Giant Kia rio swallowing potholes and no clearly marked parking lines.Cannot get through isles. No breaks in middle isles for way more than 30 ft apart. If someone is standing in line at sporting goods you have to hunt to find a way to other side of main isle so you can get to register.So many fire code and ada violations inside this cluttered store.I LOVE HOW STOCKED THEY ARE. SO MUCH BETTER STOCKED THAN SPRINGFIELD OHIO STORE. THIS IS WHY THEY GET TWO STARS.

Great place to find anything really. I usually get all my ammo and some gun stuff there. Friendly knowledgeable staff at the counter would definitely recommend and come back.

If you can find an associate, they are extremely polite and helpful. Inventory is hit or miss depending on the day you go. Overall dependable for our farm needs.

The store is very clean and organized. Shelves were stocked well and the employees are very friendly.

Love Rural King as you can find just about anything there. Today I was admiring all the spring foul there, pullets and such. There was a rooster crowing at one point. Fun stuff!

This place reminds me of jungle Jims in a sense...idk why but maybe because they have literally all types of different stuff from live chicken/small animals, clothing, camping gear, shoes, to pet supplies.

I enjoy shopping rural King for all my cat, dogs, chickens, birds, squirrels that hang around my property all the time. They have a great variety of supplies for hunting, yard work, plumbing, its just a good all-around store I enjoy going to.

Shop here all the time..Today is the first time i have had a rude employee. Bought a pack of tees wrong size just want to get a bigger size i missed placed receipt and she would not allow it..

Better than average selection on dog food. Great for wild bird supplies also. Staff is super helpful and nice.

Staff turnover almost daily. Sale prices not in computers. A battle to get your money back. Young man that seemed to be assistant manager very rude. One register open for 15 people checking out near closing time. At one time was one of my favorite places to shop. No more unless someone gets control of the store to bring it back to where it should be.

Just wanted to share my experience. Today I purchased a Lil mini bike for my some. It’sa small one that needed able I assembled so I was unsure as if it would be the right fit. So I had it loaded and as I employee that was loading onto the cart before I made the purchase I specifically ask the employee that once I have the bike put together and my son tries it out of it didn’t fit What was their return policy on a purchase as this. He stated to me that I had at least 30 days to fully return the bike as long as there’s no damage. So I made the purchase brought it home spent all afternoon putting it together. My son gets home rides or down the street it’s too small. I pack it back up same day basically no use. return it to rural king and was completely refused a refund. I was so angry I told them what their employee had told me they said they didn’t care I was just sol!! Terrible employee terrible customer service . I generally like rural king but I will be super picky about my purchase from now on and get their return agreement in writing. Liars👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

It has what you cant find in other stores some thing are much lower prices...

I could easily spend three to five thousand dollars there! Top notch outdoor store that I could only ask for more of a camping section, but the farming side and tools are all there. Very nice workers too. Definitely going back. Also theyve had ammo available that other stores havent and thats a huge win In my book.

RK guns shipping process is an absolute joke. Customer service is useless. My handgun was put on a truck on the 16th still has not showed up today was the projected date of arrival no show. And I dished out over $700 and have nothing to show for it. First it comes from Mattoon Illinois to Waverly Ohio. Then to Xenia Ohio over 10 days since I placed myorder and nothing yet mind you no other large retailer does this. Cabelas Field & stream both two three day shipping on handguns USPS I will never order a gun from RK guns again

Extremely Poor management ! Been a customer here since the opening and seen a devastating difference (employees). Prices on one item had to be checked for 4 weeks with conversation with sales counter every week with no changes . Front desk asked for an item which they told me they dont have which I looked and they did. They told me they had to get a key for side door for this item and took a long time in which I left and took my business elsewhere. No prices on many items . Wasted alot of my time . Corporate needs to review this branch.

The rudest employees I have ever met in my life. Hardly ever find anything in stock and that was before the pandemic too. I was treated so horribly by the employees from the minute I walked into the door. I will never ever go back to that place!!!!!

Young Man outside in plants was a great help not only with information but I cant walk far so I parked my car and he pushed my cart of flowers to me so I could go inside to pay

Always got lots of great deals and Im really amazed at all the fantastic clothing items they carry for this store. Very cute summer dresses, winter jackets, t shirts, and many other things. Its not just for country folk yall! 💯

We took a walk through the store for the 1st time. May prove to be a great community resource for local farmers. Product prices are comparable to the Walmart, Lowes, and Ace stores.

Went with a friend who needed bird food. They were adequately staffed and friendly. They were spaying down the floors when we were there. They have anything for farming. Clothing items as well.

If your looking for something in particular then they probably have it! The store seems to be well stocked!!

Quality of items is okay, but they are having problems with stocking some inventory items.

Rural King is always great, their people are great. We had a girl scout cookie stand there today and they were fantastic! I shop at this location frequently and was in fact wearing RK Jeans that they sell for about 10 buck and are great deal!

Had what we needed but store was kinda disorganized. Not horrible but enough to make it confusing. But again we got what we needed and checked out. They have alot of odds and ends for farm and home. Things you cant get at home improvement stores. Always seem to have what I need. Will return.

Love this place. This store is the most organized and cleaner than any other rural kings i have been in.

Shopping in store is fine. Online ship to store is a complete nightmare. On two separate orders items were listed as in stock. On one order the item was listed as in stock at the store and just needed picked up. They wouldnt even back order the item when they werent in stock. They never contacted me to let me know there was a problem. When I called the store they were basically clueless as to what was going on and when I called corporate they did not seem to care one way or the other. If you cant pick it up off the shelf in the store get it from somewhere else...The customer service is really bad, even for a big box store.A huge number of items are not priced clearly in the store.I also saw only some workers were wearing masks in store.

I love coming here for deals on small tools etc. that thay have in bins up front. I re-up my bird feeding supplies here because they have a great selection of feed, feeders and suet.

Over a half of that items in the store were not marked I was looking at several items I wanted to buy could not find the price or somebody to help me with the price so I left

This place is a mess. I went looking for tractor parts and that area was all mixed up and was missing stock all over. When I was actually able to find someone tonhelp me, they did their best and were good at their job, but I didnt leave with what I needed. This isnt my favorite place to shop. Basically I will only shop here when I cant find what I need anywhere else.

Friendly staff and decent prices. Stocked up on jeans, spices and some ammo.... Last place I lived it was 198 miles to the closest Rural King. Im glad to be home!
