line up at check out and they immediately opened up more lanes so check out went quickly and efficiently!

I called the store and asked if they would have the PS5 in stock the next day and they said they would. I waited outside the next morning only to be told as soon as I walked in that they had none.

Shopping online and pick up in store was very fast and easy. I would definitely recommend doing this. Especially for the hard to find items.

This is a decent Target store. Seemed a little smaller than other Target stores, but it was clean and all the employees were helpful.

Its Target. This one is clean, inventory seems good, nice grocery section. The Starbucks seating area isnt always so clean and the parking lot set up is a bit ridiculous.

Every day I go on lunch and go to the target cafe they have great food, however I get so frustrated that I cannot eat lunch there sometimes because of their ridiculous hours, some days their open and some days their not. I do not understand why their hours are so scattered. Please fix this!!!!

Asked for help in the shoe department The worker said thay would have some one to help me after 25 minutes of waiting I ask a different person and told them what happened they said they would have someone there in 5 minutes I said thanks 35 minutes later after no one came I left to shoe Carnival less then 10 minutes I had my new shoes Lesson

Order pick up is a life saver! Order what I need at work and pick it up when Im out. Saves so much time...and money because Im not browsing the entire store. LoL

They have most everything with reasonable prices. The pharmacy in this Target is like my family. They are caring and always answer questions.

When you require face masks to be worn in store but your employees dont wear them.

Honestly one of the most organized stores in Greater Grand Rapids. The employees are friendly, this location has a good variety of groceries and clothes, and it is really easy to get to as well.

I like their prices when things are on sale! Using the shop on line, pick-up in-store process is my usual choice for shopping. However, I went to two stores for two items, because one was not in stock at the original store I ordered from. Grandville, MI Target store had a customer service center that was for all shoppers concerns, and the wait in line was inconvenient. The Wyoming, MI store was even worse, because it was not the customer service center, but simply one of the cash register aisles and it also was a lengthy wait. I am spoiled on Walmarts system for the same type of shopping. They have a dedicated area for on-line shopping with in-store pickup, complete with a touch screen sign in system. The wait is less than a minute, and if others are there, they are served quickly in the same manner, so I have never waited more than a minute or two for service.

Trying out Bluetooth speakers and apparently the woman trying to make a phone call two aisles over was more important, asked to not play the speakers. I guess well go to best buy.

I love all targets this one is always nice and has a nice clearance section for kids clothes
