Lash Lounge was fabulous! They provided professional, great service. The salon is meticulously clean and very comfortable. It also felt very Covid safe. Im very happy with my eye lash lift and tint and will be back. Highly recommend!

I am in love! I got a lift and tint from the Lash Lounge Yonkers and I am obsessed:) I already have pretty long lashes but they grow straight out so they are hard to see. The lift and tint took my eye look to a whole other level! It made me look a lot more awake and made my eyes look a lot brighter. Not only were the lashes great, but the service was too. The staff is very nice and welcoming, and during my service the stylist told me exactly what she was doing step by step. I cant wait to get my lashes done here again!

I’ve been to the Lash Lounge a few times now for a lift & tint and I absolutely love it. The staff is very friendly and it is always so clean in there. My lashes always look incredible when I leave. They even recommended a lash serum a few months ago that I’ve been using and have noticed a real difference in my eyelash length.

My experience at The Lash Lounge on Central Avenue was amazing! The place was very nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Celine did my lashes, and she exceeded my expectations! I asked for a natural lash set, focusing on length, and she did exactly that. I would definitely come back here again!

Geo was really nice. She was patient with explaining things. Very gentle and made sure to do extra saline wash because she new I was afraid the tinting would burn my eyes as it had at a different place. There was no burning at all.

I never hung up the phone so fast, they charge you $25 extra depending on who the stylist is. yeah no thanks

Tinting only last 2 days. When someone reached out they said it was an error upon following up they said I should have spoken up at the appointment. However it was my first time ever getting tinting and was very confused by the contradicting information. On the phone they said tint lasts 3 weeks at the end of the procedure they said a few days. Requested refund and no one has reached out. Not worth it and staff tries to blame customers for their false information.

Its not about the money there! My first time; I have very weak lashes so I was looking for a image booster. We talked the ower, Daine and stylist Celine we came up with the plan. Unfortunately, the lashes were not in on the plan so I didnt get the look I had imagined. Another conversation and next time a new plan. The question will I get that image, not sure, but for me, the feeling of care is the real value! Thank you!

It was the first time I did something like this and given its something done very close to your eyes I was excited but nervous. With that being said, the environment was very welcoming and made me feel safe, the stylist was very professional and did an awesome job! overall very satisfied. I keep looking at myself in the mirror because I love how my eyes look. My husband loves it too!

The Lash Lounge Yonkers was clean with a nice decor. The staff were friendly, welcoming, sensitive to the environment, yet warm and inclusive in their approach. Sasha showed expertise that needed as one who had a bad experience in an unrelated shop a few years ago. She listened to my concerns and preferences, offered options and executed an excellent experience. I am very happy with the result and will make regular appointments for my fill ins!

I got lash extensions done by Tatyanna at the Yonkers location, and they came out so beautifully! She listened to the descriptions of how I wanted them, and executed them wonderfully! Highly recommend and excited to try other styles in the future! I was also there for threading and that being my first time getting threaded, it didn’t hurt and Tatyanna also did a wonderful job with that as well!(Classic dramatic set, D curl, wispy)

I Highly reccomend. I went there to get my lash extensions for the second time and I was amazed just as the first time. Everyone was super friendly as always and loved the results of my lashes. Warmer weather is coming up! Definitely will be there again!

Great experience after being inside for 3 months. I received a volume set from Sasha and also got my brows threaded from Tatyanna. It was even more amazing then before and I truly appreciate all the extra steps the whole staff is making for us clients. I’d highly recommend lashes and threading here.

From my first call to make the appointment until I walked out the door, everyone was professional and honest and nice. I have never had a lash lift/tint and am very squeamish about all things relating to the eyes so the idea that I would be relaxed throughout the process is a great credit to Courtney who walked me through the steps with care and made me feel that I was in very capable hands. I will definitely be back!

I had a problem with being forced to take pictures before my service. I expressed that I DID NOT WANT TO do that, and the woman said “no you have to” and kept insisting that I had to. I didn’t want to be charged or turned away, and felt forced so I took them. Clients should have that CHOICE, and if they don’t feel comfortable.. that should be the end of it. Regardless of what it’s used for. It was rude and upsetting.PAID clients DO NOT have to be free models, and certainly shouldn’t be pressured or made to feel like they have to, when we are simply coming in for a paid service. This is the first time and only place that I’ve been asked and pressured to take a picture before services.Even if it is for the techs progress, references, posts etc. If I do not want you to take my picture for whatever reason, that should be ok. I wasn’t told before my appt that I would have to take pictures.The waiver did not state that I am required to take photos to receive your service, but I was made to feel like it was. When I said no more than once, she became rude. I just took the photo, it ruined my experience. That was my problem. I couldn’t wait to leave. Hopefully moving forward, if clients say “no thank you” that will be ok too.

Julissa did an amazing job just as I requested. She made my eyes look symmetrical as I told her one was slightly larger than the other.

Living in Westchester and working in the city makes this location even better. Great location, hours are awesome since I get off the train in Scarsdale at 7pm and can still get my lashes done after a long day. Outstanding customer service and top notch lash techs here. Ive seen almost all of the techs and have never been disappointed. Everyone makes you feel like family which I personally like. Prices, services, quality and location are all reasons I always recommend all these ladies!

Dawn always does an awesome job on my lashes! The front desk is very friendly, every time I enter and leave. Ive tried other good salons in NYC and this place stacks up... Great experience! Salon is modern and clean, the people are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been to this salon twice, so far and was happy with the results. First visit was for lash extensions (my first). The stylist addressed my expectations and explained my options. I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I returned to the salon a second time for a refill. I was just as happy with the service and I was pleased the appointment took almost an hour less time. I will be back and will recommend to my friends.

I came in about a week ago with my friend for a lash lift and tint. I was immediately satisfied with the quickness and kindness of the new stylist, Courtney. Lovely atmosphere with very nice staff. A week later, after sweating, swimming, and sleeping, my lashes look great. Will 100% be going back.

I recently had my lashes tinted and permed at Lash Lounge in Yonkers. I LOVE the way they came out. I never knew how good my lashes could look! The place was very cool and chic and the people who work there very nice and professional. I will absolutely go back!!

My friend got lashes and I thought hers looked amazing, so I decided to give it a try. I met with Sonia and she consulted with me first to find the look I was going for. I showed her a few pictures. I told her I didnt want anything over the top. She recommended I try a classic look with some fans added (Hybrid) for a slightly fuller look. She was super nice, very gentle around my eyes and she explained what she was doing. I was really happy with the way my lashes turned out and Im looking forward to showing my friends. The only negative was that I had to lie down for over two hours and I couldnt get my lashes wet last night when I had to take a shower.

I had a lovely experience at the Lash Lounge.The atmosphere was warm and inviting. My lashes look beautiful - very natural and comfortable. I had none of the typical issues I have had with glue getting into my eyes and lashes falling out rapidly. It has been over two weeks, and I have barely lost a lash !

Worse eyebrow tinting... No one there is trained, they have no idea what they are doing. I asked for a tinting, this is supposed to be in place of coloring in your brows with make up on a day-to-day and is supposed to last 4-6 weeks. Your eyebrows should be shaped and flawless. NOPE! I had dye all over. It looked like I took hair-dye and put it on my brows with my fingers. They were not shaped, arched, or clean AT ALL. I wanted to cry. They looked horrible. Told the front desk and they looked at me like I had 6 heads and absolutely no idea or information as to how eyebrow tinting should be. These were the owners or managers at the desk. Though they were very nice, they have no idea what theyre doing. The girl who did my brows tried to fix them and cleaned off some of the dye that was all around my brows. However, again no shape and the dye was way too dark. I looked like Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street. Their staff has absolutely no experience whatsoever. These are girls who are still in beauty school.. Waste of money! I came home and scraped my brows with acetone to remove the dye. NEVER EVER AGAIN!They need to hire experienced estheticians. The location is great and beautiful, the skills need to match that. Eyebrows are sacred to a womans face, if you mess that up-- you have no business doing brows!!

Great place, got eyelash extensions for 100$ and they look great, this was my first time so I wasnt prepared to lay down for two hours. Overall the person who did my lashes (Sonia) I think, did a great job. My lashes look naturally long!

No one ever told me I had to confirm my appointment or else it would be canceled. I showed up and was told my appointment was canceled and I never even received a call text or email saying my appointment was canceled.

Sonia is a beautiful person and a fantastic artist. I would give the lounge 5 stars if it was not for the manager there (not Diane, not the blond lady) but the other lady that sits in the front. She has a nasty demeanor. While Sonia’s job with lashes is worth every penny, part of it goes to the office & I am not willing to pay $170 for classy look lashes when there are plenty of great places around that cost way less than that. P.S. my friend went there once because she loved my lashes done by Sonia and she told me that she wont be back because that same manager was rude (she described how the manager threw her credit card on the table instead of handing it back). So its not just my experience with this manager. I wont be back there either because like I said above I am not willing to pay that rude person (manager) that much.

Ive become a regular client at this beautiful location and could not be happier. I drive from Rockland county to Yonkers for my services which include eyelash extensions and threading. I normally see either Dawn or Sasha for my lashes and Tatyanna for my threading. I love the atmosphere from the moment I walk in with being greeted by either Diane the owner or Tina the manager who is so knowledgeable, the salon is always so clean, decorated lovely and the technicians put my lash health first, they are always honest about what is best for my natural lashes which I appreciate.

Bought my wife a gift certificate to the Lash Lounge and she loved it. Friendly staff, clean studio, would recommend it for a holiday, valentine, birthday or anniversary gift.

Just had a beautiful set of lashes put on by Charlesha! I was served an ad on IG by The Lash Lounge for a promotional price of $99 for a basic set of lashes extensions (regular price is $275) so I booked an appointment and am thrilled with the results!The facility is clean, trendy, and comfortable. Each client is on a bed, separated by drapes from other clients. They offer a blanket and under-knee pillow for additional comfort.The appointment took about 2 1/2 hours, I didnt feel rushed or in any discomfort through out the application. Charlesha was very knowledgeable about what type of lashes to use, what length is best, and how the curve of the lashes should suit your face. She was very friendly and patient through the appointment.It was super easy to make an appointment and they send you an email confirmation for your records as well.Ill be back for a fill in within a few weeks ($80 per fill in or $74 with a monthly membership). Im looking forward to all the compliments Ill receive!
