I did not Buy this New 2021 Chevrolet LTZ Silverado 1500 from Northtown. It needed a Service, They got me right in, took care of me Professionally and Courteously. The Service Manager asked me if I had a little extra time do a Safety Recall. I told them to go ahead. When they told me that it was done, my pickup was setting inside all Washed, cleaned out and Ready to Go in less than 1 Hour. Now, that is Professional Service. My next Purchase will be from Northtown Automotive. A Great Team!!

Amber Johnson in svc dept. was an excellent rep and very knowledgeable as well as outgoing to ensure I was satisfied! She even tracked me down in the sales dept to answer a question on type of deflector I wanted and even went out of her way to ask someone and answer a question I had about the newer version out by lund products about possible paint damage. She ensured I got my parts installed the same day I purchased them! In over 50 years dealing with this type of industry being from the maintenance field and logistics background myself. Ive only come across a very few number of people that showed initiative to go the extra mile and learn all facets of the job in order to exude professionism with regards to their job! I was truly impressed. A definite keeper that will go up to management level on her current path! Thank you again for the excellent service. Hopefully Ill have the same experience in the very near future with my other vehicles.

Tom Tobin was the mechanic who had helped me out and he really did a great job letting me know what was going on and what I could expect. He accommodated me, as I made the appointment online and didnt pay attention to the date which was 2 weeks out. I didnt realize my mistake until after I had the towing company drop off my vehicle. He was able to find out my vehicles issues and get it fixed in 2 days, between his already scheduled appointments. This is amazing customer service as I know that he was under no obligation to accommodate my mistake. I do need some further maintenance work done in the near future, and because of how well that I was taken care of, I will definitely be returning to Northtown to get this work done. THANK YOU Tom!

Todd Souter, the salesperson, I worked with was very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and extremely respectful. He took plenty of time to answer my question both at the time of sale and when I called him later. Facility was very clean and everyone was very friendly. I got a great SUV for a very fair price. We called asking about a car that was on the lot Sunday and left a message as it was after hours. I had a call back from a representative named Shaun within a half hour of opening with information I had asked about. The car was not available but Shaun took the time to ask what we were looking for. Within a few minutes he sent me a text with links to three vehicles or a possibility. We decided at the last minute to go look at one of the cars, I sent him a text message and we were able to show up within 10 minutes. Shaun helped us look at the car, drive the car and answering questions that we had. He assisted with checking our financing options and showing us what was available. We drove off the lot with the car we had looked at. It was the best car buying experience we’ve had in a long time!

Super disappointed : ( Found the car, texting and calling with salesperson (we live 3 hours away) to iron out details, got financing arranged, was trying to figure out pricing as I felt the offered amount for my car was super low (several thousand less than any value I could find on KBB or NADA), and was told to hold on because someone else had walked up and wanted to drive the car... they would let me know if it didnt sell to them. After the other person didnt buy it, we made arrangements to drive up there but would make it right before they closed (if we didnt stop to go to the bathroom or anything). I asked if they could wait 15 minutes for us to get there and was told if it was too late that they may or may not be there... also among the conversation was that there are more buyers than they have inventory (Paul) and we all know this car wont be here for long (Ryan). Felt super unappreciated, very frustrated, and it totally ruined what should have been a fun experience buying a car Id hoped for for several years and had just gotten a raise so was celebrating.

Front tire was loosing air took to Northtown for repair it was a minor fix. When i took my vehicle on the road after they completed the tire it was driving very rough. I took it back in and the informed me while it was on the lift to repair my tire the struts were damaged and I needed to pay $400 for repair. I felt it was their responsibility since it happened while they were repairing so I refused to pay. After a long wait they said the would do it for $250 and I .refused again and they finally repaired it at no charge. They offered no apology and acted like I was being unreasonable.I will not be using Buick for repairs again nor willI purchase any more vehicles.from Northtown .

My husband and I made our first vehicle purchase together and made the mistake of going to Northtown Auto. We purchased a 2020 vehicle from them and within 3 months of owning it, the fuel pump went bad. When I called to schedule an appointment in the body shop, they couldnt get us in until 2 weeks later. When I asked about a rental car for them to provide me while ours was not working, they said they could not do that. Very disappointed in their customer service. Once they sell you the car, they dont care about you.

It may be petty, but the difference between a 5 star and a 3 star review is floor mats. The truck was a great truck at a great price and because of that all I asked for was all weather floor mats because we live in the Dakotas and need them for over half the year... They said that they couldnt include them because of the price. The floor matts were 200 bucks and I know that they were making a good chunk of money on the deal. If all someone asks for is floor mats, its a good idea to just throw them in. Especially when they are already paying a ton of money for a new truck

Bought my truck here two years ago and had a great experience. I continue to return to have my truck serviced. When I took it in this time I asked them to check some air noise in my driver’s side window. The collision center reached out to me to talk about the adjustments they made and told me they were offering a $200 windshield replacement right now as they noticed the big crack I had in my windshield. I took them up on the offer. I called 12 hours later and asked about tinting my two front windows and they squeezed me in to make that work in my time frame too. To top it off, my interior had been detailed and looked and smelled great. Excellent service!!

After reading others reviews, I see it is their business practice to sell vehicles out from under you. They live by a first come, first serve practice. I called to inquire about a vehicle that was listed on their website and it apparently wasnt even on their premises yet. Once it was, I offered to put down a deposit to hold it, i even offered to buy it site unseen and was refused all options. I had an appt scheduled to buy the vehicle only to receive a call an hour prior to my appt time that they sold the vehicle.

I looked at a vehicle there today, salesman takes the test drive with you so you never get to really see how everything works. I liked the car but they offered me $700 less for my trade in than a dealer did just a week ago. Then the classic pushy salesman came out would not take no for an answer. I am in a customer service industry.. apparently they do not feel they are. I have enjoyed looking what’s available at other dealers, this was not a fun experience. at least I know what kind of a car I want now and know where I will not buy from. I thought the pushy salesman was a thing of the past at car dealers but I guess the tradition continues here

My 2019 Yukon XL SLT windshield was damaged & required replacement. Competitive bids were received from one glass shop & one body shop. The latter was selected on basis of both detailed quote re re windshield technology & low price. Windshield was replaced but lane change warning not functioning & body shop suggested checking w GM dealer. Three visits to Northtown resulted in:1st Visit) Lane change warning not functioning,2nd Visit) Lane change functioning well but auto windshield wiper not functioning at all, 3rd Visit) Had 8:00 AM appointment with plan for me to wait for work completion, as arranged with Todd Tobin, 1.5 hours before vehicle moved to service area & I was told that there most expert serviceman indicated could not be programmed because not Original GM replacement windshield & only way to program completely would be by re-replacing windshield beforere-programming. I took back to body shop & total programming completed. I phoned Todd Tobin, related total entire prior three visit Northtown experience & requested refund or adjustment of $115 programming charge because of my wasted time w three visits for only partial programming. Todd has not returned my call within almost two weeks so I called him again & he, with call back, indicated that a $20 credit would be issued. I told Todd this was unfair & not acceptable, He said he’d need to check again w Service. Mgr. Service Mgr Mr Hunhoff called me later to apologize for my inconvenience & indicate Northtown was sending a $132 check to cover my total payment including shop supplies & tax. I’m grateful for Mr Hunhoff’s follow but extraordinarily disappointed in the wasted time & personal frustration to achieve this conclusion.

Deceptive, unorganized:1) Charged credit card $1,000 to hold vehicle for us, then didn’t credit it towards purchase, or refund the charge.2) did not have paperwork ready even though we had an appt to take delivery3) negotiated price to include factory extended warranty, but noticed in fine details it was an aftermarket warranty.Nice people, but not as trustworthy as I thought.
