This is a great spot if your a senior. The place is filled with elderly folks. They also have no background music. I came with a group of teens and we were not expecting that type of vibe. If youre in the ages of 50+ this is the spot to be. Other than that this is your typical bowling alley.

I wont go back. $41 for 45 minutes of bowling. And the machine went down 3 times. Was moved to another lane. We wasted 15 minutes of the 45 we paid for waiting for them to fix the lane. The lane attendant, had a Mets hat on, had a huge attitude and yelled at another customer. People go bowling to have a good time, not to be yelled at. Kind of ruined the night just to see that. Never returning again.

Great place to bring the family and friends for a night of old school fun. Bowling is making a great comeback and people of all ages love it

I went on a Sunday at noon and there were plenty of lanes available and social distancing in place. Im thinking of making this a weekly family outing. Will definitely be back.

Good bowling alley but dont come after 5 on a Sunday if youre not in whatever league.

Great bowling alley with a good amount of lanes. They have a bar and a snack bar. The prices are decent with games and shoes. The games are inexpensive on weekdays compared to weekends. The best time to go is after 6pm on Saturdays due to the league games or contact the bowling alley before arriving on Saturdays. My family first time at the Homefield Bowl and we definitely returning back.

Decent prices, great time for children. They have a snack bar for a quick nibble. The establishment is very clean. The front desk staff member, the older woman, would skip other paying customers for league members or lifers. So, depending on what side of the equation youre on, it could be a good thing, but than again....... 4 stars for the bowling experience. Customer Service could be better.

Went on a Saturday and had a great time with the family. We paid 7 per person to bowl and $4.00 per person to bowl. A bucket of 5 Coronas is $22.00. There are are arcade games, a bar and food available to buy. Parking is available. A few downsides: bathroom is down stairs and no elevator, which may affect people with disabilities. Cash only place. And place could have used a bit more cleaning.

It was fun and the prices were fair, though the place seemed a bit “old” or run down, and the machines were somewhat broken and didn’t count all the pins correctly, other than that it’s great and they have like every shoe size and you can fix the scores.

Good spot for family bowling. they serve liquor, wine, beer along with food. the only downside is that it can get a bit crowded which will slow up the dining service. overall with a little bit of patience, i would still recommend.

Amazing! I gave this place a call and immediately got a nice and pleasant conversation with the staff especially mike. I called to ask about drilling my first ever set of bowling balls. He gave me some information and I came in immediately. I must say he is a very pleasant and thorough individual. Great customer service and highly recommended this establishment, it has a very warm home feel to it. A+++*

I went here on a date, but were were unable to get a lane because it was a league night (competetive bowling) and we were turned away. It looked like a good place to go, so maybe we can go another time

We had a lot of fun bowling here. We didnt try the food, but the menu options looked particularly good. The shoe rentals were in excellent condition and had velcro closures which is nice. They had an interesting variety of social distancing measures from plastic screens between lane seating areas to plastic bag covered seats to lower density lane use. This bowling alley had the lightest balls that I have ever seen pre-racked under each ball return. The wider range of heavier balls was also available. Bumpers were older style and had a gap at the pin end that allowed for gutterballs with bumpers up. There were a decent number of families and seniors there having fun while social distancing.

They were friendly bowling is now per hour not a game. They claimed the clock starts when you pay but the lane didnt go on right away.They let us finish our second game to make up for the delay.8 games and 3 pairs of shoe rental were $51 not a bad deal ($36 an hour shoe rental was $5 a person) we had a great time

Today I called in advance to get covid regulations and hrs because my children wanted to go bowling. Over the phone I was told public hrs are 6-10pm and of course wear a mask. My family and get I there about 6:20pm masked up and are ready for some social distancing fun. Oh noooo no no. What we walked into is a bowling alley with cigarette smelling place and full of ppl. There had to had been no less than 60 ppl there in bunches. Hardly anyone were wearing masks. I felt like I was at a night club with my kids. And during Covid at that. I feel silly in a way, for taking my children out with the thought that all business follow all covid business policies. Not the place to go to! Or even ever would I suggest. Employer’s/ business owners were not considerate of the situation at all. Nor cared to bother. The only option given and as quick response was “we will refund your money no problem”completely disappointed!!

Better bowling alley to go to. Do not like the chain places simce they make it feel to corporate and dont care. Places like this are very attentive to their customers and feels like what a bowling alley is supposed to feel like.

They are safe place to bowl during covid time due to all the conditions and social distancing practice there.

I went her on a Saturday around 4pm with a group of 11 other people. It was a youth church outing. The atmosphere was bright, clean and the music was not too loud. We were able to have a conversation without having to yell. The front desk customer service can use some revamping. The young man seemed bothered by our presence and annoyed. There were only 2 groups of bowlers in the whole place so it wasn’t because he was overwhelmed.

Great bowling alley and not outrageously expensive like some of the corporate chains. Clean and well-run with plenty of lanes. Check first if youre looking for public bowling. League play takes up most lanes for much of the day.

Great place to bowl, eat, drink and socialize.

They have a very nice hot food station and the food is pretty good. Nice portion sizes. Could feed you for two days! I like their sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches better than the bacon, twice I have had sandwiches where the white of the egg was still runny which I find to be unsettling but it seems to only happen when the very nice woman who works there is not behind the counter. Nice little spot to stop for lunch. Very friendly.

This Is a great place to spend a Friday night with the guys. I ordered a bucket of bud light and had a blast! Service was great and the lanes were well kept.

My cousin and I had a great time at this bowling alley. The man behind the counter was very nice and helpful. He recommended we play 2 games which was the perfect amout for us. I personally like that this place felt old-school; I dont want loud music or flashing lights like some other places offer. We had a lot of fun and will definitely be back.

Homefield is a great place to go if your looking to bowl. They usually have alot of league activities here but keep lanes open for non-league folk looking to have some fun. The community is friendly and you may just find someone whos willing to give you some advice to help you improve your game.Homefield is geared towards a more professional bowling environment as apposed to the bowling alleys in White plains and New Rochelle where its geared towards entertainment of young crowds.

A place to go where you feel so welcomed

Came with family on a Saturday night and had a great time. Did not have to wait too long for lanes. It does seem to get busy with serious bowlers so would call ahead and inquire about the wait. This place is affordable and the food was priced well as well as the drinks from the lounge. Would definitely go back again!

Great local bowling alley. NOT a Bowlmor or Lucky Strike which is a good thing. Wife and I played 4 games each and it was $74 including shoes. Note theyre CASH ONLY but they do have an ATM on site. No obnoxious music or overpriced games or drinks.

I have not bowl for 40 years...but Mikes level of service...is uncommon in retail customer service. He listens...he make you feel comfortable while preforming a high level of professionalism....I left wanting to come back!The place was TV level...by that I mean Ive only seen a place that looked that good onprofessonal bowling tournaments shows!I bought Pro Shop products....and plan to trumpet what a perfect place this is to have a GOOD time!

EVERYONE has an attitude there. Not one smile or greeting. Almost as if us (the customers) showing up to play bowling annoyed them. I called during the week to ask questions on how to reserve lanes and specifically asked if there were bowling leagues on Saturday. I COULDNT EVEN GET AN ANSWER TO THAT! She needed information from me that I didn’t have because once again I was INQUIRING about the process. I believe her name might be Mary (short white hair usually behind the food counter). Instead of her saying yes we have leagues that start at this time and end at this time and so on, She said “well when are you looking to come?”. I said Saturday at 9 pm. She said”oh yea there will be lanes they finish at 6:30pm.” Usually when you call a place to book it for a party they give you information on what is needed. It’s like pulling teeth in order to get some clarity and the sarcasm from her over the phone was crazy. I called back when I had the information she needed and I was asked to put a deposit down to hold 9pm (even MORE sarcasm when I called back). I asked if I send ppl there at 8pm to get lanes for 9pm is that ok because it was an adult party and wasn’t paying for everyone. She said yup that works. My people get there at 7:55pm and we treated so disrespectfully and were told they have to wait an hour(which was ok because we wanted 9pm). The woman told my guests (with an attitude) I don’t know why everyone keeps saying they are here for a party!! She called and only inquired!! Well yea because making a reservation with you is so damn hard AND they are saying they are here for a party because they are! 9:30pm comes around and we were told 30 more minutes. We were about to leave when finally we got lanes a little after 10pm. A lot of people left but at the end of the day we made a good time out of it. I’m sure this complaint won’t go anywhere as a lot of complaints now don’t mean anything. Just completely disappointed with the lack of customer service and unbelievably lack of communication and sarcasm! Which makes me feel they did it even more so on purpose.

Family bowling night. Drinks were fantastic. Food was great. They didnt rush us. Price was fantastic

They dont take card, ended up caveing in and using a card to play but got double charged and ended up paying $7 extra just to pay them so I can play. It was fun but no one should ever have to pay money just to pay someone.

This is a alley that has very good lanes. Leagues here are a lot of fun. Staff is cool and friendly.

Weve never had a bad experience bowling here. VERY family friendly. Staff couldnt be nicer. They hosted our daughters 9 birthday party - nearly 20 kids to deal with, and they were total pros. Definitely recommended!

This is by far the worst bowling ally in westchester!!! I wanted to come here because I never been to this location before! Well it was a huge mistake! Employees working at the front desk and the food area and rude and slam your shoes on the counter and slam your change on the counter as well! Its also expensive per game! The people that come here are very rude and stare at you and makes you feel uncomfortable! Not cool!! I do not recommend this place! do not come here!!

This is a throwback old school bowling alley from the times before people made bowling new and hip and put disco lights everywhere and jacked the prices up to the point of needing to mortgage your home to bowl a game. If you are looking for a place to actually bowl at a reasonable price and dont need to be overly trendy this is the place for you. My only complaint is their house ball selection is a bit lacking. I think a lot of the people who bowl here have their own balls. I dont but still like this place way better than bowlmor or new roc and it is better on my wallet.

Bowling at these lanes are a great time. Everyone is outstandingly friendly and I would highly recommend birthday parties here for kids!

Best family bowling place hands down

Ive been bowling leagues and tournaments here for years. Love this place!

So my family had a decent time, then we noticed a league was playing and someone was yelling on a microphone in Spanish for a while. No matter we were having fun. League was on the other side. Then at the end of our second game, about eight lanes were open. Don’t you know the first team set up shop was immediately on our lane. Almost annoyed we had to take our shoes off. I explained to the front desk guy you have eight lanes open, and it was rude especially after feeding a family of five their. The man explained to me it was the teams fault not theirs. In closing management of a bowling alley should be paramount. I felt like after all the money we spent we were booted out the door to make room for the next bodies. The guy at the desk actually started to argue his point with me, fortunately another employee was at the desk and understood my aggravation. Bottom line is don’t go their on a weekend. They are overwhelmed with leagues and argumentative with each other behind the desk.

Great atmosphere. Pro shop support is unmatched. Very reasonable prices for the bowling equipment. Early hours. Cant beat it.

Friendly and cleaning very good during virus outbreak

I’ll make this quick & direct, if I could rate this place an absolute zero I would do it with my eyes closed. The butch looking miserable depressed unbelievably unprofessional woman behind the counter where the food is didn’t have the decency to even say hello not even a face gesture. Upon asking this miserable woman a simple question “may we please have some alcohol?” She rudely answered no one is available to serve a beer even though there was 27 cases of beer sitting in front of her face. The fact is she just didn’t care, treated us like complete trash she had no intention on assisting, helping us in any way, maybe offer another menu item she rudely brushed my friends & I off as if our money was another color. What is sad is she should be helping your buissness bring in revenue and keep a family/friendly environment but instead because she clearly hates her job she disregarded customers, I don’t recommend this place at all.

Been there since I was a kid. I was on a bowling league there and I went to a couple of birthday parties . Lots of fun. Cool music, great staff, and really yummy food! Would definitely recommend it for your kids if youre in the area!

For bowling and hanging out with family & friends: perfect. The not-so-perfect- You cant bring your own food (except for a cake.) So if youre trying to eat healthy, eat before you get there.

First time here, it was very busy and parking lot qas almost full but despite that they did have 2 lanes available for my group of 8. Someone mentioned already is cash only, they do have an atm on location but theres always fees. We got our shoes and went to bowl.. there is a bar in there so you can grab beers or drinks.

Ok bowling alley... looking a bit run down after decades of use. Has a typical snack bar as separate cocktail area. Ample free parking. Cash only.

I went to this place with my school as a trip and it was so bad, first 6 students had to wait 15 minutes to get a lane, because we were supposedly not on the list, but we clearly were. Then the thing that brought the balls back up stopped spinning so we could not play because we did not have any balls, so we had to wait another 5-10 minutes for that to get fixed. After that, the thing that take the pins away and brings more, stopped working and we had to wait more, and then that happened again. All this while the staff was very rude, and acting like we were annoying them. This was a terrible place dont go here.
