Was going to switch carriers but was convinced to stay with ATT. Too many unanswered questions with other carrier. As Im a Coast Guard Vet a new plan came put that saved me some money and I still have a place that helps me out.

Go in! These people are knowledgeable and understand that not everyone has the tech ability - they will work with you and help out any way they can- Sean the manager assisted me and I walked out very happy!

Cannot say enough good things about this place. Went in today to get a new phone and the salesman was so helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to stay late and make sure we had everything figured out that we needed. I had a bad experience at a store in Portland and was hesitant to go to another store, but John was excellent and I will always go back there from now on! Thank you!

Stopped in to get a prepaid smartphone. Sadly they didnt have them but they helped me figure out which ones looked the best and were in stock at nearby stores. Very helpful even when theyre not making a sale.

They make it all seem very easy online, but in store, all they do is dissapoint you day after day! Very dissapointed
