As a whole my experience was awesome, the store and service was great !! The boot is what I have a little problem in. I bought a pair of Cody James boots on my birthday in December, here it is in February and the toe is separated. Boots have been properly taken care of. They were a comfortable boot. Got very well. But maybe for evryday wearing not the best. Maybe it was just these boots in particular but I just wanted to put it out there. It’s been 2 .5 months $224 dollars on boots that won’t last that well.

They didnt have what I wanted but the young man who helped me couldnt have been more polite or helpful. The kind of service youre surprised to find today.

Not impressed because ALL of the waterproof boots that they had the day I went had security tags poked through the left boot at ankle height. I understand the need for security tags but if you are going to poke a hole through a waterproof boot, thus creating a hole for water to get in. At least put the hole near the top of the boot not 2/3 of the way down. Bought the boots that I wanted elsewhere. I paid a little more but the pair that I got didnt have a hole in the side and are still waterproof all the way to the top of the boot.

I absolutely love the selection of boots! I really was taken in by the many shiney ones lol. They also had a wonderful selection of western cloths for both women and men. Very clean and well maintained. Plus, the staff was super nice.

Bought a pair of Whites fire loggers, while breaking them in it became apparent that I needed a wider width. Even though it had been more than a month since I purchased them, Boot Barn was more than accommodating and gladly ordered me a new pair in the correct size.
