Went in here to try to make a purchase and it was extremely frustrating as my new phone didnt have nfc, and my card was virtual. But the staff was patient, even when the purchase came up as unauthorized they tried to run it again, came down to me finding out later when I put my address into Gpay I put 1335 instead of 1135 for my address and even though I wasnt able to make my purchase at this location I got was I was looking for at a coin and jewelry store next to it. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for any number of things as it was very clean, well managed, and had a great assortment of items.

Yeah dont buy a console from here they wont last for a year bought a ps4 slim and it just shut off after 4 months took it to someone to fix it and they told me that the console was missing some parts inside.

Largest shop of its kind in GR, best deals and I usually come check here 1st if I need anything! Great staff, clean store and wide variety of stuff. Definitely worth the stop in, Ive been coming here for over 10 years and highly recommend them over any other shop in the area!

Ive visited these guys here and there for years now. IMO, the biggest selection, floorspace, and well priced items. Best Pawn Shop in GR. I had visited the one at Leonard and Alpine a few times, and they were close, both in selection and service, especially in tools, but as that one was torn down a year ago, these guys now hold the crown.Ive seen them work with people if they needed a few days to make a payment, in my experience theyve been knowledgeable, and if not, not scared to say so, then accessing the internet for information. Friendly bunch of guys, who give a fair price, IF one understands what to expect from a Pawn Shop.In case someone reading this doesnt, if one is going to pawn or sell something, keep in mind they are a business. They have to keep the lights on, and make a profit FIRST!! As a general rule, one can expect to be offered about a third of what an item is WORTH if one goes to pawn or sell an item. (Watch Pawn Stars a couple times, same general percentages)Keep in mind that because YOU bought that TV Four years ago for 5k, youre not getting 4k, or even 3k.Yeah, four years ago, that TV was worth 5k. But with advances in tech, it MAY only be worth 1k now. As such if you go to pawn youre probably only gonna get an offer for $250-$400.If you keep your expectations realistic, youll understand these are a good bunch of guys who stand behind their product, offer and have decent prices, stand behind their product, and have good customer service.Best in town.

I went here several times because it was the only pawn shop close to my house. Only once have I received good customer service. The employees behind the counter low ball you, they dont greet you as you walk in, and they ignore you as they play on their computer saying just a minute

Very poor customer service. Not only to me but to the other people that was there. I took some high end Apple iwatches there and they was very uninformed and did not know what they were. When I tried to explain what they were because one of the men that worked there asked me, the other man that worked there became hostile and very disrespectful. I used to frequently shop there for different gadgets however never again. If this is the best that GR has to offer it leaves a lot to be desired! If I could have rated it no stars I would have. Would not recommend!

My device goes for $119.22 in multiple locations across the world. they wanna offer me $25 for it. theres a reason you guys are less than three stars.my review will change when your business ethics change. i offered $30 off standard used price. thats more than fair. id suggest taking it, yall need the help.

Gave a really decent offer on a Bluetooth speaker I had sitting around the house. Been here several times now and never felt ripped off like most pawnshops I’ve been to.

Purchased a watch which was guaranteed authentic. When it stopped working and brought in for service it was found that the watch was a fake. When I contacted the store and notified them, Jeff said he would take care of it. Since that they have refused calls from both myself and PayPal, and have refused to do the right thing. Avoid at all costs.

Love this place! I refuse to go anywhere else. They have the BEST selection and quality! The staff there are wonderful, friendly and so informative! But most importantly this store and all items are always clean, and for me that is HUGE!

Took a gold necklace there to get some cash, proceeded to tell me that the cross was steel and not gold. He offered me $40 for it, he figured since I was young he could try and rip me off. Took it to a gold exchange and got $130 for it since it was gold. I dont appreciate being ripped off so I will never go back and have told many others about this experience. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS
