They are always friendly and always go out of their way to help you

Have a sign out front stating that mask or face covering must be worn to enter.People in store without masks on talking rudely about the sheep wearing masks.Made a comment to an employee about whats the point of putting out the sign if they werent going to have people wear them. Was informed that they wouldnt make anyone do anything and I was free to shop elsewhere of I had an issue. Will be doing just thatReplying to the owner response. There is no making this better. dealt with not great employees at your store for years so will be going to other places that actually want business.

It was just ok. I know the store well but I couldnt find any help today when I needed it. To be fair they were helping some older couples. Usually they are right there to help! I did find what I needed. Check out clerk was awesome to all in line, spoke Spanish very well for those that needed it, perfect!

Its not as extensive as home Depot, but I can get 95% of what I need here. The service is always excellent.

They getting in plants and shrubs. I got some beautiful promises for early color. Everyone was masked up to protect from COVID. They have everything you need for your yard and home.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, the cashier was kind of a ding bat, had to ring me up 3 different times because she forgot things (guess she could have been new). They had what I went in for (some 3 gallon buckets and a portable hanging light).

Always polite staff. Most items can get for a lot cheaper at other stores. Go here if the others are out.

These guys are great! They can find obscure washers and bolts that no one else has. Superior customer service. Its worth paying a little extra for guys who really know what theyre talking about.

I will not do business with this Ace store. They let me get into the store without a mask, walk around and shop, then refused to check me out unless I wore a mask. I refuse to wear a mask and it is my right.

This is the best ACE Hardware stow in Yakima County! Its our neighborhood Ace! Convenient and the staff is always helpful and friendly. I love that they alway send me coupons and everything is easy to find. Way easier to get in and out of than the big box stores and they have most things you could need.

I was inside this store a few times. I am from out of town here on business and I will recommend these guys and girls to anyone that will listen . They had and helped me with all kinds of abnormal needs. Customer service was fantastic. Family environment. If you need ànything check them out for sure.

A real hardware store where the sales staff are ready and willing to help you build, fix or grow anything. You are greeted immediately upon entering the store. Their staff are well trained and know the location of all their products. The store is located in a strip mall that includes a fabric store, a pharmacy, and a Good Will Thrift store. Parking galore and a great garden center where you can pick out all your spring flowers and vegetable starts.

The store employees were great help and very knowledgeable! I had just had my CSECTION and was in pain and the cashier asked the man in front of me if I could go first so I could get out of three, he was nice enough to say yes. That was very nice of her to do for me. Thats what I like to call above and beyond. Its the little things.

I like this small hardware store thats much like an old fashioned one. Theres lots of what youd expect from a hardware store, arranged neatly in slightly tight rows. Theres an outdoor area too with soils, amendments, some furniture, yard ornamentation, seasonal plants, etc. The staff are always ready to help out. Unlike the big-box hardware stores where you cant find an employee, shoppers here are greeted as they enter and an employee is usually immediately available to help the shopper. Theres plenty of parking and (bonus) its next to a fabric/craft store, a pharmacy and a Goodwill outlet. Another bonus... theres a coffee kiosk just across the parking lot. Who could ask for anything more.

A good place to go and get what you need fast, unless you are trying to get something that is locked up. Then you might be out of luck. It is hard to find an employee on the floor to assist you.
