I go out of my way to get a coffee from this little place. Friendly service, great recommendations when I cant decide, and best of all, great tasting coffee beans. Keep up the fantastic job!

While the staff was very nice some items were out of stock and menu boards were not corrected. Matcha was out for 3 days without a menu board update.

Love this place! I float between Human Bean & SBUX as they are both on my route to work. Employees are friendly and the drinks are consistent regardless of who makes them. Their chocolate covered coffee beans are our absolute go-to treat at home (you can buy them by the bag there!) and weve purchased two of their double insulated thermos thingys and they keep your drink cold, cold, cold!!!!!

Very friendly staff, all smiles and happy to take your order. I had me a grapefruit red bull, looked good and tasted just right. The young gal was bright and to the point, she served me well. The drive through set is pretty nice with parking available if you want to enjoy some of the weather, as its getting on the colder side I opted for the drive thru. A great addition to this part of town, especially since it has been dominated by Starbucks for a while. Come try the Human Bean!

They have recyclable(in Yakima) cups! STARBUCKS doesnt.

I usually really like there coffee, but my last experience was bad. i had ordered a 12 ounce cold brew with no cream and no sugar. she asked me to repeat it and i did. Then she gives me a 12 ounce cold brew with cream and sugar. I didn’t want to be a karen so i didn’t say anything, but still unhappy.

Just got to enjoy my drink for only .50 something cents because of your rewards program. It was a pleasant suprise. The little espresso bean chocolate on each drink is a really nice touch and I really love your blended matcha too

This place has been an amazing addition to the neighborhood. Consistently good, and the double drive trough makes for a timely transaction. Not only is the coffee good, but the breakfast sandwiches are fantastic. The French Toast Bagel is unique and a great way to start your day.

Was SO excited for this to open, right down the street from my house and on the way to work. I have been going everyday since it has opened and have not been disappointed yet! Yummy coffee, food, and great service. What can start your day better than a good coffee with a a chocolate covered bean on top! Your coffee and staff both get 5 stars!

After a brief encounter with the owner (she said she was anyway) I quickly realized that I would be taking my business elsewhere. Not a pleasant experience at all. Maybe the drinks are good but I will never go back.

Really enjoy everything...except lines but we all have to wait and be patient.

I love all the friendly staff. And my favorite drink is a 32oz frozen hot chocolate. My favorite breakfast bagel is the French Toast breakfast bagel.

Great drinks! Had a Chai Latte and a green tea smoothie, both were top notch. Only problem, the app suuuucks... It wouldnt let me add my card and they didnt ask if I had a rewards account with them before they rang us up. Otherwise, Im sure Ill be back next time in in town.

Drinks were good. The guy that served us was not friendly at all. The other workers were friendly and polite. Not a great impression from the Yakima location.

Kids drinks are good and their regular menu is good. Even breakfast sandwiches are good. But if you need sugar free...then this isnt the place for you. Their sugar free is DISGUSTING! And yes Ive tried several different flavors and combinations. Workers so far are really nice though which is a ➕. Ill still go back and get my sons drink here or get their single serve kcups.

Its so nice to have a new coffee stand close to home. With the good prices, friendly staff and delicious coffee, I will continue to go back.

Went by a few times and I must say I was very disappointed. The guy that was there was was super rude and disrespectful and im guessing hes the owner. The coffee tasted burnt to me. I will not be back. On the bright side, the baristas were super nice but the owner was not.

Been here twice. Ordered iced vanilla latte with specific - nothing Skinny. Both times, the latte was watery with very little vanilla flavor. Dissapointed and likely wont be back any time soon.
