I went there to recycle my old electric scooter batteries and they were very nice and very understanding however they could not give me any cash for them but they still had a nice clean place and everything was in order I would definitely come back.

We were trailering our drag car over to Renegade Raceway from Arlington WA. We lost an entire trailer wheel and sheared off the lug studs. We frantically unhooked and drove into town with only a hope and a prayer. The gentlemen at this store at top notch!! They helped us find studs that would get us on the road and a couple tools. Not to mention they actually cared! So friendly and helpful. These guys are now family and weve made sure to spread the word among all the folks at the track. Thanks guys!! The gentleman worked and worked on the computer and looked in two books to try to find me the pigtail plug I needed he finally cleaned up the piece that it was to be plugged into and then he went and took it to the back room area where he had plugs in stock about 15 minutes later he comes back to the counter with the right pigtail that matches the plug socket very good and excellent quality help

I was in a hurry and needed some twine to tie down a load of scrap metal. I ran in and was immediately approached by the clerk. He asked me what I wanted and if I was finding everything okay.. I replied that I needed twine. That I just needed a few feet by to secure my load so I could safely navigate the remaining three or so blocks to my destination. I would be the new owner of a tow rope and many tiny bungies had I not decided to escape while the clerk paused to take a breath during the never-ending tirade of pointless suggestions sprinkled with aggressive attempts to sell me outrageously overpriced merchandise that I had showed no interest in nor mentioned. At first entering, he nearly crawled over the counter in order to harass me with his pushy attitude and intimidating gaze. (Believe me, I have seen that look before! Usually when a hyena has cornered its prey) I considered running out in a high state of panic though as I considered such I realized that I was standing next to a gondola brimming with torture devices and feared that I may be abducted by the fellow, followed by bound with the bungee--cords and perhaps taken in to the back room. If he managed to get me in there I am sure that there would be no escape and I can only imagine the experiments or sales pitches that would be projected in my direction! Stay alert is the best advice I can give.

Polite staff, down to earth. Theyre not trying to squeeze every dollar our of you, and even told me where I could find a part more competitively priced. Will buy here again to support that kind of business ethic and customer service.

I have a KLR 650 motorcycle and I am always nervous when I have issues and I have to stop at an auto parts store to find what I need but this was an excellent exception. Sonny Ozuna the manager there, put down the phone and immediately took a real interest in what my problem was. I bought the things I needed for a quick oil change, and he found the exact part I was looking for without me knowing what I needed; A matching nut for my neg battery post terminal screw, a real needle in a haystack situation. In any case I cant say enough good things about the customer service here and the relief that came with finding exactly what I needed. Thank you Sonny.
