It took 7 plus hours when it was to have taken 4 to 5 hours tops. I was told parts where ordered when they never where. They dont want to take ownership for what they do. They will blame or deflect that ones equipment is inferior (to old) so thats why something they installed doesnt work. In addition to that I left my vehicle, the hood latch worked perfectly fine. I pick up my vehicle the hood latch is broken and its my fault. Amazing how that works!

Website says that they opened at 9am but yet never was able to get ahold of someone til 10:15. Then they take 3/4s of the day to hook up my car starter for them to screw it up. They said they would fix it and it would take about 20 mins. NO REASON why 20 mins should turn into almost 2 hours!!!!! can’t say that I would recommend them to anyone. Especially when they did it to 2 other people while I was waiting for them to fix mine..

They installed the stereo system into my car even though they were about to close. It only took about half an hour. Additionally, when there were problems with the microphone for phone calls I came back and they swiftly fixed it for me free of charge.

Walked in just before they were closing up. Was never rushed, answered all my questions (and there were many) and got me set with everything I needed to do what I wanted to get done. This will be my go to store. Hope to see them around for years to come.

Only issue is that there is almost no place to park.

I went in to get a estimate because someone had stole the amp in my truck. I am filing a insurance claim and I need a estimate for the parts and labor. I went in because I heard they are one of the best in town. But the man who worked there responded we dont do estimates because we dont get nothing out of it I think it was rude and wont ever be going there again.

They dont stand by their work and make up policies on the fly. Wont be using these guys again!

Not enough to go on, given that I didnt make the purchase that I wanted. However the shop had a person at the desk who was knowledgeable and helpful. The shop had a range of stereo equipment and a one/two bay area for what looked like same day installation. Prices seemed to be set but they had decent prices on what I expected, on the range of equipment. Worth a shot if your in the market for all around car stereo equipment

The guys at One Car Audio understand how to show outstanding customer service! My audio sound would not play in my car for no given reason. Little did I know the battery cables to the amps had come loose. The owner of this shop opened the hood of my car and solved the problem in less then 10 minutes! Im sure most other shops would have turned me away or simply suggest I buy a new radio. These guys took the time to see how to solve my problem. I highly suggest anyone to come in and see the guys at One Car Audio, if you need repairs or a new audio system.At the end of the day, Their customer service makes all of the difference

This was definately not the case. My experience here was horrible I waited a hour more then what I was told they put a screen in my car and swore up and down my hazard lights button was not on when they got the car or when they removed part of the dash board that it wasn’t there but some how the owner found it while looking in the same place I was looking I was told first come first serve but I seen them let other cars go ahead of mines I felt as if race,and friendships came before any equal customer service here I don’t recommend this place I would never tell a customer their wrong especially if their 100 percent confident in their tone about their vehicle parts
