I went in for a inspection and oil change. They didnt put one of my hubcaps on right and it fell off somewhere. I told them they and they said they would replace it.The manager hasnt returned my calls. I let it go for a month seeing if they would make things right and havent. So here is there one star!
My car was traveling through Yakima going back to portland and our tire blew. We took it to this Firestone and a man named hunter got us in and out in no time! He was extremely helpful and friendly and I would definitely go back if I needed something while passing through Yakima. Ask for hunter when you go in, you won’t be disappointed.
Firestone was the best sevice I could get for new tires.. Fernando approached me with the best attitude and was able to guide me to the decisions of tires i needed.. only concern was waiting was a bit long but I appreciate the updates on my vehicle Fernando and Hunter are the guys to help you out
Number 1 place for alignments!! I have a lowered civic that had horrible chamber on 2 wheels with the steering wheel turned to the left when it goes straight. Also had a 15% angle difference which was able to be corrected.. There lifetime alignment service is REALLY worth it
This seems to be a pretty decent shop. Staff is professional. Their quality of work is reliable. My only issue is they seem to be a bit understaffed; two days to get new tires and an alignment done was much longer than I expected. However, decent prices and reliable service will keep me coming back.
Take your vehicle somewhere else. This is what our car looked like after Firestone was done fixing it. Not only did they add parts and labor cost to the bill without calling me, Paul looked me in the eyes and had me pay as if nothing had happened to my car. My girlfriend and I then walked out to the car to discover the car had jacked up improperly by Effern causing the side skirt and front fender to be crushed which impedes the door from opening and closing properly. Also the camber of the front drivers side wheel, (same side as damage) was never fixed. As soon as I walked back in the store, Paul came over and started walking straight towards the damage without me even telling him where it was, which clearly means he knew about it but tried to hide it from us. Since the store has admitted they were at fault and offered to pay for the damage, but that was not enough after I paid $1,200 to have them molest our car and not resolve the oringal issue. A simple phone call letting me know about added parts/ labor and the damage to the vehicle would have been the kind of service youd expect from a honest shop who takes pride in their work, but clearly they do neither. They also race the vehicles around the shop and show no respect for other peoples stuff, if you do for some reason take your vehicle here, watch them like a hawk. Id suggest Firestone to hire some more competent workers who take pride in what they do, Sergio had outstanding customer service, which is the whole reason I brought our rig here, but the worker bees seem to just want to get the day over with rather than get the job done RIGHT.

These guys are so so nice and honest. I broke down an hour away and Quincy Washington and these guys were efficient and quick to figure out the problem. They stayed past their open hours to help me out and let me get on my way home. Even though I wasn’t able to go home they helped me find a hotel to stay at. Really nice genuine guys and very trustworthy!
My wife took her car there they just had a problem doing the job ! I would have rather her drive on the rim all the way home and me had to of bought a new tire then for my wife to deal with the jerk who helped her

I made an appointment for a flat repair at 430 pm. Showed up at 730 pm and they hadnt even pulled the vehicle in to do the flat repair. Never will I ever come here again ! What is the point of dropping your car off 3 hours prior to them even doing anything on it. On top of all of this when we showed up the employee tells me hes going to pull it in right now very poor communication on the business as well
It took over 2 days to do the inspection on my car. Even though I dropped off my car right when they opened they didnt bother to contact me at all to let me know that they were unable to even begin the inspection on my car until the following day. I wasnt able to retrieve my vehicle until almost closing the next day and when i did, they handed me an estimate of $2,800.. I will say that they were extremely nice and thorough.
I am from MO and had them perform a complete inspection on a truck I was buying site-unseen online. You can imagine my anxiety. Shadow was the person who inspected it for me. Not only did he give me a thorough report of findings, he even went back outside to check something specific I had asked about... after I had already paid my bill! He promptly called me back to update me. I was honestly shocked by his level of care and professionalism. I have always liked Firestone, but Shadow and the team at Union Gap have raised the bar. I wish more companies were like Firestone!
I went in for a under warranty repair and was told that the repair was not the problem but another more severe problem that they couldn’t fix, when I took it to another shop, it turned out to be the repair job under warranty that was the problem. Oil pan gasket that had been installed by firestone was faulty. Firestone did not adhere to the warranty and failed to correctly diagnose the issue. Will never use firestone again.

Scheduled an appointment for an alignment for my truck, I told them exactly what vehicle I had. Showed up for my appointment, stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to be helped while an employee was shuffling through different piles of paperwork trying to find something for another customer. Eventually another employee came out greeted me, pulled up my appointment information and took my keys. He told me it would at least be an hour before they could get to it, I was frustrated but understanding. I had set time aside from work to get this done so I proceeded to wait patiently. An hour goes by and employee comes and gets me and proceeds to tell me that the technician just looked at the truck and he will need more time with it and that I will have to reschedule.....will not be returning to this shop. Having to wait for an hour when I have an appointment is unacceptable then to tell me after an hour of waiting that you now don’t have enough time for my vehicle, not a good way to run a business.
Was on a long road trip when we got a low pressure warning. We called a few places that were supposed to be open on Sunday, and they were the only ones to answer. They were expecting us when we arrived and we got right in. Tire was fixed fairly quickly and we were able to get back on the road.
Staff have been very friendly, accommodating, and communicative. Was towed into the shop from the freeway and even though they were already busy they were able to work is in to get us back on our trip home. They kept us informed of where they were in the process, and how they were getting parts from other vendors. If the staff here are any indication of Yakima, this is a city worth visiting
I recently had Firestone do a pre-buy inspection for me and they only charged $10 for it, and it was very thorough. Comparably, the same inspection would have costed $131 at the Chrysler dealership. I was very happy with the service.
The service was simply phenomenal. Sergio and the rest of the team made me feel at home, and they took the time to explain my invoice to me in great detail. They also offered sound, professional, and honest recommendations to me. They represented the great American brand of Firestone extremely well. Stopped in firestone Yakama with an emergency flat on a trailer during a trip and they were less than helpful. Told me it would be 6+ hours while looking at my group of 5 travelers. Went to Les Schwab and BAM - in and out in 20 minutes.

Was in a desperate situation while traveling with a large enclosed trailer in tow. The tires on the trailer still looked new, but the trailer hadnt been used in a while. We ended up with a flat on the trailer and carefully got into Firestone (a few minutes before closing). The manager was nice and asked his tire tech, if hed stay a few extra minutes after so they could help us get back up and running properly. We arrived, and just paid the tech a $20 (the tech couldnt be on the clock due to overtime/didnt think anything of it/so was just asked if we could pay the guy $20 directly for his work/no problem was grateful to have them help us out) to swap out the blown (now spare) tire with a new tire, that wed had in the trailer. Then had the tech air up the original spare, that had been in the trailer. Finally asked the tech the million dollar question: Are the remaining tires looking safe/drivable to him, we didnt want another blowout, for obvious reasons. He said they looked good to make it to our destination without any troubles, hed seen a lot worse and we should be totally fine... Wrong. We had another blowout on the other side of the trailer on the highway an hour later after leaving Firestone. We limped into the next town, spent the night and went to Les Schwab the following morning. However, on our way to Schwab, got another blowout... Had Firestone advised us of needing to swap out all the remaining tires, we would have (we had more new tires in the trailer that we couldve swapped out) without question. Instead, based on the techs judgement, we had 2 more blowouts which could have had led to an accident. They were nice (therefore only getting 2 stars), but I would never recommend this location, based on their professional opinion and ensuring the safety on their customers (which would have been 0 starts).
Awesome people. We blew a sidewall on vacation trying to get home. The awesome team got us in last minute for new tires. So thankful for these amazing people!!
Did not have a good experience. The service person was not very skilled about tire repair. I ended up taking the tire to Les Schwab to have it repaired properly.I understand it was a holiday and its nice that they were open but the quality of work could have been better.

Some of the best things about Firestone is that they do not only work on tires but can also do oil changes, tune-ups, alignments, but first always offer a FREE alignment check & FREE brake inspections. Also love that they price match any competitor with a printed quote for tires & schedule appointments unlike other places in town... who doesnt love that?! Highly recommend them for any vehicle needs and services.
Called ahead and made an appointment to have my oil changed at 2pm. They called at 330 to tell me that they haven’t had a chance to get to it. I got off work at 445, walked to their location only to find they still haven’t gotten to it. I took my keys and left. Won’t be back.Mike.
Great customer service! Friendly service and support. They replaced my fan belt for free and had my water pump replaced as well. Reasonable price too! Highly recommended them. I thought I need my whole cooling system changed but they saved me a lot of money by just replacing the inside part of the water pump and not the whole unit, they are really honest employees. Good job Firestone employees! 👍
Im not even usually the guy who writes reviews, but I worked with some guy named Alexis or something close to that, and I have to tell you his patience and awesomeness with me was beyond 5 stars, the most awesome customer service Ive ever experienced. The tires I got didnt completely fit, they called me to ask my advice, I told them I wanted the tires on no matter what, told em to cut the front bumper off if they had to, instead they took my bumper off for me put it in a press and just bent it slightly up, you cant even tell they did anything to it, it looks amazing and they did all this extra work at no extra charge! 10 out of 10 I will recommend these guys to anyone!
So I dropped off my Volkswagen Jetta to get an alignment and break check done and instead of doing what I took it in for they decided without my permission to put brand new tires on my car especially when I just got brand new tires on it about a week or two ago when I bought the car so I wouldn’t recommend bringing anything here because they will try and do things like that to you as well 👎👎👎👎😡😡😡😡😡😡
My girlfriend came here to get an alignment and her vehicle was left in the back parking lot after the service was complete. The vehicle must have been left unlocked, because a lot of things went missing including electronics and documents for a motorcycle. We dont know if the employees themselves stole it or they accidentally left it unlocked, but this place is super untrustworthy.0 star rating.
The staff up front is really helpful and very respectful. The techs are ASE certified which makes me good about them working on my car. Conner who works up front treated me extremely well and Nestor, the tech that put tires and did an alignment on my car, was fast and did a great job. Car drives straight as an arrow. Highly recommend them for all your car needs.
Made an appointment for 3 o’clock a week out. Dropped the car off at 2. Came back at 5:50 and they hadn’t done the job and obviously closing in 10 minutes. They were willing to rush around and get it done that night, but that sounded more dangerous than helpful. We agreed to just leave the car over night to take the stress off the shop and ensure the job is done correctly not fast. Next day come in at 11. Wait another 30-45 minutes for them to figure out something with the tires they put on my car. Systematic issue, not an individual employee issue.

Went in for an oil change which went OK but was told that I needed new front brakes and rotors .Their price of $400 seemed a bit high so I went to another shop that said after review my front brakes were fine. Will not go back.
If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. This shop has absolutely no time management... my husband made an appointment for my car a week out for 3 pm yesterday (nov9). We decided to drop off my car around 2ish and was fine if they couldn’t get to my car until 3pm. The guy that helped us named Shadow said my car will be ready by around 4:30 to 5 the latest. They said that we will get a call from them when it’s ready to be picked up. Since we are in town, we decided to go shopping. Around 5:30 when we noticed that they haven’t called and it was getting late so we decided to check on the status. Got there around 5:50 10 mins prior to closing and the same guy Shadow seemed confused when we asked if my car is ready. He checked all the files, and keys and all and still couldn’t find it. Turned out one of the guys that works on cars just pulled in to work on mine.... at freaking 5:50pm.... Shadow apologized and said it will be done by 6:15 and they guy that will work on my car is the best they have.. we already waited, wasted hours, tired from a full day of working, and yet they wanted us to wait longer. Then again, I understand. Stuff happens so instead of lashing out at him I just told him that if it’s okay to leave my car and just get it picked up tomorrow since it’s not our fault they messed up. Also, I told him to tell the guy that is working on my car now to stop and don’t rush. I’d rather be safe than him messing something up. He politely said its totally fine and my car will be ready when they open. We have prior commitments this morning so I told him we won’t be able to get it out of their shop until 2pm. He agrees and said it’s totally fine. The next day my husband had the chance to picked it up at around 11 am. He asked for the keys and guess what?! It’s not done yet..... he had to wait another 40 minutes.... the guys in the back couldn’t figure out what tires they have put in... like how can you give us a quote and not know exactly what tires you have put in?! It’s definitely not a one person fault, it’s the whole shop... how can you mess up twice in a row with the same customer? This shop is so unorganized and the management seems to be slacking... too bad the staff Shadow was polite and had to deal with this. ZERO stars for this shop. Never ever again... worst tire shop ever.
I drove 40 miles for them to tell me they could not tell me anything about Air Shock Airsprings...that said Firestone 1T15L-8x, on them. They said I should try Commercial Tire instead...Guess what Firestone? You loose a $400 part sale and an $800 application/shop fee. Strike 3.

Pretty bad experience here. Had an appointment at 1pm got out of here at 4:08pm. Told us that it would take an hour for a simple brake check then after an hour, returned to us to tell us that our vehicle hasnt even been started, something a Les Schwab employee could tell me in 20 minutes. I used to work at a tire shop, our boss had told us then that you need to value your customers time. This place clearly doesnt. Shadow was also a pretty horrible customer service representative considering the attitude that he gave us when asked if we could wait longer for a job that was supposed to be started an hour ago. I dont understand why the attitude was given, mightve been out shocked faces when he told us it hadnt been started. The place is straight up highway robbery and had pretty rude customer service. My advice? Take your car some place else, literally anywhere else.Overall experience:1/5Customer Service:2/5Time spent inside lobby: Too many hours, at least there was something good to watch on t.v.
Staff is kind enough. Purchased a first set of tires from them and I have regretted it ever since. They never have enough personnel working to help the customers & do the work that needs to be done. Had a conversation with one of the front desk guys, he stated they like to keep them running around with their head cut off keeps the busy. What a horrible way to run a business from the customer point of view & a horrible way to treat your employees. However, when you have made an appointment and it is longer than they say, then no follows up with you to say hey, we are running a bit behind. No, worries just keep me informed. Have to sit and wait do to not having an option of drop off. Took my flat tire in to get fixed, then went back later have them put it back on and to find out the tire had been put on wrong and not balanced. Had to take my car back in to make sure they did it right. Took more time out of my week, go in on the weekend to have then fix their mistake. If you are going to do the job do it right the first time, you will have happier customers. Sorry to say, when I need a new set of tires I will be going back to Les Schwab better customer service and they do the job right the first time. Not impressed with firesrone.

I have never had an issue coming here. Years ago they offered me a line of credit and I did some large repairs there and I never had any issues servicing the payments or dealing with representatives. They will give credit and finance your repair...... IF you qualify for credit. Every now and the they might have an oil change promotion, or discounts of wiper blade refills or sets of tires.
Ive always received great service, they a very nice, very fast, and pricing is great. They always make sure to take care to make sure I get the best service and they even know me by name now. 😁

Been here a few times because it was my last resort and not impressed. Went in late in the evening after noticing I had a flat tire. 25 minutes before closing and they would not fix my tire. Had to find someone in the back room because no one was up front to help. Last thing you need when you have a flat tire and have to get to work tomorrow.
After scheduling and getting estimates done for my vehicle, I got into my vehicle and found that an envelope with 20+ face masks were stolen. I spoke to management and they made excuses and did not offer any compensation, especially since they are needed for my children because their father undergoes chemotherapy. Appalling

Customer service was excellent. Our family was traveling from Seattle to Texas and had a blowout about an hour north of this location. So thankful their employees took our Suburban in with less than 2hrs to closing. They went above and beyond. Replaced our road hazard warranty blown tire, rotated our Firestone tires and even changed our oil before closing. Thanks gentlemen!

WOULD HAVE RATED THEM 0 STARS IF IT WAS AN APTION!!My husband, my son and i were here and a worker (said he wasnt a technician) tried to give him advice because we showed up ten minutes before closing and the other mechanics were busy so he thought he could help with my husbands problem which is what we now learned to be the welding on the motor mount. At the time the worker explained to him that he didnt see anything wrong with the car but my husband knew there was something wrong and continued to look at his car and make sure it was going to be okay for our 30 minute drive home. While i was feeding my son in the backseat, my husband worked on the car outside firestone for about 20 minutes after it closed and then four police squad cars pulled up behind us and began questioning us about what we were doing there and what he thought was wrong with the car. They didnt look at the car to see if anything was wrong and didnt believe my husband when he said he thought that the worker was wrong. They then stated that the same worker called and said a “tweaker” was outside insisting something was wrong and insinuated that my husband was on something when he was in fact not!!! Im angered that they would assume such things and outraged that they would go to such lengths as to call the police on my husband for trying to make sure his family was safe

They told me I needed new break pads and an alignment. I went to change out the break pads and saw they still had AT LEAST 6 months of life left in them and no alignment needed. They wanted to charge me $289 to fix things that didnt need fixing. Please dont trust this business, they are obviously trying to rip people off.

I am the owner of a used car lot as well as a small fleet of rental vehicles and have done business with Firestone for at least 15 years. My wifes vehicle was due an oil change, so I took it to Firestone. It requires Mobil1 synthetic and they do not sell this product so I provided the oil. To make a long story shorter, one of the LOF employees stripped the threads on the oil pan plug, and I was told that they could not repair it. The bill from the local Mercedes dealer was 558.37 as the oil pan is aluminum and needed to be replaced along with 8.5 qts of oil. The manager reluctantly agreed to pay for their mistake and told me to take my vehicles elsewhere. Needless to say, I will not do business there nor will I refer anyone after having had this experience.

Had to make multiple trips for them to fix the alignment, car still pulls left. They said they straightened the steering wheel it was straight be for now it to the right to about the 1 Oclock position. Going to Les Schwabs!!!!!
