My Di2 derailleur broke rendering my bike inoperable. Aaron, Zach and Nick helped me out by exchanging the derailleur and effectively making it possible to continue our journey to the Cowboy trail. Fabulous service and expertise

Called with concerns about the brakes on my bike. They came outside and serviced my bike (with a mask on). Super super nice. I would buy from them again.

Stopped at Ace Bike & Fitness to get a rear cassette (sprockets) for my bike. Im on a cross country bicycle trip. They were very helpful in getting what I needed to continue the trip to the source of the Missouri River. They even told me to call them if I ran into trouble. Great people at a great store.

My husband and I purchased two Raleigh bicycles from your store back on 8/31/2017. They were represented to us as last years model and were on sale -- though they were still over $500 a piece.We recently took them into a very reputable bike shop located elsewhere -- and learned from the bike shop technicians that our bikes are actually model year 2013. Further research on the Raleigh website confirmed this.We never would have paid $5600 a piece for bikes that were actually a number of years old. We certainly would have preferred to know what we were buying, regardless. (And we wouldnt have come back to purchase ANOTHER bike and many other things from your store if we were aware we had been lied to.)We were really disappointed to hear this news and saddened to realize we were completely deceived by the staff at Kopetskys Ace.
