I originally posted a great review for a car i finances. Needless to say I was under the impression things were okay. I put 1300 down in a vehicle that stopped running when getting back to Dayton. Buick dealership had the car for a week.i paid 650 for the repairs and have paperwork stating the oil and antifreeze is mixing 773.00 to fix.When notifying quality cars NOTHING they would do to help. Still making my payments on time. The car has been sitting the last month because they sold me 2 pieces of a car. It will cost me 1000-2500 to fix the subframe. If you dont know what its is. Its the whole trunk area of the car. You would never know because you would have to take put the back where that s are is located. I was told to give car back and sue them in civil court. The car is a 2005 Buick Park Ave baby blue in color. The previous person returned the car also. They knew then problems with the car and still tried to resell to me. Just letting the public know MY SITUATION WITH QUALITY CARS.. To each they own but be careful everything that glitters isnt GoldiE have text messages and receipts Hoping I can get into the courtroom to show a huge... I apologize for my dishonesty post before. I was asked to post for my gratefulness as was many of you... STOP.....

Good customer service but the reason for 3 stars is because I want the car fixed before I give a good review. They told me what was wrong with it before I got it (bushing and window motor) and said theyd fix it but Ive had it for 3 days and the check engine light came on and says its the camshaft position sensor a. Says theyll look at that too. So if they really fix the car then Ill give a 5 star. Otherwise you all can have it back and Ill cancel the loan. Im not paying $14,000 for a car that will be useless in 2 months.

Although after having my car for 30 days things started to not work right called in to have car repaired and was told by Amy that their mechanic had been doing some fraudulent things to people cars. I dont recommend buying a car from them the owner is unprofessional when theres a problem he wont come and talk to you in a professional way and then Amy is very rude and smartalic when you call her out on things shes said. Nope never again will I recommend this place Id rather by a car from the junk yard cause that all they are selling is junk and having the mechanic rig them up so they can be driven off the lot.

The people here understand peoples situations. They work with you on everything. Once my twins come next year. QC will be my first call for an SUV.

Terrible service route individuals would not recommend ever do not come here they will rip you off Bought me a 2003 Ford Taurus didn’t even have the car for a month had to get the starter changed And the engine fixed so I voluntarily re-Po’ed it and now they’re trying to take me to court worst dealership you could go to they charged my Card without my consent my bank called me saying they are trying to take 600$ out of my account so they had to get me a new bank card but I got me a new car a better on from a different and better dealership Please don’t go here to get a car

They are a horrible company to do business. Things are wrong with the car and they try to make you pay for it to be fixed. They took my vehicle for trade in which the transmission is out in it and they are selling it for $1,200 and not telling people there is anything wrong with it. ***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***

I got a car from these people that had a bad tension,bad battery, lose belt, and a bad alternator they knew when selling this car to me all the problems of the car and told me that there was nothing wrong with it when our car broke down we called to let them know and they took the car to fix it a couple days later we were told we needed to pay 600 for the cost of the repairs of a car that is there responsibility we decided we wanted our trade in back since we didn’t have as many problems with that car like we did with this one and it hadn’t been 30 days he refused to give our car back stating that he had already done work on it and we could not get it back they do not have the title to the car and the the car they had given me was not in my name this is not the place to get a car from
