Theyre doing a complete remodel of the store. The staff is nice and helpful. Theyre still open but you cant go inside and look at anything or try anything out. Bit of a bummer if youre looking to actually shop around for things. If you know exactly what youre going to get, youre better off just ordering it and picking it up curbside until the remodel is complete.

I buy most of my electronics here. They match price if you find the item cheaper somewhere else (like Amazon). And their store people are usually very knowledgeable. Dont forget the Geek Squad: Ive had their online service for years. Dont I know what Id do without them!

This place is under construction, and they dont have a display 💻 or showroom. There is no information on Google Maps to inform customers ahead, so they do not drive to this location 📍. Poor communication and rude customer service front door want to make people mad.

I used the geek squad to replace the battery in my phone and they did a very good job for a very good price. They had it ready when they said they were going to and have had no problems with it. Service was very professional and pleasant.

This was our first visit to Best Buy, Yorba Linda, and it was awkward. The first kid that approached helped us find the item we were looking for and left us to shop freely.Then, as we inspected the item (a multi-device charging station) to make sure that it was compatible with my wifes devices, another kid asked if we needed any help. He was polite but made us feel rushed. He seemed eager to get us to pay.My wife felt weird about the interaction too. I was left wondering whether he was hungry for a commission (in that case, I respect his hustle) or if he just wanted us to pay because he was concerned we were going to steal.Idk; either way, it felt kind of pushy. A little sales/customer service training wouldnt hurt. Oh, the kid working the TV area was friendly and knowledgeable. He helped keep the rating at a three :)

I returned my laptop because it was not working after 1 week. The customer service was great, no problem. While helping me. The customer service notice someone need help and he would intercom his colleague to help that other person. Really nice and professional.

The people here treat you like family. They’re so amazing and considerate and will even offer to check in the back for anything you’re looking for. I hope to one day work at this amazing too.

I had a great experience today with someone here. Didn’t get her name, but she has dark brown hair and 3 tattoos on her left arm, and she might’ve been a manager. Regardless, she was patient and kind while doing my iPad trade in today. For the most part, everyone here is great. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because there’s one manager here (a tall/bigger guy) who has consistently been rude to me. One time I came to do curbside pickup and he never came out. I had to go inside and ask for it with no apology from him. But y’all for the most part are a great Best Buy!

📱IPHONE REPAIR📱I spent time and money in gas to drive all the way to Yorba Linda. I came in to get my iPhone fixed, it wouldn’t update or restore and they told me, the computer in it failed and was basically brain dead and that I would need a new phone. I went to a regular phone fix-it store in San Bernardino, and they were able to fix my phone and now it’s up and running just fine. If you have the money, I would not bother ever getting your phone fixed at Best Buy. It is a waste of TIME and MONEY

Mario your service manager was awesome. I came in to replace an iPhone screen protector that was under warranty. The cashier couldn’t find me in the system, Mario took me over to the customer service counter, found my screen saver and even replaced it himself, all along while he was taking care of business throughout the store. The manager helped us with two purchases in different sections of the store. A beverage refrigerator and a printer. He found the refrigerator at a different store and ordered it for us. He also gave us advice on a new printer.

Store seemed pretty serious about masks and such, which is good. Wasnt very crowded when I was there. Only one register at the front was working at the time.

Went to here when Costco was a mad house. Was looking for them to match an older bundle surface 6 Costco sells online. Instead they did a bit of upselling and ended up with the newest version bundle and beat the Costco price. Id recommend visiting when Costco gets crazy. The Best Buy location was a calmer and peaceful environment to shop and parking is easy during this Christmas week than Costco.

Went to Best Buy Savi Ranch today to get some work completed on a Mavic Mini I received as a gift. I was assisted by Alma, who was very helpful and attentive to the issue and my concerns. All issues were resolved very professionally and promptly. We had a same day repair appointment for a phone screen at 3:40. We waited over 20 minutes at the front of the line for the Geek Squad member to return to the desk, after he acknowledged we were there and walked away. When he returned, he said that he needed three hours to repair the phone, and since the store closed at 7, we’d have to pick it up the next day after 1 pm. Don’t offer same day service appointments if they won’t be same day.

Most techs are very savvy. Young man who sold me a new Dell lacked any reasonable knowledge.

Horrible experience. So bad I may never shop Best Buy again.FYI. their price match guarantee is a ruse to get you in the store.

My TV died on me so I researched online for the best 55 TV for the best price and that brought me to Best Buy. They had it in stock and got me out of there in minutes. They were fast friendly and knowledgeable. Overall very good experience.I love my Samsung Crystal 7 Series Smart TV.

Shelves had a lot of empty spaces, and the line was as slow and long as it could be. I always avoid going to Best Buy and it seems like at every visit I am reminded why. People there are nice enough and I dont think I fault them, but the stores at large could be so much better.

They are really doing their best to safeguard everyone while trying to conduct business as usual. Masks are required, and theyre setting appointments to visit with the Geek Squad. They really couldnt help me resurrect my dead computer, but Im certain they would have been happy to sell me a new one (at a reasonable price, of course). Very professional, and determined to make things as normal as possible. I also noticed a pretty good selection of anime on the way to the restrooms (very clean). Enjoy shopping there while you can, because you just never know.

I used Geek squad for my Mac and paid for the membership. After I found out what the guys did cost less than the membership and the Apple store would fix the rest the Best Buy Guys refunded me the money of the overhead! Their customer service is excellent and timely. They truly did what was best for the member which means a lot to any customer.

Imagine your computer goes down. How about not having any electronics store nearby that you can shop for repairs or replacements. Im glad there is such a big store close to me. True, there are others, and maybe a little less pricey sometimes, but Best Buy does have a lot of items and the employees are extremely nice and ready to help.

Plenty of good deals, Couldnt find certain odd items

This location needs to improve on the curbside pick up. I have little kids so I use that alot. I was waiting for over 20 minutes 😩 I even called to let them know but they didnt answer my call. 20 minutes with little kids in 80 degrees weather in a car is hell. They advertise curbside pick up in 5-10 minutes. I waited over 20 for 1 item. Not good at all I was very unhappy.

Man if you would have asked me to review Best Buy 10 years ago, the grade would have been an F-. Fast forward to present day and you can see Best Buy have positioned themselves to compete versus the online giants that have taken over the retail industry. They offer great products with a wider variety being available online. Their shipping is lightning quick for about 60-70% of their products. They have PAIN-FREE extended warranties with Geek Squad. And to top it all off, they price match and will even refund you if you notice a sale on the same item you purchased. My only issue is that they dont have the top tier electronics on display but thats understandable. Since Google doesnt do half stars, Best Buy gets a solid 4 outta 5.

Curbside service was a joke. Guy was rude and short. Expected us to know the process. Sign says they only offer curbside service but we saw people going inside. Someone obviously dumb made that sign. Employees here are jerks. P.S. I tried calling the store to complain to a manager but no one answers the phone.

Maybe Im just sensitive, but I really dislike being asked by every single employee that is within 15 feet of me if I need help finding something. it would be fine if I didnt walk past 10 employees in 5 minutes. It also makes me feel like loss prevention thinks Im suspect or something. You may not be losing money from me through theft, but I sure am going to use Amazon more.Then when I leave, this location seems to always have somebody soliciting out front and I end up snapping at them from trying to be polite to all the employees inside.

My husband needed to buy a new cell phone and was having trouble with his accounts. Zach took the time and patience to help my husband get everything straightened out. We are so grateful for his help.

This Best Buy has been around for many years now and its really been my go to place for tech, even over Amazon, because they are pretty good about price match. Over the last decade, Ive been satisfied with the products and support the employees give. Their tech selection is great and the employees that are around specific sections of the store seem to know a great deal about electronics.

If you need something installed in your car David is your guy!I called right as Best Buy opened to see if they had a specific entertainment system available and David cross checked that all the necessary parts Id need for the install were there and squeezed me into his busy schedule the same day. That was super awesome because through the Best Buy website it said there wasnt an open appointment until a few days later. David was super friendly and helpful. He walked me through everything he was doing and when he was done sat with me to make sure my phone paired with it with no problems and adjusted a lot of the settings to make sure everything was the best it could be for me right off the bat. He was the only one working in the installation garage and despite being so busy he went above and beyond to make sure I left with no questions or doubts about the system. Would definitely drive all the way out here again just to work with him again!

No. But close enough to save me time and $. Communication was key here as the rep could not find the part that was on the website stating in stock, but someone came running up with it. Best Buy of Savi Ranch has the best customer service management team I have ever encountered. Manager Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to make feel at ease while he handled my request. I dont know why anyone would go anywhere else for their electronic needs. Kudos to you Chris.
