Great service, I went in for a watch resizing on a birthday gift and they took less than 5 minutes and didn’t charge me a thing. They couldn’t have made the process easier or have been nicer about it. I’ll be coming back here in the future!

Ive had no issues with either piece of jewelry we purchased from this establishment. I do however have an issue with their ethics. 14 years ago we bought our wedding bands on a referral from a good friend. I had an engagement ring from a previous relationship that didnt work out. Ken offered to buy it or put it on consignment and strongly believed it could be sold relatively quickly having looked it over and determining its fair market value. I opted for the consignment and over time, Id call every few years just to make sure it hadnt been overlooked. I really did not want the ring back as it represented a difficult time in life. Today, I worked up the courage to retrieve it. Receipt in hand, I walked in and was politely greeted. I presented my documentation and after a short time was told it couldnt be located! I left with the understanding Id be called back in a few days. 15 minutes later I received a call that it had been found. It absolutely bewilders me that after all these years, no one from this establishment had a customer looking for a value priced princess cut diamond ring and reassures me now that my interests were never a priority. 14 years is a long time, I guess thats why my ring wasnt important after the check cleared the bank for our purchases and obviously never presented as an option for someone, simply stuffed away in a safe until this day arrived. Thanks for the memory.

Decent experience so far. Got my girlfriend a promise ring. They didnt have the particular style in stock so they had it ordered in. I was told it would take 2-3 days to come in. 2 weeks later, it was in :( Not super impressed but that could be a glitch in shipping. Then after about a week, the pearl became loose. Brought it in to get fixed and resized. They told me itd be done by the end of the week. 48 hrs later it was already done, and all for free!! It seems they are making up for my earlier experience ;) Very happy with my purchase!

I went in to have a watch band replaced. They not only replaced the band with one I had brought but sent me out the door refusing to charge me for the services rendered. Very rare to find a business who cares about there customers in my opinion.

Russell and Ballard has always been my go-to place. Ken has been the best. He always goes out of his way to make sure he understands what I am looking for and provides exactly that. From custom pieces to off the shelf items, they have always delivered. One time he didnt have exactly what I wanted. He brought in multiple (Must of been 10+) pieces for me to look at. He didnt have to but he did. Russell and Ballard is the only place I will purchase from. Hands down they will deliver what you are looking for. I have been buying from them for 20 years. They have never let me down.

DON’T GO HERE! I had a co-worker recommend this place for me to buy an engagement ring for my now fiancé. I don’t like to give my business to chains, and this being a locally owned business I was very excited about it. I received the ring in April and since then I’ve had several different stones fall out, on THREE separate occasions. All within less than 6 months. The jeweler clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing, and if you want to save yourself time, money, and a lot of headaches then STAY AWAY FROM RUSSELL AND BALLARD!

Very unhelpful customer service. I wanted to see one of the rings they had in one of their catalog. I was told they would have to make it and it would be a few days. almost 2 weeks went by and they called me to see if i was still interested in the ring i said of course.The girl there said she would still have to call to have them make it! At this point i wouldve thought it would be at the store already. It has been one month and still no call back. I would recommend to anyone you just drive right past this place!

Went there to have my watch battery replaced. About a week later while swimming the water flooded my watch ruining it. I took the watch back and they said the crystal was cracked and said they had nothing to do with it being cracked. Funny how that just got cracked . It was working perfectly before taking my watch there besides the battery. They acted kinda rude when I asked them were were they going to do about it and the man actually said I guess you think we are going to replace the watch? And he said ok I wouldAnyway that was over a month ago and have yet to hear anything back........

For any jewelry needs I always to go Russell and Ballard. Ken is amazing and never makes you feel pressured. He is very honest and knowledgeable. Each time I have needed a cleaning, or one time when a small stone fell out, he always takes care of it for free. They have such a large selection with all different price points. Also, if you just tell him the stone and style of ring you are looking for, he will go out and find it for you. They also carry a large selection of Alex and Ani brand and are one of the only places around that do. Many of my friends now go to Russell and Ballard after they saw my ring and heard about my experiences there, and have also had the same wonderful customer experience.

I brought in two rings for simple repairs. One ring they attempted to fix three times and every time I got it back it was worse than the time before. The second ring was two attempts but I quit after second try because they had scratched the two gemstones so bad that the stones were destroyed and it was a family ring that had been worn for 35 years. If you need repairs do not go here you will be greatly disappointed. They might even call you a liar.

Service is the best, I got a better deal on better stuff here than any chain store could offer.

I stopped in on a whim. I needed two rings reshaped. They took care of them for FREE! One of the rings had a stone fall out, so I left it with them and again they took care of it for FREE.Their staff is extremely courteous and professional.I would recommend them to anyone!
