Why does this store exist? I received my Winter catalog three weeks ago and they still didnt have sample In the store. I was looking to try in (and then buy) both flannel shirts as well as flannel-lined jackets ( one would think suitable in the last week of October). But they had neither in the store and werent sure whether they would ever get them in. There was one semi-client oriented salesperson but everyone else in the empty store couldnt care less about my presence.

Yesterday my wife called L. L. Bean and spoke to a salesperson named Raymond who was incredibly empathetic and helpful.my wife was attempting to buy clothes for her mother who had purchased some items on their website a few years ago. Raymond did the research, found what my mother in law had ordered, picked out some clothing in her size and when we arrived at the store, my wife was thrilled with his good taste. Raymond wasn’t at the store today but I we really appreciated his great customer service! This is just one reason why L.L.Bean is a great place to shop. Their staff is AMAZINGLY HELPFUL! The store wasn’t packed with customers and they definitely had plenty of staff ready to help us.

The boots! Also, all the other stuff! If you only know them from their famous catalog, heres a place where you can actually try the stuff on & see how it looks on you.Staff is very friendly & helpful.

Although the parking is a mess, that’s a Ridge Hill issue- not L.L. Bean’s. They have a nice store with a good men’s and women’s assortment. The home and dog offering was a little smaller than I was expecting compared to what’s online.

Second time I went in the store and was treated the same way the first time I went in. Purchase some bags. There were three registers open . Myself and another African American was on line waiting to purchase items. A white older woman salt and pepper short hair look and turn around a Pretend like she was cleaning the counter. The other younger male with reddish hair did the same thing. Very Prejudice in the store. Never again will I go or tell anyone to go there this was on New Years Day when the store just opening there where no one in the store.

A+ service from one of the salespeople there, I think his name was Bill or Will. Anyways, he took the time to answer all my questions and was very patient with me while I tried on a lot of different clothes and outdoor clothes. All together, it was like about $250 dollars plus which I spent here, thanks to his great service. Definitely recommend, will return back again if Im ever in the city anytime soon.

I love ll bean. This place is one of my favorite stores at the ridge hill. Clothes are of great quality and truly last forever. I had a size medium sweater that I wore my entire pregnancy and it was not even maternity and I reached 200 lbs!😅 My family and I shop here for most of our outerwear and footwear, especially when I receive coupons.

Bought some shirts online but they werent a good fit so we went to return and try other sizes in store. Everyone in the store was lovely, from the woman who processed our return, the other associates throughout the store to the cashier at the end when we were done. Especially Anna though who was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the different styles and helped us fine exactly what we needed while we shopped. We left happy and with what we needed.

People at the store are always very friendly and helpful. Merchandise is high quality (no surprise) and relatively easy to find. I do wish the prices were a bit lower, but the items Ive bought so far seem to last a long time, so purchase with that in mind.Parking (shared in mall) does cost a few dollars and always a zoo and you can easily lose time here. Free parking doesnt exist from what I can tell.

First time going to this location. I was very impressed as in every L. L. Bean store I ever been too. Well organized with knowledgeable Staff. Customer service are friendly and very helpful. They have all different size, colors, short, medium, long lenght coats. I was very happy with my purchase.

Still one of the best and most reputable retail companies around, customer service is very good, apparel and accessories and other products are of excellent quality and are durable beyond belief. If theres ever a possibily of another ice age, I believe their products will survive! 😀😀😀

Honestly, great for the outdoorsman, sizing is slightly larger. Very warm clothing. Styling is plain and simple, but logical.

What is there to say about L.L. Bean?They have a wonderful assortment of clothing that is all high quality. They do not skimp on anything.If you like the style, everything they sell is great, and all of their clothes fit consistently. A mens small is a mens small no matter the style.

A representative by the name of Angel helped me pick out my winter outerwear. She was pleasant and extremely knowledgeable of LL BEAN products. The female behind the register was very helpful as well.

Everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. There was only a handful of items on sale, I would expect given the season there be more on sale. Kids boots are well price but the selection is small. Adult boots are very over priced. Overall I had a nice experience at this is location.

Great store large selection of clothing. But recently bought a returned shirt that was nice folded but smelled like it was pulled out of the hamper and pressed and dry cleaned...

The clothes here are not really my style so i dont shop here often but on the few times ive went i must say they have the absolute best service of any retailer. i bought bean boots, some stuff for my dog, and a pretty good jacket. the quality of their items are great and o yeah did i mention the people are awesome!

They couldnt have been more helpful! I came in with my favorite hiking shoes whose undersides had crumbled due to age, asking if it was possible to repair them. Even though the shoes were beyond repair, they gave me a gift card for the original purchase price and did everything they could to connect me with a new pair that meets my needs. Highly recommend!

While the clothes they sell may not be as durable as they used to make, they are still the most durable in their price class, and with their forever guarantee, I dont buy clothes anywhere else.

I need to explain this rating a little bit. L.L.Bean as a store/retailer/mailorder place is, as far as I am concerned, unsurpassed in their support of their products. We have purchased L.L. Bean products and come back 10-15 years later to find out how to fix something and been told to go get a new one instead. This has happened both in this store and up in the Freeport, Maine store. At one point it was a pull in a sweater and at another it was to fix an inseam of a pair of their boots. Both times we walked away with new items - much to our surprise.

Always a wonderful experience, the staff is friendly and quite helpful
