I had a very positive delivery of my manual wheelchair. The young delivery man was very patient with me and my question. He was positive, very informative about the chairs features and just plain very professional while in my home.Airway Oxygen also was very fast in getting the chair for me. They had to get authorization from two insurance companies and in less than a week they delivered the chair I appreciate all the quick work and diligence in obtaining my wheelchair ♿. Thank you to all the people at Airway for their work and support with the chair for use in my home. It will definitely make my wound heal faster on my foot that so far has been there for over a year and got worse in past 3 weeks. I also appreciate how quickly they got the chair for me.Thank you!!!
I didn’t go to the Wyoming,Michigan facility. I went to the Lansing,Michigan facility. They were awesome. Although they did say that my equipment would be delivered it was not. I picked it up. And they said the equipment would be picked up, it was not. I dropped it off to them. Other than that all was just perfect.
Very good experience at the Wyoming Michigan location!!Lee took my old chair and gave it a whole new makeover same day, it works awesome! Denise was spectacular very nice, very professional. Both of them knew what they were doing & knew their job very well!!!!
Natalie is great. She knows her business well and can look at your face and quickly determine a few CPAP masks that will best fit your face. He is helpful and answers questions fully, giving each customer the benefit of her experience.

Daniel was really great and helpful getting both my sister and myself set up with our C-PAP equipment. I highly recommend them and they are not far from where we live.
When I was first introduced to my apena machine the main boss was and has been very helpful. But the customer service really sucked which caused frustration on my part. Bad communication on their part. After about 6 months the customer service finally started to improve. I kept a log when I did call them and who I was talking to.

Seeing all these recent reviews should of ran away from them...Sold me wrong sized item, didnt have correct size in stock when came back to store, asked them to ship to me but had to call 3 separate times being told it shipped until they 2 weeks later on 3rd call they claimed my Dr wasnt listed so order was on hold. I should of just went to another store for my simple purchase, but if this is how they are handling potential life critical supplies like oxygen Im concerned for the saftey of their customers.

Never had any problems until now! All I need is a water chamber for my machine. First you cant connect with anyone and no one knows whats going on. Even drove to the store to get one, and noooo you need an appointment. After three weeks of this, got someone to say they would check on this and call me back. No phone call. Called again today and order has not been placed! All I want is a good nights sleep! Now they said it will be another week before I get it. What a shirt show!
The ABSOLUTE WORST!4 Phone calls in the last 10 days. Combined over two hours on hold. To simply refill my order. They disconnected the calls twice. You cant walk in there and just pick things up anymore.Im not really one to complain but am so frustrated.Amazon has this stuff for less than half the price.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.I have been going round and round with this company since 2018 about what I owe them, what is my insurance company paying.After years of trying to find out what my bill was for, they sent me an invoice with nothing but $ amounts. No explananation what the charges are for.I also have not had my concentrator serviced since 2015 and I am trying to get a service person to come out, but not call backsRun from this company
I would strongly recommend staying away from Airway Oxygen. I received my medical equipment in May 2020. Since Day 1, I have received inconsistent information from their team. I requested an out of pocket estimate for additional supplies. After having to call and email multiple times, the equipment was ordered without my approval. I was also told I had ordered other equipment that was never discussed or approved. I asked for transparency via an itemized invoice to confirm that no other equipment was ordered without my approval. It took over 3 months of emailing to get that invoice. About seven weeks into that process, I was told I was speaking with the incorrect person although theyd said on multiple occasions I should recieve the invoice soon.When my insurance information changed, I sent the new card multiple times and spoke to four people via phone and email over five months before it was updated. The error was only caught when I received my itemized invoice.Since my insurance information was updated, I asked for a full itemized invoice to confirm no other errors have been made. I have been waiting over a month and have not yet received it.It seems as though their internal communication systems are breaking down and their training process is not consistent or thorough. I would also like to see their billing website updated to show more information, rather than just what the balance on my statement is. Their billing process is not transparent which is very concerning given their vulnerable cliente. At this point, a year since beginning my relationship with the company, it feels like they are actively trying to keep information from me. I am not sure why it has taken so much effort to get an understanding of what has been ordered and billed on my behalf.
I worked with John to get and set up my new CPAP machine and he was awesome! It had been awhile since I had a new one and allot of things have changed so it was great that John took the time needed to make sure I understood how to use it and what reports I could see to help me manage my sleep on a daily basis. John was very knowledgeable and helpful in training me how to use my C-PAP machine. He is passionate about what he does and it shows in his work. He was personable, friendly and a pleasure to work with. He was also welcoming to call with any questions. I’d highly recommend this facility because of John.
The service at the stores is great. Corporate is shamefully misinformed and woefully untrained. And, rude to boot. If I could give a -10 review, it would be done.Just got off two calls from Corp. They claim I owe a copay for equipment I paid for a year ago. Refused to provide proof of debt per FTC regulation. Want $160ish with no explanation. Got upset when I told her, not gonna happen.I will never do business with Airway again. Never.
If I was able to give zero stars, I would because they waisted so much of my time. This place acted like they had no idea what a video doctor visit was or the fact that sometimes they aren’t always in the same state. I called to email my referral form and the employees didn’t even know their own email address or how to get a referral from an email. I called a different medical supply store called carelinc and I didn’t even have to explain anything to them. They also didn’t understand why Airway oxygen was acting so clueless on such a simple matter.

Excellent service. Im fortunate that I was visiting post quarantine and had the opportunity to speak with a knowledgeable representative. Not only did John demo the new machine, he also provided valuable input on selecting a mask which he uses on a daily basis. From the reception to sales each member was friendly, patient, and professional.
They are very friendly and helpful. They contacted me within a few days of receiving my prescription from my doctor. Other places I have used in the past took over a month to set up an appointment. I love the fact that Airway could take care of everything over the phone and just ship the supplies to my home. I received them the next day. They also called a few days later to see if I had any questions. I am very impressed with their service!

My sleep study was ROUGH, so I was a bit anxious coming in to Airway Oxygen. Hans immediately put me at ease explaining everything thoroughly and expertly. He answered questions I didnt even know I had until we were discussing things. He even explained my insurance to me, which is quite a feat since the company couldnt manage that on its own. Hes gentle and kind and patient and does not push. Five stars for Hans. Five stars for the gentleman ringing me up. Five stars for Airway Oxygen! Thanks for being there for folks like me. You made something completely clinical feel like a visit with friends who care.

This is a terrible company. They were good until they sold to Aerocare and gave “management” a false sense of confidence, who became full of themself, and is single handedly running the company into the ground.

He was on time and explained everything to me in detail, showed me how everything worked and took his time allowing me to try out several, very comfortable, cpap head gear options until I found the most comfortable fit. No pressure at all to purchase accessories, in fact, he was honest with what I really needed, how often I needed to replace and how often the device needs cleaning. Would highly recommend Mike (Michael B) at Airway.
