I love coming to Yonkers Eyes. So far I’ve been with them for over three years. The entire staff is nice and patient. They provide you with all your options both insurance wise and out of pocket. They give you the best options for either optical lens or contacts and most importantly they are not pushy at all. I would defiantly recommend yonkers eyes to anyone in this area.

A staff can really make or break a business. The staff here was nothing short of exceptional. They’re friendly, easy going, courteous and seem to genuinely like people and care for their clients. Everyone from the front desk staff to the nurses and the doctor himself were pleasant, patient, efficient and kind. It was my first time here, but I will certainly make Yonkers Eyes my go-to optometrist.

This practice has been caring for me for many years. I had an accident years ago and saw Dr Grisar as an emergency patient. I am 100% sure that he saved my sight by swift creative handling of a severe injury. He has expanded and relocated his practice since then snd I’ve followed him and his team faithfully. Everyone on the team, front desk, assistants, associates, etc, are dedicated professionals who care about the patients. If you want the highest quality care with a professional staff in a friendly environment, this is the place to be.

My family and I have been seeing Dr.Grisar and his staff at Yonkers Eyes since they’ve been open ( and even before that when they were at Pearle). Always friendly, knowledgeable, professional and extremely responsive to our needs. Awesome group. Would never go elsewhere. By the way, love our new glasses!!

I really wanted to leave a great review, but this establishment is managed poorly. Staff is not friendly as they claim. I would say look somewhere else. Hopefully there will be a change of staff that actually has knowledge of their carft. Very disappointed....

Have been going here for years. I went back in on Saturday, I got an eye exam and it was done very fast. They always take good care of you over here, and I also purchased a new pair of glasses and they even gave me 20% off. Dr. Morano and Dr.Grizar have been in this area for close to 30 years, if not longer. They were originally the doctors from Pearle Vision Center. They run an excellent practice and have a big following. Their new showroom is beautiful and the help is professional. Look in your medical insurance plan to find out if it is accepted here. They are great doctors and very thorough. The selection of eyeglasses and contact lenses is also very good. So if you looking for someone new, I would highly recommend their services. Theyve been a staple in Yonkers for a long time period. They make a great team and they can duck their business with the highest of standers. Ive had the pleasure of doing business with them in the past.

Great office, bright, clean. Everyone is friendly, nice, professional, helpful. I found the office through TLC eye center and I couldnt be happier! Dr. Grisar is very thorough, gives great advice, listens and explains well.The office is conveniently located, lots of free parking.I highly recommend the office!

I have been seeing Dr. Grisar for about 35 years. His exams are thorough and he explains everything in language that a layman can understand. Over time he has gotten to know both me and my wife very well and knows exactly how we like our glasses and makes recommendations based not on what will generate revenue into his business but rather on what is best for his patient.The office is located in the High Ridge Plaza on Central Park Ave with lots of free parking.I would go no where else.

Yonkers Eyes also has heart and brains. They care very much about their patients and are extremely knowledgeable. Their reputation exceeds their name as they attract patients from all over Westchester, Manhattan and Southern Connecticut and not just Yonkers. Sometimes I wish they practiced a broader range of medicine so I could visit them when I have a cold or the flu.

I am glad that I followed Dr. Grisar to his new location. This is everything that PV was not: friendly and courteous service (not his part: he is just as knowledgeable and competent as I got to know). Id recommend this location to anyone.

In my work, vision is key. I work in dimensions that most people cannot understand, namely microns (1/1000 of a mm). I have moved out of the area where Dr. Grisar practices, but I will always find a way to go to him for my exams. I do not care that it is inconvenient and takes 1/2 day total including travel time. His exams are the most thorough and precise and he informs me totally about what i am dealing with. After years of monitoring, we decided that it was time for cataract surgery with a special lens for my condition. I knew it was the appropriate thing to do and It was totally successful.
