As I walked it the place reaked of bacon. Prices are astronomical, warning should be the fact that prices are not displayed on the boards. 2 small cappuccinos $11.98, wow I thought this coffee must be out of this world for that price, sadly not lol. Fly buzzing around behind the counter as well. Yeah, in need of a coffee go elsewhere.

Very expensive. Dont go into a place to eat that does not have prices posted. $11.70 for a roast beef Ruben on white.

I work near by. I have gone here for past 2 years. Never has it been so expensive. I ordered a bec and a smoothie. My grand total was $20.75. Over $20 for a breakfast sandwich and A smoothie that contained fruit and ice. I was in shock because I don’t recall ever paying that much. The food is decent but not worth a $20 breakfast. For that price I could’ve sat at a diner and had a real breakfast.

Sadly after this it will be the last time I go back... This was the sandwich I received. 2-3 slices of turkey on an almost $10 sandwich that was mostly lettuce. I used to go here 2-3 times a week and make sure I tip the staff every time, because its close to where I work, but I will no longer go here. Most of the time theyre out of a lot of things that they advertise on their online menu also. I wont recommend to my other fellow employees that work in Ridge Hill to go here either. Bella Vista which uses Boars Head is worth the 10 minute drive, they make consistently great sandwiches, so I will continue going there from now on instead. Hopefully Sandys Cafe management will take better care in the future, but judging from the most recent reviews I doubt that they care.

We came into this new café looking to escape the cold while on a family outing. It turned out to be a great choice. Their service was excellent and I can say the went above and beyond our expectations. They were very accommodating to our family’s needs, making sure that our babies were comfortable. We also found a great selection of fresh food items and delicious sandwiches. Plus cold pressed natural juices. Great experience. If you’re at ridge hill, you must stop by Sandy’s.

Its an alright Cafe the sandwich little cuban is good but the prices are very overpriced and I can buy a better sandwich thats more larger than the one that I bought and the atmosphere of the store seems pretty cute. But they need to improve there menu

The cafe was a bit dirty with some tables not cleaned off and gnats buzzing around. The service was also a bit off as they were slow to initially respond and got our order wrong. I wouldnt go back & cant recommend this place.

Horrible cafe. forgot our order and had to go back in multiple times. the empanada was frozen in the middle and matcha tea was overly sweet despite them saying they put no sugar. food was left out in the open, employees had masks below their noses, and overpriced. a waste of my time and abuse of my tastebuds.

We went in there for smoothies which was very refreshing although quite expensive we admire their décor with food that looks authentic and real but it was not

I work @ Forever21 right across the street. This café is great I ordered the club sandwich 2 days in a row, and I know for a fact the food here is made with LOVE ❤️ it had soo much flavor. I highly recommend it. Keep up the good work 👍

Small spot in ridge hill near West Med. They were short staffed when I went (one young woman handling the counter and the kitchen, I believe), but she was very friendly and apologetic. Fair prices and the sandwiches were good. They have various juices, hot chocolate, coffee and pastries.

This is a small coffee shop on the avenue that treated my granddaughter and I like we were family after an appointment we had in the area. The muffins were good, the coffee very good and the company of the staff was just the best. If you are in the area, treat yourself and stop by for something sweet. ☺

We ordered 2 bagels with Cream Cheese, then 4 people came in after us and ordered eggs and Sausage... We waited while we watched the servers bring out the eggs and Sausages. For 2 more minutes we waited for 2 toasted bagel and cream cheese, once my wife got up and was seen she said i am almost done, be right there. I ask what toasted bagel takes over 10 minutes to toast and slap cream cheese on.. They clearly forgot about us until they saw us coming..

I came in here a few times. I was just was in there yesterday I asked for a toasted bagel, and when I opened the bagel it appeared that I got grease wrapped up. As far as their food program- they need to get that under control to make it in that location. Also the prices need to be lowered as well. If you were putting out absolute quality then I would pay the price, but I wouldn’t pay the price anymore for food that is sub par.

When this place first opened up it was pretty good but unfortunately has gone completely down hill. Overpriced. Unprofessional staff. The service is horrible and quality of the food is hot or miss. Too bad because this place had potential but dont see it lasting too long.

I came in to grab a quick bite to eat before heading to my doctor appointment next door. What I walked into was the girl behind the desk on her cell phone griping about her personal issues. I looked at the sandwiches which didn’t look appetizing to begin with and the prices were ridiculous for pre packaged food. The place was not welcoming and the food didn’t look fresh. I headed right out.

Omg I don’t where to start. This cafe is in need of some TLC. The staff were very welcoming so that’s what the one star is for. The decor is chic and retro. This is where it gets bad. I ordered a toasted corn muffin with butter only to find a small hole in the top of the muffin with a small stick of butter stuffed in. Maybe I’m the only one but I would’ve appreciated if the muffin was actually cut in half toasted and smeared with butter. My partner order chicken and waffles. I warned her about that decision but she insisted. Her order took about 15 minutes and it’s was horrible. Her waffles were rock hard and the chicken was just a disappointment. It was microwaveable chicken because it was rubbery. I was super disappointed being that this is the only cafe around that area. Honestly this cafe should of gave a better effort to serve real food. If it was up to me give people their money’s worth and actually cook the food, no microwave. I wish I could buy this cafe and serve good ol comfort breakfast. Anyways all together my order came out to 18.00 dollars for food I couldn’t even enjoy. The coffee was okay too. Sorry 😐

I nornally dont rate places but this was the most horrible experience ever. The guy burned my first order twice, I had to take it back and he burned it again. On my second order he didnt in put in the bacon that I paid for. The workers are so so unprofessional. It is NOT WORTH IT TO GO SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE.

Not a fan, period. Most definitely will not be returning. Service was lackluster and it felt almost like my family and I werent welcome.

The worst attention from the woman who attends, I repeated many times how she wanted my order kindly so that she would understand me, she gave me the three ham sandwiches that I ordered and, badly, I repeated many times that I did not want the yellow cheese or cheddar and He gave them to me just as I did NOT ask for them, I complained to him and he did not give me any solution saying that I had made a mistake, the orange juice he gave me almost hot and I did not hear he was wrong many times, the first time I went to this cafeteria and last !! and very high prices.

Come into Sandys Cafe on Ridgehill for the first time today. Check your receipt when paying. I bought 3 empanadas for $ 3 each, the tax receipt says .93 because I paid $ 11.43. 3x3 is 9 plus .93 tax would be $ 9.93🤔. Buying to take the tip is mandatory? He did not know. But ... I understand Devi checking the receipt when paying. But ... have an account, check your receipts.
