I would not recommend them! It has been one thing after another. We had to change the floor and now they can full fill our upgrades? Why offer them if you can full fill them! And they use the excuse of covid for everything

I have bought a new home with valley quality homes and I feel that I have been lied to, I was told it would only take them 3 months to build, then I was told the end of December, now I am being told maybe April or May. This is unacceptable to me. I donhave any financing, I paid cash. I love the home but now I have to spend a winter in our moter home. This is not fair to me or my family.

Most well-built homes on market. Exceptional company from service to ownership. 10/10 would recommend.

Had a very pleasant experience with Valley Quality. Tom and Marty were very helpful all the way through. We had our home customized just how we wanted it and are very pleased. Their homes are built rock solid. Far superior compared to other manufactured homes and even a lot of site builts! Also youre buying local. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in a manufactured home.

We had a Clayton Home before, the shingles blew off, the floor squeaked and within three years black mold was growing everywhere. The customer service was appalling. It was a horrendous experience.Valley is AMAZING!! Quality surpasses everything. Product warranties are not a gimmick with this company. Their service department is 10 stars. Brad is the best, helpful and courteous. Our home is beautiful. The workmanship is far superior to any other homes we looked at. They are LOCAL, even the rock used in the front design of our place is from Royal City.If you are shopping for a home you owe it to yourself to check out this company!

Poor communication from Yakima office to customer. Called numerous times and asked that I be called when home would finally be delivered,over 1year after putting deposit down and I was never called. It was delivered. Poorly painted with multiple smugs of paint on decking and inside flooring. Wall cracks within first month of delivery( they did repair them by Samuel who was the most helpful of anyone I dealt with). On installation workers complained of working conditions and upper management/owners several days overall experience with valley quality homes is poor
