The farmacy area is the most slow incompetent comparing with other farmacy in the area of Yauco, Guanica and Lajas. Definitely Im taking my mom to another pharmacy, 10 mnts waiting and you dont see and you dont see anyone on the register, they just past by

It’s a Walgreens 🤷🏻‍♀️I speak limited Spanish but learning more and the ladies in the makeup area were friendly & considerate. One was bilingual and took the lead on helping me find what I needed. Like most places with cashiers though, there is no hurry to get in & out quick unless it’s just you in there. Even then it could still clearly be seen that there is now hurry for the staff.

It,s well stocked but customer service needs attention. They keep you waiting while talking about personal affairs in front of the customer. Not professional.

If you want to waste time and be frustrated this is the place for you. Staff looks at computer screens like they are extraterrestrials. They notoriously cant find your prescription and when you get to the manager to complain they blame the poor service on cooperate decisions.

I went last night it is well stocked, but it needs more cleaning it is very dirty and it smells like a powder keg !!!!, they must make another or remodel it

Looking for a medicine that did not have it available in san german and in yauco they say it takes a week, and the medication is controlled and the prescription expires in 2 days, they are inept in the pharmacy in yauco
