My son and daughter-in-law and their two children all have new phones far through you guys they were switched to T-Mobile and I didnt get any money for them switching or anything and theyve had problems because theyre bill is $100 more than what they were told it was going to be so then we have someone

Brandon and his staff are awesomeEverytime that I have had to business up there, I have never once felt uncomfortable. We always have a few laughs. The store on 26th and Nob Hill is the only place I go to. Right now the store is closed for a Remodel. I was bummed about, how long are they going to be closed.

I had a horrible experience with the worker with long brown hair and glasses her name is Sarah, she was a big help at first when upgrading my phone and I asked her if the bill for the down payment we going to my bill as well in front of my husband mind you, she completely denied she said this because her co workers was there, now my line is suspended and I have to wait another week to turn it back on, oh I also have to pay like 30 more dollars for late fees because of her, she was yelling at me on the phone about this situation knowing I was frustrated due to her mistake so I cussed at her and hung up, I’m a very shy individual and it’s not like me but I will not take disrespect from a worker that doesn’t know what they’re doing

I went to this store with my girlfriend to purchase a new LG Stylo 6 and to add a line. The staff was excellent in responding to an issue with a damage claim for the replacement at no cost and for helping us to set up the new phone. The manage Brandon went out of his way to supervise the process and make sure the customer was happy.

I went to this T-Mobile store today after losing my phone. I was panicked and crying because my kids are in another state and I couldn’t reach them.Sarah was so empathetic & kind. She was so thoughtful and made me feel so welcomed.Thank you for everything! I was able to talk with my kiddos tonight❤️

No cell reception in the actual store, went in to try to either fix or exchange my phone (Since I have a protection Plan that Ive been paying for) and if worst comes to worse just upgrade my phone. Get told by the employee that the dont do repairs or exchanges, and that the nearest place would be Kennewick, and then goes and shows me the most expensive phones in the store ($1,000 +) and say that those are my options for the upgrade. Refused to give store number when asked. Would not recommend.Update: Talked with customer support after this awful experience to file a claim to get an exchange on my phone and the representative that helped me was not surprised by the service that I received fr this location as they have received multiple negative reports about this location.

Had the best experience with the store employees. Theyre super nice and do anything to meet your expectations. They ask you what u want and what you need. And if is possible they work with you. I just open my account, so far everything works great!

Went to T-Mobile to buy the new galaxy s20 and my mask broke in the car. I walked in and said I dont have a mask they said get out I said dont you have masks for customers? they said, and I quote word for word were not in the mask businessI went to AT&T and said I dont have a mask they said here we have some for our guests

Horrible Customer Service!!! The employees and manager lied multiple times and gave me the run around. I had to call Sprint customer service to get assistance and they had to call the store. I will never go back to this store and I recommend other customers to go to a different store or contact Sprint customer service by phone instead of going to this store.

They closed 3 mins before the closing time. Terrible service! Cant wait til contact is up to go somewhere else that has better customer service. And to top that there were two employees inside starring at me trying to open the door and mouth the word oops. Sign says 10-8. I guess we can close at 7:57. As well as the service around city (Yakima) is terrible. My friends with us cellular and Verizon are way faster and more reliable on connection and customer care. I had us cellular and I wish I had stayed with them. I had the best service, best phones, and above and beyond great customer service. Only came to sprint because they had a great deal and my older brother said they were really good. But I soon realized he doesnt travel as much as I do. So, with that said. I hope you enjoy your sprint experience. I wont be coming back to them in the future after this contacts up.

Romerio was a fantastic salesperson, not only did he go out of his way to help us with new phones he ended up helping us save a lot of money by purchasing our phones online vs through the store. He did not have go the extra mile he did to walk us through the process online which had been very frustrating until dealing with him. Thank you for the great service.

Would give them zero stars if I could. Spent hours in the store for the simplest transaction, they then screwed that up resulting in me being overcharged and after several phone calls to sprint customer circus They refuse to credit my account the full amount even after admitting it was their mistake!

I liked the representative that I talked to, and I was glad that they had someone available to help even though they seemed busy. The phones are live devices, not plastic shells. Not a wide variety of cell phone accessories though.

I am writing this review because apparently other customers want to make outrageous claims about sprint corporate on nob hill as well as the sprint in union gap, I am talking to you Blake Wilson. You are sad and pathetic and sound more like a really pissed off us cell or Verizon rep who is mad sprint is taking all there customers with the 50% off plans and your loosing sales hmmm wonder why huh lets charges double and triple for the same phones and service and rip consumers off in the mean time huh Blake Wilson. Sprint has the best customer service out of any other carrier in town and I have had them all believe me ATT Verizon and US cell are all rip offs and I was paying 500 a month for 5 phones now Im paying 220 a month for 5 phones and the same service. Blake your are an idiot point blank and I wouldnt be doing this until I saw you go and talk bad about both stores, for one closing 3 minutes before 8? Boo Hoo lets be that guy who shows up 2 mins before a store closes and expects them to want to stay overnight with an idiot like you really? I mean you must be the kind of idiot that goes to places right before they close and expect a red carpet huh because those workers must not have kids or families theyd like to go see after work but theyd rather be with an idiot customer like you? Walked in didnt even get a welcome, or even acknowledged us . There was a young lady at the counter just chit chatting away . We waited like 20 minutes, they didnt even let us know if theyd be right with us . Ended up leaving without being able to pay our bill since the kiosk to self pay was out of service.
