Bought new tires and special rims for my convertible, very friendly and helpful in locating what I wanted in rims and what I needed for tires. When it came time to installing the tires on the new rims I was very straight forward in expressing my concern for not having scratches or dings on my new rims. The service guy was very professional and even passed my message to the installer, left there very pleased with the work and attitude.

Was looking at a vehicle with Robbie and could not come to an agreement on my trade in value. He brought in a Jason to talk with me. I have never encountered such a rude man, he told me I should have taken better care of my vehicle if I wanted more money and told me I better buy the truck today or I would lose it. Went to another dealer and got $2,000 more for my vehicle and a free undercoating.

STAY AWAY : STAY AWAYThere are way too many car dealerships in the area to have to put up with the kind of treatment you get at this dealership.I was trying to buy a new RAM truck from Robbie and told him to put the loan application to Scotia Bank only .Dan (the finance guy, who started 2 months ago but claims has been doing finance for 5 years) then proceeded to send out applications to all the banks against my instruction causing 4 credit hits instead of the 1 from the bank I knew would approve it. He then offered us a subpar rate of 7.8% and his basic attitude was take it or leave it. He has a poor attitude and is obviously not experienced enough to be doing this job. How about some customer service training too!Without getting into our personal finances too much, we had three loans already with Scotia Bank which is why I knew they would finance it and once we went to another dealership it was all wrapped up within 3 hours at nowhere near 7.8% interest. We got a beautiful Silverado truck at .1% with Scotia bank, imagine that!Dan did not work for us or with us at all, he did not listen to us, he offered a horrible deal to us and in the process lowered our credit scores astronomically. As you well know this can take months to repair and years for the inquiries to fall off. Thank goodness the other dealership in Digby knew what they were doing.Jason, the GM, is to rude to even call his customers when theres a problem and they attempt to contact him. I guess I should have read the reviews concerning Jason. Lesson learned thanks!I was not out buying a new pair of earrings. I was out buying a $60,000 vehicle and I expect a whole lot more.I should mention I did get called when I submitted a Facebook review ... Robbie called me (I am sure prompted by Jason) to ask me to take it down because it would hurt their business.Then they took the option to review their business off of Facebook and erasing the ability to review their business. No freedom of speech at this dealership. I guess they don’t know the point of reviews and treating your customer’s right if you want good reviews.
