I headed out foshing this morning. I hit something laying on the road. Pulled over saw front tire going flat. The first thing that came to mind was go to Les Schwab.Immediately I was treated with courtesy and they immediately took my car in to fix.The tire could not be repaired. Efrain offered to put on the spare for me. He made me feel very at with no pressure to buy a new tire. Efrain checked the pressure onall the tires took bad tire off of wheel and retirned it to the spot where the spare was.I will return next week to replace the tire.Excellent service. I will do all my vehicle business with Les Schwab. 5 STARS for sure

We had a possible flat tire before we were driving back over the pass. Shop down the road put in some air and said keep an eye on it. Another tire store said they could do a repair, but couldnt get to it for 5 hours. As we were leaving town, and thinking I would have to drive for two hours on a tire that is possibly going flat, I turned into Les Schwab, and before I was even out of my car a service tech was asking me what was wrong. I mentioned I need a flat repaired. He said pull on in and check in at the desk. 15 minutes later he had fixed it and hands me the keys. No charge. I asked him to please bill me for it, he was so quick and nice. He said, Nope. Just keep us in mind when you need new tires. I will need new tires in a few years, and I will probably drive 2 hours over the pass just to buy them here! Great guy, great service.

Its the Only place in Yakima, WA that had tubeless tires (solid) for my bicycle! Now I never have to worry about flat tires! Thanks guys! 😊

Unprofessional staff. They made a comment about how changing out snow tires to summer tires at the end of June. They laughed. Little did they know the car was sitting in a garage for months. They had snarky responses to other customers as well.

I had my winter tires swapped on. They are quick and easy. I was able to make an appointment the day before. I didn’t have to wait more than 30 minutes. These guys are all friendly too.

Worst service ever, i brought in a battery to get charged and tested with original receipt. The battery tested bad but i was told because Im not the original owner they will not replace it. That the warranty is non-transferable. This is one of your batteries thats barely a year old. What kind of service is this?

Professional, quick, fixed my tire that had a screw in it. No issues.

Went to go get an alignment at 702 E Yakima AveYakima, WA 98901United States, I had a bad control arm wanted to charge me 800$+ for the work. Came to the other les Schwab the one infront of Panda Express in yakima washington and they charged me 460$. This place is corrupt and money hungry do not recommend only if u need to go here. I recommend pay the extra gas to go to the one infront of Panda Express they do the same work for less the price

I was traveling qcross state when I noticed that all 4 of my TPS showed low tire pressires. The Yakima service guys were able to get my tires aired to pressure so that I could make it home to Twisp without havong to eorry about a flat tire with all the eildfires going on in a pandemic, while walking on a broken foot. Thank you so much, made it home safely.

***Bumper kitty***I am from out of town, working at a local hospital. I am driving my rental car downtown, and I keep hearing what sounds like a meow from a kitten. I stop, open my hood/trunk and see nothing. I crawl under my car and see nothing. I know a cat is in there somewhere as I keep hearing the meows. I have no idea what to do until an employee at a local coffee shop directs me to Les Schwab tire shop. Of course! I arrive at Les Schwab, and an employee greets me immediately. I tell him my situation, and thankfully he hears it too. Within minutes they have my car on a lift, and the kitten is ultimately found in my back bumper. The bumper is re-assembled the car is back like new in minutes. The cat was a little upset, but none the worse for wear. I offered to take the kitten to the humane society, but Tristan (the manager) made some calls and the cat found a home on the spot.I want to thank the staff at Les Schwab for getting me out of a jam, and saving a cats life in the process. So here is the thing. I bought 2 tires to replace two worn out tires. Well, I hadnt noticed them being that bad... But, guess it was time to replace them- right? Bought two new tires for 186. Well then guess what? By the way we also see that your brake pads are completely worn out and hand me a quote for over 550 dollars.I had an appointment at my dealership mechanic so I decided to waitGood thing I did because the dealership told me my brakes were still in great condition and didnt need replacement for a while yet.No way to know now but it makes me think they may have swapped my tires for bad ones to get an easy sale.I would recommend avoiding les schwab for your repairs- or maybe just this location in particular.

Got alignment done on car front and back for a great price. Was in and out the service was perfect. Very happy.

2nd time they break my wheel lock key they first option is to hammer it out i have never had a problem with any of my keys they always use the impact gun for faster service which i appreciate but please dont impact wheel lock keys they are not meant to be use with an impact gun.

Worst service my dad went in there to get work done on his truck and ended up leaving there with the work same as when he took it there! Not just that but one of the workers there threatened my dad that he would beat him up after work and they could handle it after work when he was off at 5 in front of other customers the guy did not care! My family will make sure something is done about this not right to threaten people for trying to do business!

Fast, friendly and free! I dont know where my current tires came from (they came with my car when I bought it used), but they were more than happy to do the following with no charge:1) remove a nail2) rebalance my tires3) rotate my tires4) make sure they were properly inflated.I did pay for a two wheel alignment, even though they did all four. And my ride is now amazing! Thank you Les Schwab. In the words of the Terminator, Ill be back.

This place is amazing, I went in to patch up my tire cause a nail got in there, and the men there were very helpful & fast, they even did it for FREE.

Got new tires and a little work on the front end of my 325xi. They treated me well and the car drives as good as new. Couldnt be happier with my experience.

My most recent visit was more than exceptional. Everyone was happy to help and explained to me what could wait and what was a priority on my breaks. When I replaced the pads last I saw and knew what needed to be replaced and they told me just that. The price was understandable since they give away so much in free services. I was traveling to Bend, OR when I felt my steering wheel vibrate at speeds of 65+. I stopped in at Les Schwab in Yakima and even though they were extremely busy, the young man at the counter was very reassuring and eager to help me. They realized I needed my tires balanced and took care of it in a timely manner. My car then drove fine with no problems. THANK YOU!

Bought my last three sets of tires here. Been dealing with this location for two years now and every time Im there the staff is helpful and knowledgeable on all their products. Had some warranty issues and it was dealt with easily.Docked one star due to access/ parking and sometimes speed is an issue. Small facility only has three bays.

Fixed TPM sensors that other places couldnt. Friendly staff. Great service and quick turn around.

Great place to go for tires and suspension problems. Take a long time for some jobs but overall very great place. They have popcorn and coffee while you wait

I am really upset. I went to Les Schwab on Yakima Ave and told them the steering wheel vibrated at speeds above 60 mph. They told me it was a wheel bearing going out and that I need an alignment. That was $677. The problem was not fixed, so I went back. They rode balanced the tires and told me I need new struts and bushings for $997. I decided to get a second opinion. I took it over to Stewart Subaru. The put the car on a lift...showed me that the struts were fine and told me it was not a wheel bearing going out, my rotors just needed to be turned....I think I will report this to the Better Business Bureau!

After a long day I noticed that I had a nail in my tire so I went to Les Schwab for assistance. Not only did they assist me in fixing my tire for free, but they gave my sons popcorn and understood that they were young so they werent expecting them to stay seated, they made my sons laugh and feel welcome.

My grandma was here today trying to get someone to help her with an issues on her wind shield wipes and not one person would help her. The young man who spoke to her not only refused to help but would not even help her with directions on where she could go to get help. She even asked just for something warm to try to try to see if they were just frozen and was told we dont have anything warm here. Horrible experience for her and I will NEVER bring my service here again.Thanks for going above and beyond to not help.

Drove in right off the freeway from Snoqualimie pass, they were nice & friendly. The mechanic opend my door asked what I needed done and started right away on roating my tires. He said go inside and let them start your paperwork. Fast & efficient! While I waiting a whopping 15 minutes they answered some questions I had about rims and I will be back at this specific location to purchase my rims! Outstanding customer service Les Schwab!

Ive always had a good experience coming here. Ive gotten all 5 tires (I had a mishap in the snow) from this location and have paid $175 for two of them. They moved my older tires to the back wheels for me when I bought 2 at a time. Ive never had to wait an unreasonable amount and have usually found that they finish up before their quoted time.

The customer service of this place is unreal. I took a flat repair in for my God-son. Not my tire, not my account, certainly wouldnt have known that. These guys and gals treated me as if I was their only customer. They took the large tire from my truck, hauled it off, said it would be done within 60 minutes, I said I would come back. Went across the street for lunch, they called and said my tire was done before I even ordered my lunch. I went back, got the tire, they loaded it into my truck, thanked me and sent me on my way. I will buy my next set of tires there regardless.

Les Swab workers go above and beyond ti help their customers. They have done minor things and did not charge a dime in other words they do not nickle and dime you to death. They are kind and helpful to senior citizens. As we personally can testify to that here at Peach Tree Retirement Center. We refered one of our residents to them to get a tire fixed and when her arrived he all the sudden did nit feel well. They were busy but they took real giod care if him and stayed with him while they waited dor me to arrive after calling me. They made the repair and did not charge him. Very kind team...Peach Tree Retirement Center and many of our staff have had many encounters with this kind of above and beyond service.... Thank you les Swab...

Completely useless. Every time Ive tried to call and ask for help with my vehicle, they have either refused, didnt understand the issue, or simply didnt give me the time of day. If youre stuck on an issue working on your car and need help, dont even bother with these guys.
