Wonderful. It tastes the same as when I was a kid. They have a drive-thru window which was really convenient and nice right before they closed. I stopped there with my granddaughter on our birthday for an ice cream cone. They were still open after 9pm which surprised me. Great customer service but they werent able to give us a birthday treat which kinda stunk but thats okay, not every place has a birthday treat. Very impressed with the size of the cones. They were over $11 for 2, they were both 2 scoops though. It was too much, and neither I or my granddaughter finished ours.

I went to the one on nob hill to pick up an order for Uber eats and the doors were locked and the employee was doing sign language which I don’t know and wouldn’t open the door to give me the order so I wouldn’t go back to this location for any reason because of how rude they were 😡😡😡😡👎👎👎👎

The last 2 times Ive gone the wait was long.!! Wouldve gave them a 5 star but I wanted to leave from drive thur due to long wait but there were cars behind me. All you see is these young adults employees walking or standing around. Not even a apology for the long wait. It was fustrating for sure. They pay zero attention to the traffic outside the window to move the line thru. I love baskin Robins hope they can take care of there customers much better than they have been.

Went to this location tonight at 9:30-9:45 and both employees had AirPods in and I feel that’s unprofessional.But that’s not even my main complaint, I feel like I only got the half the ice cream I normally get, even my moms layered Sunday seemed a bit smaller than normal and missing all the sauces on top. The girl was on a phone call the whole time and I could hear here say “I just moped” in an exasperated tone, she also made herself a cone and ate it while I was still at the register. The guy seemed preoccupied and not really professional.

Perfect spot to get a scoop, banana split, shake, or ice cream cake. The staff has always been friendly. As someone who prefers non-dairy, there have been a few featured sorbets that fit my accommodations and were delicious. I just wish there were more seating options for the times they are busy. Nonetheless, will be going back!

Ice cream cake is so ohno!

Went in on 3/25. Horrible. This location might as well have been closed for business. Instead of having 31 flavors, they had about 10 flavors and out of those they had about half a bucket of each. Lots of customers walked out. Don’t advertise something you can’t keep up with.

Ice cream like I remember it. The boys loved their small cups of ice cream, just the right amount. Good customer service, bathrooms were clean and tables were clean. Not a lot of tables and chairs though.

Employees dont even know what they are serving. They had no idea what was on the menu, what anything costs nothing. I had to explain what a banana split had in it.

I went to the Nob Hill location around 7:10pm, and there were two employees working. As soon as I walked in we weren’t greeted or a even a hello. The only thing one the employees asked was “do you know what you want or?” which was extremely rude. On top of everything both employees were wearing AirPods, and made this establishment very unprofessional. Overall this establishment is a joke compared to the location on 1st.

Very helpful staff. More flavors than you can shake a stick at. Even though they didnt have the flavor I wanted he directed me to another very comparable flavor.

This Baskin Robbins never had any flavors of ice cream, they’re always running out and when they do have some the ice cream is never fully frozen. The customer services is also hit and miss, some will see you at the window and continue to talk amongst themselves before finally taking your order.

This place has the worst parking lot of all time. I was waiting at the drive thru for about 2 hours. No joke. And when I ordered they said they were out of burgers.

I asked the worker for two mini/partial scoops for my son (which theyve done before), they said they could do two scoops... Then charged me for a double... Not what I asked for! When I questioned the price they told me that they couldnt do partial scoops, and wouldnt change the price ($5 for a kids cone!?). To top it off, my husbands ice cream tasted like freezer and had ice in it...
