It is practically a new establishment it had a great reconstruction. The hardware store is nicely organize with many options. Items are priced for customer ease. Help is at hand but not fussing to make a sale. Everything is at hand and can be easily inspected by the customer. Nice visit!

The last time I bought there a security guard cut in line in front of me. I was in the line and he just went in front of me and bought an item. I was very upset. I saw later that he work there. I told the cashier that the next time I buy there and see this again I will personally leave what I have and buy at another retail. There is no need to cut in line. Everyone has to be in a line to buy their item.

There is no other hardware store like ACE.

They sell the wrong tube and chop it later when a question says to return it. After I make the trip to return it, Jose Luis decides that it will not be returned. That is not done and that people can take the trip and the money. Low class!

The hardware store is very comfortable and safe and they have parking, the priority is that they sell everything for clients to visit since their satisfaction is to provide a good service to all their clients since what I liked was their service to us as customers .

Periodically they publish loose sheets and pamphlets with special merchandise. The business has enough parking and includes an area for people with wheelchairs and other special needs. Payments with credit and debit cards are accepted. It has health services.In spite of being a little far from the center of the town its patronage is recommended widely.
