First let me say that the quality is a 5 stars. But there communication and customer service should be a negative star. I ordered a sweatsuit on December 9th. I thought it would be enough time to get it by Christmas. I was dead wrong. On the 19th I get an email saying they were out of stock in the color I wanted and could I get another color. At this point I just wanted in time for the holidays. After back and forth correspondence, The owner/manager finally said it would be there in time for Christmas. Oh yeah and he said was going to refund my money for the trouble. Well to date I’ve got neither. I try to support small businesses especially when the product is good but the management is trash.
