Stopped in for takeout at the deli. Broasted chicken dinners. Ordered two identical meals but that is not what I got when I got home. Chicken was dry. Hy Vee can do better than that.

Great selection and assortments. The bakery could use a little help. I think. But otherwise clean and good customer service. Some of the prices are a bit on the high side compared to Walmart just down the street though.

Great prices and frequent sales. Perks and rewards that used to come with prescription sales slip was a nice deal. It was fazed out so I was disappointed with that. Overall I think the hyvee store is one of the best grocery stores Ive ever shopped at.

It was difficult shopping today as every isle had employees stocking shelves. You couldnt get to the items you wanted and boxes on the floor are an accident for someone to trip and fall. I never experienced this before. I shopped about 10:00 AM. Hope its better next time.

Im never seen cold cuts pre-sliced in such abundance it looks bizarre to me and dry they must throw a lot of that away I dont know why they would slice so much store was not that crowded LOL other than that typical grocery store

I fell in the parking lot yesterday. Broke my toe Fat lip hurt pretty bad. The store is very nice.

Not what it used to be. The online order pickup is sketchy at best. The pick up times arent accurate and I often get incorrect items.

If I could give less than one star, I would. After waiting over an hour and a half for the groceries I prefer earlier in the day, I was told they had forgot to include my produce. Literally half of the 14 items I had order. When they called me to ask me to come back to the store I was already halfway home (I live at least 30 mins away), the person on the phone said, Well, What do you want me to do about it?!?. Evidently, there isnt a smile in every isle, but a snarky comment after the most stressful customer service experience.

Harvey always has what I need, the pharmacy people are great do all my prescriptions there even the Hy-Vee solutions done in Nebraska ships me stuff out of Des Moines gets it there the next day if I want something through the Hy-Vee grocery I just tell them and they order it and call me when it comes in

THE WAIT FOR THE FOOD TOOK AN HOUR TO GET HERE!! I COULD EAT AT PERKINS AND GWT A FASTER SERVICE!!! I SAW AT LEAST 3 PARTIES GET HER AND LEAVE WITHOUT US GETTING OUR FOOD!! WOULD NEVER RECCOMMENED THIS PLACE FOR BREAKFEAST!!

I really like the flavor of your apple pie in the bakery department but the apples are so hard. Wish they would try a softer apple. Also why is the bigger pie less expensive than the smaller one???

Shopping in the store is great! Aisles Online is a disaster!!!! Ordered about $75 worth of groceries. I was supposed to pick it up at 4pm. They sent me an email saying they were running 2 hours behind. I called at 6:30pm order was still not ready. Called again at 8:30 order was still not ready. This is not the first time I have had issues with Aisles online. I will not be using this service again

The store is nice and staff is friendly. Good variety of products and hihjer quality meat/seafood selection. It is higher price than Walmart. As far as online shopping they pretty much have all items that are in the store also listed online (i have noted Walmart will not show certain items/brands) however i quit using online as the last three times i have had to wait 30 minutes to an hour in the parking lot for pick-up

Not a bad store, very clean

Their online shopping always messes up my orders. Months ago they almost gave me an order that I didnt buy and missed the ones I was trying to buy. I figured to give it a try again today and its still the same few months later. Seems like they dont double check the orders before rolling it out.On the other hand, Maddison was nice to have my missing item delivered to my home. But that also got messed up, on my original order, I ordered 3 lbs of crabs and I got charged for it. The one that got send to my house was 1.6 lbs, I called for the second time and Maddison answered. Theyll refund me the difference which is nice. It was just annoying to keep going back and forth. My mistake was not checking my order after they load it up to my vehicle. Next time if ever I order online again, Ill definitely double check my order. Its a headache to go back and forth.Ill recommend to go in the store instead.

Moved back and couldnt believe my eyes. Prices went way up on things. You couldnt find someone to help find stuff if you couldnt find it. Pretty much when you checked out you only had self check out, and only a couple of regular check outs. Hyvee used to be my favorite store, but now I rather go to Walmart where it is the same things but cheaper. Also you can find someone to help you when you need it. Even at self check out. So sad!

Inside everyone is amazing, polite, and professional. Shopped here a bunch of times for Doordash orders, however - online pickup is THE ABSOLUTE WORST. As a delivery driver for Doordash, Ive witnessed other dashers have to LEAVE AND COME BACK due to delays. I myself have been sitting, as I type this, for OVER AN HOUR. We cannot do other deliveries while we wait, it is one at a time, so we are losing money waiting. After the first hour, I was told my an associate that they hadnt even finished picking my customers order, which was only 28 items. I watched as fellow hyvee employees pulled up and got their orders instantly while those who have been waiting watched. I was supposed to have this delivered an hour and 20 minutes ago. But they havent even finished picking it. Respect our orders as much as you do your personal employee orders!!!!!

Excellent selection and service is always the norm in this business.Great selection of items and if they don’t have a item ask for it and it gets ordered.They offer online shopping and delivery also that is very prompt with designated parking.Great pharmacy with drive up services.They also have a excellent cafeteria with breakfast lunch and dinner items ranging from Chinese pizza and excellent sandwiches.Only drawback is a very busy store so parking can be an issue at times.

The store is great but the aisles online/ grocery pickup has been consistently terrible. I feel so bad for the employees that have to work this department. It is way under staffed and one time the poor girl was running, literally running, to try to get to everyone and profusely apologizing even though it really didn’t seem like her fault. Of course you could find the managers in the store walking around as if nothing was wrong. If you do have the patience to wait over an hour (sometimes even two hours) past your pickup time you’ll be lucky if you receive your full order. It’s also a possibility you will receive a part of someone else’s order. If you talk to management they tell you they will call you back but then they never do.

Neat and clean, helpful associates, and willing to use double paper bags on my cold items as I live 48 miles away. Love this store...pleasure to shop here!

Clean with wide aisles. Well lit. Nice produce section, deli and bakery. Great, knowledgeable staff in the meat/fish department. Wide assortment of food and price specials. Employees seem to know where hard-to-find foods are located in the store and take you right to them. A pleasure to grocery shop at this grocery store.

Shout out to the catering department! They are awesome! I felt bad because I ended up needing catering for summer camp and I did not give them very much notice before I needed the food. They were able to do the order, and the food was great! Very professional. Super friendly. Next time I hope to give you guys better notice :)
