Honest to god one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever witnessed. Had me put insurance on a car for over a week and then called me and told me I was not approved…this is after me walking in knowing what I wanted and then promising me numerous of cars that they had no intentions of selling me.. out of all the cars n options you have in today’s car world they tried to force me into a 2010 Honda CR-V with 80 thousand miles for over 25,000.00. The back and forth and just nonsense i dearth with for over 2 weeks caused me hell.. hands down one of the worst car shopping experiences ever.. n my credit was not horrible.

I’ve bought 2 vehicles from Broadway Auto in the past year and both cars have been great for me. They made the entire process fast and simple. I especially appreciate the patience the sales rep had with me the first time while I decided on which car to get. I’ve been to other lots and have been pressured into buying but not at Broadway Auto they never pressured me and were completely transparent with me during both sales. The best part about it is that so far both cars have been really good for me.

What can I say about these guys? I love my car and I love my payment! They’re service was second to none as they delivered my vehicle at my place of business and had me sign there too as I didnt have the time to drop by their office. Rafael was the salesman who helped me and this guy definitely went above and beyond to deliver the vehicle as promised on the day he said he would. Horrible auto dealership for first time auto buyers. Who are not aware of decent apr contract rates, and paying the maximum price for a car, which would not be worth its value when you will try to resell your car to make your money back in the future. This auto dealership is known for selling lemons and cars with mechanical problems. My car had to get rack and pinion replacement twice within two years of purchase. Paint began to chip off the bumper and areas around the car due to cheap paint. I further investigated to find out the car was Involved in an accident in the past. Do your homework!!

Been looking at a truck that looked decent on line .they made me run my credit before I could look at it .went all the way to Albany to look and it was a huge waste of time total junk want had 0 blue book value had lights on and exhaust leak u would think they would fix before trying to sell absolutely worst experience overdone trust these theifs

Price you see online is the price you see at the dealership. I have a repo on my credit history and these guys got me in a within 3 days. The sales person i delt with name is Felix and i must say he knows his stuff. I wanted a car they just had gotten to the lot and he told me straight up he wouldnt sale me the car because they havent had time for there mechanic to even look at the car first. A1 dealer.

Dont buy any cars from this guys before you check it with a mechanic. Cuz if somthing go wrong after you buy it they dont gonna fix it.
